Tony and Michelle are the BEST! I got manicure dip on my fingernails and they look so natural, and the pedicure was really well done. Will definitely be coming back again!

I went here for the first time a few weeks ago and got a dip manicure with extensions and a design. The man who did my nails was super friendly and I loved how they turned out! *Photo taken 2.5 weeks after visit!

This place was pretty great! The experience was nice. They were also really fast! I got a mani pedi with acrylics in about an hour and half. The only reason I am leaving 4 out of 5 stars is because the guy that did my acrylics didn’t match up my acrylics finger sizes with each hand. There fore my left hand is beautiful and perfect and my right hands nails are much larger and chunky, especially my middle finger. Other than that they did a great job!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at this salon. I highly recommend. My nails were done by Mia and she did an absolutely AMAZING job. My nails have never looked better. I wanted a rose quartz design on my nails with shellac. She did exactly that and my nails look exactly like the inspiration picture. Absolutely beautiful! I could tell that she was passionate about her work for sure! Definitely coming back!!

This salon is excellent, got my nails done by Sue or Linn and got 4 different neon colors, as I can hardly ever decide upon just one! They did an awesome job, spent over an hour on my shellac manicure but, it also set me back $48 and my nails started to split or break then chip, after only about 10 days so was disappointed 🙁.

Rochester Hills Nail and Spa is an amazing place to get your nails done. I have been going there for years and I have always gotten the best service! Every time I get my nails done I go to Mia and she takes such great care of my nails. They last for so long and she charges good prices for her work. I would not visit again, my nails were savagely destroyed today. There must be more diligence in care paid to women’s nails than men’s nails. But I am ashamed of how my hands look after leaving today and will not be returning

I love this place!! I have been with the salon since it opened, I followed the owner when she opened the shop. It is clean, and relaxing. My nails look spectacular when I leave!! If I ever want to change something ( like shape of nail) they are willing to accommodate even mid appointment. They are very professional have a huge variety of polish colors and options. Other salons I have been at I would have nail repairs several times a month. At this salon I have not had one broken or nail repair since I start going over a year ago! Great place.Oh and beware of one star ratings, if you notice the are usually short and have minimal specifics which makes me believe they are unreasonable, and have no value!!!

I was told while taking appointment the cost for pedicure is 33$ and Menicure acrylic is 45$.I was charged 98$ total, it way more to balance.It was 7:30 already when my manicure service started closing time and in hurry my nail sizes are not filed even and didnt like the service for the amount I paid.

Really friendly, clean, and quality work. Well priced, shellac manicures are $33. I usually go with a couple friends maybe every other month and they always remember us and make us feel very welcome.

I went in for a pedicure... I was wearing a dress but I wore shorts underneath knowing I would be getting a pedicure. The owner comes over and throws a towel over my legs to cover me up. Doesn’t ask if I would like one but throws it over me. It’s 90 degrees out and also I’m an adult, I don’t need to be covered up like a child. If you are uncomfortable with women’s bodies, change professions.

I have brought my daughter here before and they did an OK job. But the second time was terrible the nail tech did not listen, aswell as installed the nails crooked and was blaming my daughter for having to short of nails even though the nail tech was the one who cut them too short. The nail tech also could not follow the image that was provided even though they said they could do it. I was very disappointed with Rochester Hills Nails & Spa. Being in the customer service industry if there is an issue with a service that you provided you as an owner, manager, or employee should try to correct the problem and be polite about it. I understand standing up for your employees but to have blinders on when there is an issue is not how you operate a successful business. I hope if you use Rochester Hills Nail & Spa they do a great job for you and you are 100% satisfied with the service they provide. Unfortunately we were not and will not be returning.

Love this salon! I followed Mia here when she bought it earlier this year and I wont go any where else! Everyone there is super friendly and does a great job! On the rare chance I have any issues with early chipping, they will fix it right away, no questions asked.

My mother, sisters, and I have been long time customers of Mia, the new owner! We recently followed her from the spa that she was at to where she currently is and we could not be happier. The salon is bigger, techs are super friendly, and you can tell that she is putting her heart and soul into that place. Saw her today for my annual holiday Mani and she knocked it out of the park again. I just moved to Michigan from Chicago area. I have tried multiple salons and just couldn’t find one similar to the one I went to back home. I have been coming to Rochester Hills Nails & Spafor years. The salon is by far the cleanest on the island, and was just renovated a few years ago with top of the line equipment and fixtures., the owner and manager, is the kindest person and best nail technician. She always remembers my name, fits me in when needed and has even started doing my 1 year old daughter’s nails on occasion 😉 I always get the dipping powder and she does a fabulous job! She makes sure to thin out the coating at the cuticle so it looks more natural and smoother, something other salons never bothered doing. I highly recommend Rochester Hills Nails & Spa

First time here! My friend and I actually walked-in for a Mani & Pedi. The lady who helped us in the beginning, which I’m pretty sure was the manager/owner, was able to get someone to do our Mani & Pedi in a short amount of time even though business was picking up. Next time I will for sure make an appointment— they actually prefer appointments too. The environment is quiet and staff seemed intimidating in the beginning but they’re all kind! Michelle is so sweet and great at what she does! A Mani & Pedi with regular nail polish was super affordable too. Definitely coming back! (:

I have been going to this location for a little over a year now. Today I went for the usual dip manicure and I saw a new face. All the workers are great overall but this one particular is a new employee named Lynn. Her professionalism and work was more than expected and she really is amazing. What a great addition to their team. I usually call and dont request anyone particular but believe I will be requesting for Lynn from here on out!

