I was very happy with my experience. The building was very clean and spacious. The staff was all very friendly. Great atmosphere. Sarah did a fantastic job. She was very kind, patient, and gentle. I will definitely be back to see her.

I did not have an appointment on the weekend, but only waited about ~20 minutes. This was a good quality mani/pedi for the price. Would for sure come here again. Took about 2 hours including my wait for a gel mani and a whilst pedicure.

Hands down, the best pedicure of my life. I had the deluxe pedicure with DeeDee and let me tell you, that woman is blessed. She listened to me when I told her I needed extra scrubbing, she took her time, and the massage blew my mind. Not to mention, their massage chairs are top of the line, I’ve never sat in something like that before. My feet are the softest I’ve ever felt them and my polish is perfect. Everything was clean and sanitary as well.

Not as happy as I wish. Did not perform enough work on my feet (still rough). I can see my old purple polish around my corners of at least 6 toes and the light pink (new color) doesnt even cover all of each toe nail. I tried to get her to fix as we were leaving but I was honestly annoyed with the cold water, messy application of lotions, and wanted to just be done. My daughters tech was amazing and she had a blast... but $100 later... I will not be returning for myself.

We went here for my sisters birthday today. All got Mani/Pedis. All turned out well except one manicure. It was rushed - cuticles werent done, polish was sloppy and the ends of the nails were rough. Didnt have time for them to redo them.

I had a bad experience at a previous nail salon and needed a new place to go to. Bloomfield Nail & Spa is right across the street from my work, so it was a very convenient place to go to. I had Tony and my nails have never looked or felt better! They also lasted a whole 4 weeks without chipping! Needless to say, I have continued to come back and have sent a handful of other people here as well.

I really hate to leave a bad review but my gel mani and pedi began chipping after 2 days and that really sucks. Also I said multiple times that I didn’t want my thumb nail too short and even after she cut one side too short i asked again and it’s like she didn’t even hear me. Really disappointed. The place is very pretty and staff was professional and kind but i would not return.

My first time using this nail salon and it was wonderful! The staff was super friendly and the nail tech did exactly what I asked. I’ve received tons of compliments on my nails and have told everyone I know to try this salon.

We, my daughter and me, love the place and the atmosphere! Its very nice, new and super clean! My daughter had Homecoming last week-end and she wanted an acrylic set for the first time. My nails were done beautifully. First time I tried the dip. My daughters nails turned out horrible. She showed a picture of what she wanted. Had picked a color and the technician choosed another color and did not even come close to what my daughter wanted. This is the second time this has happened to her there and she got someone else than her regular lady Vanessa.

I wasn’t happy with the nail design I’ve received but as soon as the owner found out he told me to come in and he would fix it. As soon as I walked in I was taken care of and I got a new set FREE of charge. The owner definitely takes care of the customers. Very polite and talented. I very much appreciate how fast and stress free everything got handled. And I love the way my nails turned out!

These people are so rude! I walked in and asked for a fill an hour and a half before close and they said no fills available. They had people standing around not with anybody and still they told us no! Ignorant people!! Don’t go here!! EVER!!!

Spent 10 minutes explaining what I wanted as I have a damaged nail. Was then passed off to another technician who was not part of the initial conversation, so I did not get exactly what I wanted. Manicure station dirty/dusty. Technician was friendly.

Great nail tech-rude owner trying to upsell stuff -all put out because I was using a coupon for my mani pedi-probably will not use service again-if you dont want the coupons used then dont put them in the local paper

Was kicked out from an appointment for my four children who were wearing a mask because I was not. I was there hours earlier and they didnt make me due to having asthma. Decided to let it go and go again got thrown out because I need to provide face mask cover because of my health issue.

I went here for a mani/pedi and was pretty disappointed. The nail technician was distracted and kept answering her cell phone. She left me twice for longer periods of time while I sat getting cold in the water. I found the floors and tables to be dirty. Unprofessional front desk. They seemed bored bc it was so slow. Won’t go back.

Did a fantastic job on my daughter, my fiance and myself. Didnt have an appointment but accomodated us quickly.I got a mani/pedi shellac change, my daughter mani/pedi polish change and my fiance just a pedi. Hes never been and cant wait to go back.Very friendly, clean, thorough and great price! You dont feel rushed at all.I usually go to the Rochester location but was in the area.I highly reccommend any of the Bloomfield Nails locations!!

Cindi lies. Had an appointment at 4:45 and arrived early. Wasn’t even acknowledged by her until 5. She said she called and texted me because my appointment was at 4:15 (HUGE lie as I confirmed appointment twice and she never called nor texted me). She said she had a preferred client at 6 so couldn’t do me. This place has been extremely mismanaged from the start.

