Labelle has always been beyond fair with me; I’ve had my car there several times over the years. He takes the time to explain things and I’ve never felt like I’m being ripped off or pressured. I’ve taken previous cars to other mechanics and none compare to Labelle. I drive at least 100 miles a day and it’s nice not having to panic every time I need work done on my vehicle. I won’t be taking it anywhere else.

Denis was prompt in mounting my snow tires, thorough in rechecking all the steps, and pleasant to deal with. His prices for the nature and quality of work are reasonable, and I have already recommended him to numerous friends.

I dont normally do many reviews unless I get amazing service or really bad. I have done service on many vehicles through the years with multiple shops in Rochester including dealers. I just got done with my service with Labelle Auto and appreciate the service and the trust I have with them!!!! Labelle auto is the only shop Ill give my business to from now on. They are honest, fair, and knowledgeable. Denis wasnt the mechanic that worked on my car. John was, and he was a good representation of the type of business that Denis runs. I will preface this review by saying that I have a weird car. My car is made by Subaru, but doesnt have a Subaru VIN. It has a Saab VIN. As such, Clements wont sell me parts, and Saab parts are a good 7 days wait. Knowing this, I purchased all the parts prior, but didnt get around to completing my own repairs. Labelle Auto was more than accommodating. Not only did they allow me to bring my own parts, but they went above and beyond with my repairs. When I picked up my car, it was clean and in tip-top shape. I was so impressed that I scheduled an appointment for my girlfriend for a long overdue repair on her car. My money goes to Labelle from this day forward. Their slogan really defines who they are, OLD TIME SERVICE...using todays technology. Really recommend calling them up if you want an honest mechanic that wont rake you over the coals....

I have a 2003 Audi A6 with 100k miles. I recently had an oil leak and took my car to another garage in town. I was charged about $550 to change the oil gasket and told I needed to come back to have some valve heads replaced (I may be getting that backwards) and that my timing belt and water pump needed to be replaced. I was given a quote of $3k which later became $2k when I inquired further. I was upset that they had not fixed the problem they said there were going to fix and not sure what to think about their other recommendations. I decided to see my options and asked around and was referred to Dennis. He spoke to me at length about what needed to be done and went out of his way to save me money on parts. He ended up saving me $500, plus really took the time to explain things and personally dropped me off at my home. He seems to take a lot of pride in his work and it shows on his attention to detail. It is very hard to find someone to service German cars and not get ripped off but I had a great experience and highly recommend Labelle Auto to anyone else.

Went in for squeeky brakes. Denis got me in the same day for a brake job. Great service at a great price. Honest guy which is hard to find. Will be telling all my friends about this place. I will be coming back for all my auto repair needs.

I was recommended by family members to try this place out after having questionable experiences at other auto places in town, and I wish they made the recommendation earlier.Denis has taken great care of my ford probe in the past, and John helped me most recently with my Rav4. Both times they got the job done faster and for much cheaper than I expected. They were helpful at answering any questions that I had without making me feel dumb for not knowing anything about cars. Very disappointed with my experience. I took my truck in for an alignment a few weeks ago. Denis (the owner) said he took care of it..... I just got new tires from a guy ive known for a long time that owns a tire shop in Austin, he asked if i wanted my alignment checked, which i said i had already had one. He checked out the alignment and said and i quote ALSO, JUST CHECKING, WHEN WE DID YOUR ALIGNMENT CHECK ON YOUR TRUCK, NEARLY EVERYTHING WAS IN THE RED (OUT OF SPECS), YOU HAD MENTIONED THAT A SHOP HAD DONE THE ALIGNMENT A COUPLE WEEKS BEFORE- WE NOTICED THERE WERE NO WRENCH MARKS, NO MOVEMENT ON THE THREADS, NO ADJUSTMENTS THAT WE COULD SEE - YOU MAY WANT TO CHECK THAT OUT CUZ YOUR TIRES ARE GONNA WEAR OUT REALLY FAST IF THE ALIGNMENTS NOT CORRECTED.

I took my car to two of the big name auto dealerships and they both told me I would need to replace my oil pan for big $$. I took it into Labelle and they found the problem and fixed it for me in less than a half hour for super cheap. Theyre the only shop I trust for honest work and a great price!

Labelle Auto is the kind of place that hes your mechanic friend that you know will be honest with you, and treat you fairly, and wont suggest repairs you dont need just to get more money from you.He and his co-owner are great people that have been in the business a long time so you know you can trust their expertise as well.

Did a great job mounting and balancing my new tires. The work was done on time and at the promised price even though they installed valve stems that they hadnt originally planned to replace.

Im so pleased that we were recommended to visit Labelle. They impressed my husband and I and gained our trust immediately.We had an F150 with and Ecoboost and the check engine light came on. I met with John and he checked it out. Im not a very technical person, but it came down to the fact that Jiffy Lube messed up the oil change and it was ruining the ecobooster. He told me what we was wrong and suggested instead of replacing it, an expensive repair, lets try and burn off the excess oil. $40 later with instructions on what to do and look for, I was out the door. Sure enough, it worked! We didnt have to repair the ecobooster and saved me so much hassle in trying to prove that Jiffy Lube had caused damage.Since then we take our vehicles to Labelle for everything, including oil changes. (Ill never visit a Jiffy Lube again.) We had some repairsdone to our other vehicle, consulted them about what we can expect from both vehicles and have made good choices based on their recommendations.Im very impressed with their knowledge, honesty and work ethic. Im so pleased we have John and Denis taking care of our vehicles.