My new favorite nail salon! These ladies are incredibly talented. I tested them out a few weeks ago, for a set of acrylics, and SO glad I did. Not only did they exceed my expectations with my acrylics (first visit), they removed them completely painlessly (second visit - also, I hate having acrylics removed, ptsd from previous salons lol). Mia is a magician with design and was able to bring my nail-visions to life to a T, both times.

This place is extremely clean and professional. I absolutely love this nail salon! Apparently, so does everyone else so I would definitely recommend making an appointment over walking in. Ive been numerous times now for a pedicure and manicure shellac, each time I get the same great experience. They start by asking if youd like water or tea or coffee, then I get to enjoy the nice massage pedicure chair and great service. Their pedicure and shellac mani always lasted for the longest Ive never had from any other nail salons. Highly recommended!

I stopped in 5/23 for a mani/pedi, gel polish on my fingernails and regular polish on toes. My tech spoke broken English and wore a face mask, which made it even more difficult to understand her questions. My gel polish chipped on 2 nails today (both of my middle fingers--coincidence?) which is only 6 days later and the shine is nearly gone on all. I can peel the remaining gel off, no soaking needed which means it was either a lousy product to start with or the product has been altered since it appeared it was applied properly. I wore gloves while working in my yard and doing dishes the last 6 days, so I took care of them. 2 of my toenails had chipped polish 3 days later. Avoid this $60 rip off. Yelp has the poor reviews on this place, I shouldve checked it before Google.

We were running a little behind for our appointment but they didnt make us feel rushed or anything- which is a huge change from many salons Ive been in. The young gentleman who did my nails did a fantastic job and was very patient in explaining the difference between some options for what I wanted done with my nails. He got me exactly what I wanted and I couldnt be more thrilled.

Beautiful salon ! I made My appointment ahead of time and i was seen right on time, almost no waiting . They had so many color choices for polished, and it was organized so well that I didn’t feel like overwhelming . The nail tech was professional and friendly, she did a great job on my nails and even took time to grab a white base because she said it would make my color pop more . The service itself was amazing, the salon is nice and clean. Highly recommend!

As a man I was a little nervous having my nails worked on for the first time. As soon as I walked in I felt very welcomed by all the sweet employees and their warm personalities. My worries melted right away. My hands have never looked so good and my feet look and feel better than they have in my whole life. Ive been back many times since and every time I am blown away by the amazing job they do. If youre a guy looking to get a MANicure and pedicure, I HIGHLY recommend this place. I was a first time customer. I was impressed by the salon and excited to try something new. The nail tech did a great job although half way through, one of the workers (im assuming a manager) brought her small dog in. The dog was greeting customers and PEED on my purse. The dog owner quickly grabbed my purse and washed it with soap and water. Luckily my purse wasn’t anything fancy but I was still upset about the situation. She didn’t even say sorry or offer me any type of compensation for my trouble. Sucks this was my first experience. I was highly disappointed when I left.

Today was my first time coming to “Rochester Hills Nails & Spa”, as I am a new resident of Rochester Hills. OMG, this place is absolutely incredible! I’ve had my fair share of good mani/pedi’s but this place is a whole another level of amazing. For starters it’s very clean inside, followed by pleasant customer service and the nail service is some sort of wonderful. I’ve never had someone take so much time and care on my nails regardless of the number of people waiting. I had the BEST most relaxing pedicure. I am very big on reviews as I know how much this can make or break a persons decision on where to go.Thank you for such wonderful service, your hard work and dedication to your customers doesn’t go unnoticed.I don’t think I’ll ever go to another nail spa again...

Went into get a Mani pedi and the guy doing my pedicure cut my toenails completely uneven - My big toe was a diagonal slant. I asked him to fix it by it was already so messed up that I left with it Short and weird and slanted. After he ‘finished’ my pedicure I noticed there was still visible dry skin and calluses on my feet. I asked him to fix it, which he did and lots of dry skin was coming off still. The nail polish is chunky like a little kid did it. I left immediately without tipping, which I never do because I worked in the service industry for many years. Canceled my manicure and feel even annoyed that I had to pay $30 to literally mess up my feet they looked better when I came in. I usually look up reviews but I just went in on a whim. please save your money and Go literally anywhere else

Pedicure was aweful. My feet are still rough and some of my toe nails were not fully painted. Also, the man was using his long dirty finger nail to remove his mistakes on the edges of each nail. They did not put any lotion or cuticle oil my feet. One more thing that really bugs me is when the same person does do the whole job especially when the other person doesnt do good work.