I’ve been going to Bloomfield Nails for a couple years and usually have a good experience. Yesterday I went to try a dip manicure for the first time. My nails were already super short when I went and did not need much done to them. When the nail tech (I think his name was Tom) put on the first two layers of the dip, he went to brush off the excess powder and all the color on my nails came right off. He had used the wrong polish so he had to start all over. After getting the dip done, he filed my nails SO EXCESSIVELY. My fingers are literally RAW. When I left, I still had the powder all over my finger tips (it was black so I looked like I had dipped my hands in soot). To be fair, the tech told me to go back to his station so he could help get it off, but at that point I was so upset that I left and just did my best to get it off at home. I’ve never really had any issues before, but this was a BAD experience.

Lynn is simply The Best! Ive been her client for 16+ years and I wont see anyone else. On the unusual occasion I need help & cant see Lynn, I am reminded again how exceptional Lynn is in comparison. Lynns abilities, knowledge and experience is impressive. Her clients become her friends and she cares deeply about providing outstanding services to each one. I highly recommend her!

Professional, fast and talented. My sister and I always get our nails done here. Their color selection is huge and perfect for every mood. They are sanitary but they do use the same tools on everyone. They have been very clean and accommodating during the pandemic.

I was a walk in first thing on Saturday morning. Even though they had a lot of appointments they got me right in. I had a cracked nail, they fixed it without a problem and did a great job on my feel manicure. Its beautiful and relaxing in there. Everyone I interested with was so friendly. I signed up for their rewards program because I will definitely be back.

Okay...first off, Lynn is back!! She is fabulous!! Her work is neat, long-lasting, and 100% pain-free. 😉 Shes extremely personable and professional. Second, those spa chairs are so comfortable and relaxing. I love them and can sit in them all day. These are not typical pedicure. The nail spa/salon was clean upon entry and exit. They even put a lining in the pedicure bowl. How cool is that!! Lastly, those chandeliers are absolutely beautiful. The atmosphere is great and the staff is engaging. I will definitely be back. Especially, since Lynn is there!!!

Professional service but not uptight. The people there make it a comfortable environment but top notch in terms of clean. Sometimes nail techs give the impression you are just another pair of hands or feet. Kay was great.

I love all Bloomfield Nails but I tried Lynn for my 1st time at the Rochester Hills location after reading all the positive reviews on her, she is a wonderful human & very skilled w/ nails. She takes her time and makes sure you love it the whole way ! No one is more picky then me and I am in love ! I got a full set of coffin shaped nails with bubble bath shellac, will be returning to her every 2 weeks xoxo

I had an appointment today for a long awaited pedicure. When I arrived, I was asked to fill out a long form confirming I wouldnt hold them liable if I were to contract COVID19!!! Seriously? They didnt have temperature checks or any medical questions. And, finally, the last straw, I saw one of the employees walking around without a mask. I walked away.

I am really disappointed from todays visit. I been waiting for them to be open and finally its open but what a terrible service I had by vanessa. She did my manicure and pedicure if I could I will give her zero. I am regular customer there its very nice and clean place, I always enjoyed my visit there. I will still recommend but Dont let vanessa do anything if you want good service. Other ladies are very good they know what they doing but what a disappointment today😥

Ive been a client of Ryan’s before he opened his own location for years and I followed him to his new place even tho it’s 25 min from my house. I would follow him to the moon if I had to because I will NOT go anywhere else for my liquid gel nails!! They treat me like family and take care of me in every way. I’ve sent so many people there who have now become loyal clients also. Very clean and sanitary and the best products. Mary does my pedicures and she is so sweet and thorough. Highly highly highly recommend Bloomfield Nails in Rochester Hills!!

Terrible. My gel nail polish peeled up with days of getting it done. I still have rough spots on my feet. The nail techs were more worried about booking the next customer than completing my service. I would not recommend and Im never going back. Id ask for my money back if I actually think they would do it.

Make an appointment with Lynn you will not be disappointed! The place feels welcoming and is very spacious! I drive 30 minutes just to have Lynn do my nails!

Got dip done the week of Christmas and I was rushed big time. About a week later it started lifting and breaking (this usually lasts a MONTH). I went in to get them removed after most of the rest of my nails had broken and complained and was charged $10 to get it removed and cut my nails down. She left half of the base clear dip powder on my nails and didnt even care that I was dissatisfied. And $10?? Really?? You lost a customer!

I have been going here for a while. My nail tech Lynn Nygen is phenomenal!! She is very detailed and makes sure you are satisfied with her services at all times. The salon is also clean and relaxing!

Terrible worst pedi ever!

Very comfortable experience!! Everything went smoothly and I absolutely loved the paraffin treatment during my pedicure. Loui was very sweet and made sure I was satisfied every step of the way!

