I’ve been going there for years and tolerating on and off rude service because the prices are good. But this last time was the last straw. I made an appointment and Vanessa often makes me wait usually 15 or 20 minutes. But this last time she made me wait an hour and took 2 other clients in my spot. She never even apologized or said anything during the 1 hour I sat there and waited. After an hour I got up grabbed my purse and she said, I’m almost done. I said I had to go and that I had an appointment and walked out and went to another salon. It’s not a relaxing experience there, often with her kids running around and she has to tend to them. Terrible customer service and rude.

The workers were extremely nice and did a wonderful job on my nails. As a guy I dont go to the salon a lot, but they were very patient with me not knowing what to do. Would definitely suggest this place to other people.

I have been going here for a couple of years, everyone has been very inviting and kind to me. Vanessa is my girl! She always makes my nails look amazing and takes her time to make sure that I am happy with the result, she listens to what I want for my nails and I always leave looking great.

I had the most awful experience at this salon. The nail tech who performed the service made sexual comments to me and made me so uncomfortable. I asked him to stop and would not. I should have left in the middle of the service, but did not want to leave my friend who was also getting her nails done. Furthermore, my skin on my toes was cut because he was being so rough and my gel polish has peeled and it has only been two days. I called and told the manager about my experience. She said the only thing they could do is a redo. I told her I do not want to go back because he made me uncomfortable. She ended up hanging up on me. I called back and told her that was rude to hang up on a customer and they insisted I was being dramatic. This was the worst experience I have ever had and I cannot believe they are okay with one of their employees making sexual passes to their customers. Do not go here, they do not care about their clients, only about money.

Vanessa did a beautiful set of French gel nails for me. It was a good price and she was very sweet. Ill definitely be going back.

I went in as a walk in earlier today. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The guy doing my nails kept coughing towards me without covering his mouth, he might of been sick and no one else offered to take over... he was slow, one set of nails on 1 hand is longer than the other and he didn’t cut the skin around my fingers to clean them up. Very disappointed

I went in for pedicure which was great, relaxing, great massage and everything cleaned up. Then I got an eyebrow wax along with phenomenal face massage✔️💯💚😁✔️

Me and my daughter went there for first time doing our nails looks like the owner did my daughters nails but the wife did excellent job on mine. she was fast and very careful he was doing my daughters nails watching a movie the whole time that was very disrespectful for business owner to do that but I’m still going to give them five stars I hope you read this review Never do that to all the customers

I came in for a simple shellac manicure. A lady came in after me and was getting more done. She was waiting and then about to leave. The lady doing my nails asked her not to leave told her she was almost done with me. Then she started rushing to finish. Then she brought the other customer and started working on her before I was finished. I understand that that customer was going to spend more money than me, but I was there first and deserve to have quality service too. Anyway, the shellac manicure I received was ok...not great and customer service was subpar.

One of my nails broke the second day, I paid 35 dollars for them and when I went to tell them they blamed it on me and wouldn’t fix it. And told me I should’ve taken care of them and also the guy accused my mom of us lying about my nails I’ve been getting my nails done at this place for a two now but I’m not going back it’s upsetting that they won’t even fix one nails for an old customer or anyone in that matter

Shellac very uneven. Much thicker in some spots than others. Painted over the top coat trying to fix the uneven edges. Very un-relaxing experience. Very unhappy with the end result.

Been going to Grace nails for years, have tried other places and used nail salons in other states while on vacation, Grace always seem to go the extra mike to make sure I’m happy, they cheerfully fix any mistake that I or they make. Happy people, reasonable prices and my nails look beautiful, highly recommend 👍

I guess it is time to let this place go. I asked for mood change polish. The nail tech started my nails. I noticed it was a different bottle. I asked, does this change colors? She said, yes. As she continued to apply the shellac color, I noticed it was not changing. I asked again. I asked in various ways 4 times, but thinking maybe it wasnt noticeable because my hands were cold. Afterwards. I pressed my nail. No change. I picked up the box. The manager comes over and asked if she could help me. I stated the wrong nail polish was used. She then told me it was up to me to let them know when they first started. I stated I did. I realize now there was a language barrier, but if I kept asking the same question and someone says yes, I thought she knew what I was saying. She then asked, what am I supposed to do now? I just left. I wont be returning.

The guy who did my nails was very professional and knows what he is doing but I think that these people been using fake shellac because this is the 2nd time i get this done and is peeling off already not even 3 days had it on. I had 2 different people do my nails on this 2 occasions so is not the person is their product. Waste of time and money.

One of the worst nail experiences of my life...she was too impatient to wait for the shellac to come off so she thought it would be a good idea to file the surface of my nails with the spinning drill and nail file. My nails are still recovering. They’re peeling so badly. This never happens at my other places. My mom and I were both complained about a nail place we went to, and we realized we were talking about the same place. The only reason I tried this place was because the reviews seemed okay and my other nail place closed down.

