This is a rock solid run business. I always brace myself for odd and sometimes hostile interactions with car service companies, this was a great experience and service. Reasonably priced, did what I asked and provided great feedback on the service all in the timeline they originally laid out. Easy to book a timely appointment. Highly recommend.

Awesome experience, great service and a fair price. Almost got into an accident, jumped a curb and popped a tire. After getting the spare on and getting to the store they were able to get me in right away and fixed it within an hour. Lou was the nicest guy I have ever met. Was very courteous and answered all my questions. I have been going to Dunn tires since 1970 when they were on the corner of lake and Ridge. The young black man withe the hair in dreads was very nice. Can’t remember his name.

The people at Dunn tire were kind and squeezed me in last minute while I was in a bind. I appreciate that. A+ on customer service. However...not a single one of my wheels was properly balanced. One was off by nearly an ounce. It’s a real kick in the nuggets to pay $150 for tires to be mounted and balanced and the job was done wrong. And late afternoon on a Saturday, I was stuck driving home with horrible vibrations for 6 hours with no other place to go. Disappointed. I had to pay another shop to fix their mistakes. I’m happy to discuss with Dunn and update this review if they can make it right.Update 4/6/21: Ive been talking with Harry at Dunn Tire who is reimbursed me for the cost of the balance at my local shop and has committed to making sure employees at this store are better trained on the balancer. I’ve changed my review to 4/5 for the exceptional customer service.

I have come to Dunn several times. I live in VA and come up here to visit family. I like that Dunn has inclusive “out the door” prices so I know what tires will cost me. And they usually tell me other things I’ll need soon but don’t push, which I hate when other places do that. They’re always friendly and polite.

Friendly, Fast, and Efficient! They fix only what is a need, unlike so many other car places. They even showed me my air filter before replacing it bc it wasn’t that bad and I asked about checking it. It’s refreshing not to feel like I’m getting the run around and false repairs! You can price shop all you want nowadays. All shops around town or even online have the same prices. What I get from Dunn Tire is service. Anytime I have an issue they respond immediately and all is good. So for price & service, Dunn has my vote.

Fast and friendly. I was impressed how easily I was able to get in. The price was incredibly reasonable to swap my snow tires, half off because the tires were originally purchased from Dunn, and they even gave me $25 off an alignment which I planned to do in the spring. $134 to mount and balance the tires and alignment after tax is unheard of! They were also very safe and clean, even having a bin for used pens to be sanitized which I very much appreciated.

Easy to schedule an appointment. It was pretty busy, but moved quickly. The mechanic came out to make some recommendations about filters, and showed them to me. Oil change and tire rotation, reasonably priced. Also, there was a limited time coupon online, which was a bonus. Good place to go for tires and service.

I am disappointed at the cost of the TPMS service pack without my knowledge or approval. I like to know what I will be paying for This did not happen.Otherwise, the tire changeover was done in a timely fashion.

When I got a nail in the tire on my brand new explorer, I contacted the Henrietta store. Spoke with the manager Jesse, who was worried about me driving that far on the tire. So he found the closest Dunn to where I was and got me an appt within the hour. The Manager at this store Will, was just as helpful, put my spare on and special ordered the tire. He said it would be there in 2 days. In less than 24 hrs he called me, the tire came a day early, he already had it mounted to the rim and told me to stop in when it was convenient. I will never go anywhere but Dunn, especially after both store managers were extremely helpful.

Always great service at Dunn Tire. This time a little different but still great. I requested and paid for a particular tire. When I got home I realized that although the brand was correct, the tires installed were a slightly different version. I called and they agreed with me, apologized and installed the correct tires the following day. While the correct tires were slightly more expensive, they waived the additional cost due to their error. I’ve been a long time customer of Dunn Tire and will continue. Never a bad experience.