I might consider myself a regular at Bloomfield Nails & Spa now. I go once a month now it seems. They do everything right, they offer water, have clean tools. They really want to experience to be as peaceful and calming as possible and Ive actually witnessed the technicians asking other patrons to quiet down if they are being overly boisterous. Everyone Ive had so far has been great.

Not a fan... I went in with my friend yesterday and neither of us were impressed. My friend got her pedicure started right away while I sat and waited about 5 minutes. Once the lady (Tina) sat down it was obvious she had just smoked a cigarette. I was so disgusted because its all I could smell. Also, she never wore a mask and coughed the whole time! I was really upset about this as I never came in to catch a cold! When we satt downn to do my nails she was finally wearing a mask but continued too cough the whole time. Also her breath smelt like musty cigarettes and it was very hard for me to endure. I wouldn’t go back.

You have to see Lynne! She is amazing. She takes her time and does a beautiful job! Hands down best in Rochester!

I absolutely love going to Bloomfield Nails & Spa. It is a very clean environment and all staff is very friendly. I especially like going to see Cyndi. Cyndi has excellent attention to detail and truly wants to make your nails perfect! She gives me great advice for colors that look good on my skin tone and always answers my questions. It is a treat not only to get my manis/pedis, but I enjoy time catching up with her! Make sure to make an appointment before, she is a busy lady!

I just had a med/ped today with a lovely woman, Tina. I have to say it was the best I ever had. The little things like warm towels, salt scrubs, and leg and foot massages, makes a big difference. I highly recommend this nail salon. I would give it a 10 if possible.

By one star I mean zero. My experience was terrible and the nail technician made me cry. She started off by saying, your skin is too white. I jokingly shrugged it off because with the language barrier I assumed she meant simply your skin is so white as a conversation starter because I am pale and its summer. She then kept it going by saying, You know what it reminds me of? When youre driving in the snow and the sun reflects off of it. Thats how I felt when you walked in the door. And repeatedly told me my skin was too white and it hurt her eyes. She proceeded to take an hour to do a simple polish change because she couldnt find any of the color I wanted. There are so many great nail salons in the area. I strongly recommend staying away from this one.

Looking at yelp, I found out Bloomfield Nails & Spa was walking distance from my employer. I was greeted as I entered and technician came out from the back area to assist asap. She was hilarious and did a did my nails quickly. A basic gel manicure is the service purchased.

I have been coming here since they open. Love it nice place friendly people. Cindy is the best for nails. But recently they have gone up in price so do not like that. Prices should have stayed the same.

Terrible service. The lady left my to go smoke outside while I had hot towels on my feet, when she came back the towels were cold and she smelled heavily of cigarettes. She was talking to the person next to her instead of doing my nails. And did not give me a massage with my pedicure. I am very disappointed with this salon.

Was greeted and seated in a pedi chair quickly BUT sat for 30 minutes in cold water getting pruney before any one started my pedi. Nail tech burned my fingers with the electric file...and left messy and rough edges on my shellac mani!!

I’ve gone here a handful of times for shellac manicures, and generally have a wonderful experience! All the nail techs do a great job, and it always lasts! Unfortunately, today I went and my experience was not so great. From what should’ve been a 30-45 minute appointment, ended up being over an hour. The second I sat down in the nail techs chair, she put headphones in, and FaceTimed her boyfriend. I can’t say it was pleasant sitting there watching her flirt, talk to someone on the phone, and constantly stop doing my nails because she had to look at the person she was talking to on FaceTime. Needless to say, I was very disappointed with my services today, unsure if I’ll return. Need to really work on their customer service skills, or just some damn manners!!!

I have zero complaints about my service and the employees. Recommend 10/10 every time!!😁

Dissatisfied! Ragged looking cuticles (one was bleeding), sloppy polishing, uncomfortable atmosphere. I wish I hadn’t wasted one of my four spa days per year on this place!!

I went here today with a friend who had spoken SO highly of this Nail Salon, but unfortunately I couldn’t disagree more. We walked in and the person at the front desk needed to clarify over 5 times the name & number our reservation was under. The person doing my pedicure was so rough with my feet that I left with my nail beds bleeding and my feet all ripped up from the “cheese grater” looking foot scrubber. Additionally, he nearly stabbed through my nail bed while cleaning the dirt from under my toenails. I had a shellac pedicure (which was poorly done) & my friend asked for a normal pedicure and when we went to check out the shellac pedicure was $20 MORE than the normal pedicure. I paid $50+ for a painful pedicure & absolutely terrible costumer service. I would highly recommend going to any other salon in Rochester as this was the worst experience I’ve had.