Great customer service always friendly and must go. i usually refer my other friends or people i know to go here they do good work. worth the money:)

I have been a patron of Grace Nails for several years and find their work superb. When I am traveling I cannot wait to get back to have them do my nails because no one else even comes close.

Didnt like the customer service, snooty and cokey for those type of foreigners, not sure the nationality, they are usually more friendlier. As a matter of fact, two others complain while I was there. Caucasian, Indian, and I am African American.....there you have it

Im not pleased with their service. I was told to come back by Vanessa in 45 minutes because she said someone was before me. When I returned she was doing someone elses nails and she never acknowledge my presence. Im not happy with their service in fact I dont get a good impression that they like to service women of color. I will go somewhere else for better service and respect

Horrible place of business. The supposed owner, over charged me for my nails after I asked the price and over the price on their website. I told him to give me the cash difference and Ill sign my credit card receipt. Long story short, he became angry and disrespectful. I was going to call the police but one of the ladies begged me not too. She said that he is always angry and that he doesnt respect women. Women shouldnt talk back to him. Never again will I give this place of horrors my money .

I told the lady that my nails were starting to chip on top and to make sure she puts a hint of gel all around. My nails did not even last a week. They cracked in half . A waste of money I should say . I only chose this place because the other ones were booked or closed .Waste of time and money . Don’t know how to put shellac on & for the amount I paid I was expending an entire manicure .

I am VERY disappointed. I felt like I was overpriced for a regular pedi and a full set just polish, very simple nothing special, was $75! But overall they looked decent so I didn’t complain. It was a mother and daughter day so my daughter got a mani and pedi done as well. They finished up with us by the time they were closing and the people who did our nails had left. As I was paying I realized my daughter (who is only 6) had accidentally messed up two nails and I mentioned it to the owner who I was paying and he started to give me an attitude and got loud telling me to tell my daughter not to mess them up and not to touch them. (I can honestly say he was almost screaming and my daughter was frightened) And at first he was acting like he wasn’t even going to fix them. Talking very loudly telling me ”where was the nail polish that she used?!” and I’m like “I don’t know your worker had it why would I have it”. He was very upset and angry and I couldn’t understand why because we were the customers and had did nothing wrong. His wife who is fairly nice found the color and “fixed” it (just painting over the messed up part which made it look bumpy and not smooth). By this time I didn’t even care I was just ready to get out of there. I was just so shocked as to how he could talk to his customers that way like as if we did something wrong when I paid over $100 for nails. When we first walked in they were all nice but as soon as I handed my money over he didn’t care about customer service. I Didn’t even leave a tip because Of how he treated us and honestly didn’t feel like he would be an honest guy to give the tip to the workers who actually did our nails since they had left. You would think they would be a little bit more kind considering they don’t get much service anyway but they definitely lost a customer by the way they handled things.

Went there several times, it is very rude that they talk in front of you, on the phone ( and talking to each other in another language --- but I wasnt there to make friends and the place was convenient, so I went, I paid over 100.00 for a shellac fills and pedicure and my nails peeled, I went back in and they told me it was my fault,,, I have been getting my nails done forever and shellac never peels. While I was there two other customers came in with the same exact problem --- and we all agreed, they must be using cheap products because shellac should last more than a week. you never know how much anything is until the end, kids are running around and it is total chaos. Not a relaxing time at all and their customer service stinks!

I wasnt to impressed even when I walked in. The lady who I assumed was the owner was curt and unfriendly. She didnt greet at all. She had 2 small kids that were in the customers face talking while she was doing her nails. An old man did my nails, but, his hands were so calloused that when he massaged my hands with lotion, I could feel them, ewww! His pinky nail was super long, but the rest were normal, like was he trying to compete for Ripleys Believe It or Not to see who got the longest pinky nail!!! Later on, 3 Chinese men walked around the salon and hung out there. When my nails were finished, I went back to my table to ask the man where my rings, purse and coat were at, the lady owner piped up and yelled at me, We no responsible for you lose rings!!! She totally blew everything out of proportion. I found all my belongings in one place. I was thinking to myself like...OMG, I gotta get outta here! LOL!!! The whole atmosphere was very unprofessional if you ask me. DONT GO THERE! Ive tried other nail salons in the area and they are way better and decent than this one!

I went in for the Luxor pedicure (the most expensive one) and a full set as a treat for landing a new job. I spent $120 on services plus tip (because Im not a jerk) but was sorely disappointed.Started off with the pedi and I was so excited about the foot and leg massage, which I did not receive. The tech was very nice and funny (honestly the only reason Im giving any stars) but the poor guy had no idea what he was doing. Cut my cuticles so deep I was bleeding and my feet were sore for days after. The polish looked nice though and my feet were smooth.The same tech did my acrilyc set, and again, I dont think he had much practice. The shape, polish, and length were fine, but they looked rough and the back of the nails had lumps of acrilyc built up in unsightly bulges that should have been filed off to give a more polished look. In all honestly, Im not sure if this guy was still in school or what, but it was just very rough and amateur work.