After visiting four other tire stores including Mavis Tire,Firestone with a damaged tire Dunn Tires was the only store that would even entertain the idea of helping me even though I had explained to the others that the cord had separated on one of my front tires and that it was dangerous I did not feel safe driving it. The manager at the store told me that even though he was busy he would work me in. I fully expected to wait at least two or more hours however they were able to get me taken care of in less than an hour. I would recommend Dunn tire stores. Having previously owned a NAPA auto care center I understand the importance of helping out new customers. Thank you so much DunnTires for helping me out I will definitely return to your establishment for any other auto care needs.

After the passenger tires were removed the employee went and got a different size lug nut tool. When finished I looked at the drivers side nuts and they were not damaged, but the passenger side lugs had damage to them. Very unprofessional.....

I need to update my reviewWhen I finally had the chance to secure my spare tire I found that they took my brand new tire after I specifically asked for it to be placed in my trunk. I’m beyond angry.That was a $150 tire with so much tread on it that an entire penny fit in the groove!!!These guys were great! Upon dropping my car off they suggested doing other things, but we’re not pushy or demanding about it. Extremely friendly staff!

I telephoned for an appointment and was told I could come in immediately. I had one tire which was constantly losing air pressure. They quickly found the reason which was a puncture on the outer wall of the tire. Unfortunately the tire could not be repaired so they put on a new tire to match the set. Service was fantastic and only took 25 minutes. I would highly recommend the Dunn tire Greece location.

My experience with Dunn Tire, Ridge rd West, was nothing short of excellent. Not only was every employee, from my initial call for information to car pick up, both professional and extremely friendly but the the cost was $600 less than a competitors estimate! The Greece store has been taking care of me and my tire needs extremely well over the past three years. I stop in every 6 months to change out my winter tires to summer. They store my out of season tires for me which is great so I don’t need to lug them from the basement. Never a problem with this store and very knowledgeable techs working on my car. Thanks!

I purchased 4 tires. I was told that the tires would be at the store the next day at 9AM. I received a call from Dunn the next day at 8:30 am letting me know the delivery will be late. Dunn called me at 9:15 am letting me know that the tires have arrived. Job was completed in about 1 and a half hours. Good communication on their part.

The best place to buy tires and have them installed in Rochester.I shopped around for a week since my tires are a rare size. Dunn tire had the best prices. They will even price match. But it gets better!Dunn tire had the newest tire from a specific manufacturer, while competitors were asking more money for a discontinued version.Most important, the service. Dunn tire went above and beyond. Dewey, was so helpful at making this happen. Special ordering my tires. Calling multiple times to get it done and confirm my order. The staff that was friendly, offered me a warranty (which was an amazing deal) and the attention to detail was amazing. I take a lot of pride in my car and do 90% of the work myself. Dunn tire treated me more than a customer, but like a friend or family. They took the time to get it perfect and even had me laughing and enjoying the time spent.They offer so much more than competitors for a better price. Made appt for 8am. (1st appt of day) Tire rotation and LOF. Car not pulled in until 845. 1 hour for service. I understand its busy. Phone ringing off the hook. So no problem. Left at 945 and cars tire light comes on and says low tire. I check and all 4 are low on air...simple thing but come on. Just wait an hour and forty-five minutes and you guys skip the tire pressure?? Unprofessional. Will not return.

Made an appointment for noon when I called at 9:30 am which was great because I went in for a tire that was losing air on our daily driver. The person at the desk (Lou) was so polite and really nice to deal with. They took my car in right away and found that the problem was in the valve stem which was attached to a TPMS and asked my permission to remove it because there was a possibility that the TPMS may crack. I told them to go ahead and they assured me that the technician would do iot as carefully as possible. Minutes later the technician came in to the waiting room and said he got it out without cracking the monitor! Additionally while I was waiting, Lou straightened out a problem I was having with my Rewards account and I was immediately contacted by an agent in their main office who finished the fix that Lou initiated on my behalf. In the end of it all, the service they did on my wheel cost me a whopping $6!! Great work, honest as the day is long, and terrific customer service!! Keep up the great work and I would not go anywhere else for any tires, wheels, or repairs on my vehicles going forward!
