Although the nails turned out decent, they were SO rough on my hands. The drill fell onto my hand at least 5 times. My fingers were aching after the appointment. They also made my friends pay $75 for only a set of acrylics! We called back to ask how much it’s supposed to be and they said $45. Scam! My hands were also sitting on old dust from previous appointments. Not clean whatsoever.

No. Just no. My gel nails were about 3 inches thick. So gross. And after being there for over 2 hours of her trying to fix it, I just accepted my fate, paid, (they offered no discount) and left. I’ll never be back.

My complaint is, they soak your fingers to take off the polish. I was very skeptical over this drying my fingers out. Well… today they are dry and very uncomfortable. I sadly won’t be going back because of this.Updated review** I spent a lot of money here. By day 3, 3 of my gel nails where chipped off. I told my friend about it, she told me same thing happened here. I’m so disappointed. I’ve never had this happen so fast from a salon.

I had a TERRIBLE experience here!!! I went to this place because Im home from school and the reviews were good on here. I called ahead to schedule an appointment and I asked how much a dip set of nails would be and the lady on the phone informed me that it would cost me $45. While a lady was doing my nails I constantly was asking her to fix the shape. I asked for coffin, yet the sides were not equal or even slanted (looked more like square), also, the tips of my nails were slanted and not straight. During this process, she filed my skin to the point where I started bleeding. Once the dip was on my nails, I asked for a design. She attempted this and could not do it successfully, so I asked if she could do different design (Which was fine). However, it took her many attempts to even complete the second design. I get my nails done very often, I have gotten this design done before and it never took this long or done this bad. It took over 3 hours for her to finish my nails. Once my nails were finished, she told me I owed $80. When I asked why it was so expensive she told me that it was $45 for dip, $5 for tips, $5 for the shape, and $25 for the design. I have NEVER been to a salon that has charged me for the fake tips. Also, I have NEVER been to a salon where they did not inform you of extra charges before giving you whatever it is. I had NO IDEA it was going to be that much! I will not be returning to this place, however, I do not want to bash their whole reputation there may be other people who are better than the lady who did my nails.

This place is far above most! It’s a kind, friendly atmosphere, excellent professionalism, all staff has an eye for detail, making certain all of your requests are met. I have had nothing but great experiences here at Deluxe! Keep up the great work ! Deanna

A friend and I got full sets with gel and shellac and it was honestly the best full set I’ve ever gotten and quick too! My nails were even and smooth and the polish was on completely. They haven’t chipped, popped off, or scratched up yet! The employees were so friendly and talkative and accommodating! Definitely worth it! Ask for Lily!

My sister recommended this place for her wedding and I haven’t gone anywhere else since. Very easy to schedule an appointment and the staff is very friendly and efficient. I have been getting the dip power and it lasts over a month before I need to go back. My nails usually grow out before I experience any chipping or lifting. Excellent quality for the price. Would recommend.

The staff all does a great job with dipping powder. I can get 4 weeks+ without chips or lifting. So consider the price in context with how long it lasts. It’s really convenient location for me and I know they pay a fortune for rent in this plaza but it’s not super “deluxe” in ambiance. That said it’s relaxed and reasonable and I like the friendliness of everyone here. They have an incredible selection of dipping colors. Once you pick your color be ready to decide if you want the “manicure” with your dipping manicure, for $10 upcharge. ($40->$50). You will be happy with the end result or they will make it right. Overall I keep coming back and I’m very happy.

My daughter and I had a pedi and shellac manicure and the service was outstanding! We had the scrub and massage on our feet and legs and it was very much worth the extra money. Our hands, feet, and legs look and feel terrific! Be sure to ask for Lily

Prompt and efficient. Very good quality. Don’t like that they don’t engage with customer and only speak in native language to each other. Would be more pleasurable experience for customer if they were more personable. But answered questions when asked and did quality work.

Been coming here on and off for over 5 years. Since they recently hired Lily I won’t go anywhere else for dipping powder. She has the best technique. The dip treatment lasts a month and only have to replace because my nail has grown out.

Lily did an amazing job on my coffin shaped full set. They look perfect! Ive been coming here for a few years and they always make me happy. They can duplicate almost any design or ombre and shape for full sets. They also carry hundreds of dip powders!

A little pricey. I used to go regularly to get the powder done on my nails, and the job was always decent. However once we waited over an hour to get any service, with the owner assuring us it will only be a few more minutes. After we finally got our nails done the owner had immediately left before we could provide any feedback.Overall I think you could find a more honest place, and with better prices.

This would be a zero if I had a choice. I asked for the deluxe pedi instead of the basic, only received a basic, but was charged for a deluxe. Was told she spent more time with me. Ah no! The lady next to me only asked for a basic. My gal started after her & finished before her. Plus with the deluxe you should receive a mask for your feet. Well I never got a Mask. I figured she forgot & I by the time I noticed she already had the polish on. I thought no big deal theyll only charge me for the basic. Ah no again! Needless to say I will never be back.

Warren is the handsomest and funniest nail tech Ive ever had, all around so much fun and has a very precise hand when working. Im very, very satisfied with my nails.

I had a really good experience here. First of the staff are very warm and friendly they greeted me right away and chatted with me the whole time. Second the massage chairs are amazing, best I have seen around. Third I had an awesome pedicure I told the gentleman it had been awhile. So he took the time and care to make sure my feet were soft and smooth. Overall I had a great experience and will definitely be going back.

Ive been going here for a couple years and have had good results. I usually get a gel manicure and when I went there they seemed like they were in a rush to get my nails done. When I get a gel manicure they usually last 2-3 weeks. During this experience the gel started to peel off my entire nail on several nails. Ive been gluing them back on because I spent 38$ to get them done.

My mom got her nails done here and they look kind of bad, especially for how much she paid. Its sad that she doesnt normally get her nails done and this is how they came out. Everyone who does nails professionally knows thats youre not supposed to flood the cuticle with acrylic. They have been lifting and she cant even do her hair because they are snagging by the cuticles. Totally unacceptable application.

I get my nails done once a year... this place is very nice. My nails are pretty - one thing I didn’t like was that the man had to get up to do other things while doing my nails such as answering the phone or heping another customer pay the bills. Then he asked me to write a review... if you want a review I’d suggest just getting someone’s nails done and then doing other things. Over all super clean place and great quality nails

Best pedicure Ive ever had!! Love the healing pediatrics urethane, with the hot wax after, wonderful!! They have new massaging chairs that are fantastic too!!

Because I have been going there every two weeks for gel nails for about six months witch was fine. Then I went there recently and they put acrylic and it damage my nails. I am a little disappointed. I never wanted acrylic to begin with.

Was not impressed with this place. I thought the salon was a little dirty and could see the floors hadnt been done in a long time. Will not be going back.

I would give this place a zero star if I could. I waited in the soaker for 15 mins while the person I came with was almost done. They helped other people before me and was not busy. They didnt even cut my toe nails for my pedicure and sprayed stuff in my sandals which made them wet. Would never recommend this place to anyone.
