I always struggled finding a nail tech that I love, but Jesse and Ha have never failed my mom and me. Their work is unmatched. They are so punctual and organized. Their salon is extremely clean, and especially right now with COVID, they take things very seriously. As for their work, I have never left disappointed with my nails. They value each client equally and take their time to do the best job on each one. I do dip and her work always lasts 3-4 weeks on my nails without a chip! I have been going here for so long now and am so happy I found my permanent nail tech!! Do not hesitate to try them out.

The owner does a great job, shes quick and very skilled. And the prices are better than anywhere else Ive gone.

Nice people. Good work.I just wish that the price was reasonable.They charged me 50$ for a gel pedicure and 35$ for manicure.

I made an appointment for Saturday at 1 pm. When I got there, I was told my appointment was for 2:00 pm. I explained I spoke to V; I was then told my appointment was for 1:30. I wont make an appointment here again! Cant seem to get things right at this place!

I have been going to KMZ since they opened. I started with pedicures and now see them for shellac. The shop is clean and I never have to sit and wait for prolonged period. Jesse is one of hardest working women I have met and has high expectation for her staff. She and her staff do great work.

Incredible service, I had Jesse and Vi and they were both wonderful! This is my first time in years getting my nails done and I would highly recommend this place to anyone! So I went in for a pedicure today and long story short the tech cut my foot but instead of owning up to it she said she didn’t do it and that I had it before she started (who wouldn’t notice a cut on their foot????) I told her and the owner I did not but again she stated she didn’t do it and the owners main concern was that she wouldn’t be blamed if it became infected and tried to say my foot looked infected already before I came. It wasn’t that big of a deal but don’t lie to try saving face I won’t be returning I can’t deal with dishonesty. Also I don’t appreciate my toe being butchered With my wedding being this upcoming Friday.

So the lady that usually does my nails always does a good job . I go here because is literally less than 5 min from my house. However, I think the price for shellac is overpriced . I’m saying this bec I got charged a lot less at another place . This was over 17 more . I don’t mind giving good tips but when you go to another place and they charge you a lot less for basically the same quality of work, you notice the difference and can’t help to be a little bothered by it .

I recently moved here and searched for a nail salon who did pink & white acrylic nails using white acrylic instead of just polishing the white on over the pink acrylic. I FOUND THEM at KMZ Nails on Auburn Road. Jessie does an excellent job and is very friendly. I have not found the prices to be bad either. I will continue to get my nails done there. No more searching.

I started going to Jessie shortly after KMZ opened this summer. She removed my acrylics and, with her awesome manicures, has gotten my natural nails to grow out beautifully. My daughter has her nails done by Ha and is always extremely satisfied as well. They do fabulous pedicures, too!! Top notch salon, clean, very friendly, reasonably priced. Now that Ive started coming here, I cant imagine going anywhere else!!

Jessie and Ha are very friendly and do great work. They were very sweet with my 5 year old too. Salon is clean, doesnt smell like acrylic and has an amazing selection of colors. Reasonably priced. We will be back!

My review was deleted (SO UNPROFESSIONAL) the tech that did my foot yesterday butchered my foot and stated she didn’t do it and I already had the cut (WHO WOULDN’T NOTICE A CUT ON THEIR FOOT???) The manager wasn’t only concerned about not being blamed if it got infected my wedding is Friday And my foot looks terrible to me and the only thing she cared about was saving face for her business!!!!!! I will continue to repost this everyday and every time my post is removed as this is just UNACCEPTABLE!!!

I have been to KMZ four times. Previously Jessie did my nails and I was happy with the results. But Last week another person did them and I was not happy at all. I went home frustrated. Today I stopped by, and showed Jessie my nails.She was happy to help and but she was busy so Ha redid them. My recommendation is if you’re not happy just tell them the right away.

I do not even get my nails done. My mom does, and she has been going to this location since they opened. She followed the owner from her previous salon. They are amazing and friendly people that are always looking to do the absolute best job possible. I even enjoy going with her because everyone is always so cheerful and it will put me in a good mood. My moms nails are on point after a visit here, highly recommended.

I went to KMZ Nails with a friend who has been going there for a while now and I loved every bit about it! Not only was it very clean inside, but everyone there was so sweet and accommodating. I went in initially wanting a french manicure but walked out with ombré glitter nails. I got acrylics as well and she topped it off with a gel coat. Ha did my nails and she did a great job. I loved it and was very satisfied. We talked about so much stuff that time literally flew by. I felt like I was only in there for 30 minutes. I’m glad I found my new go-to nail spot! 💗💗💗💗💗

I just moved to the city about a year ago and I was hoping to make this place my go-to, but unfortunately the man who did my nails gave me a first horrible experience and I should have left his seat when the lady that just walked out came back in for a repair. Even though  my nails didnt turn out great the customer service was good 🤷🏾‍♀️

I scheduled an appointment here and it was my first time ever being there. I just wanted fill-ins for my acrylics. They put me with a male nail technician in the way back and he filed all my nails uneven and he put more acrylic over top of fuzz that stuck to my nail. He never sized my nails to make sure the length was the same for all nails. Horrible experience and i wont be back. $23 for fill in and regular polish.

The pedicure was very relaxing and the products that were used made my feet soft and smooth. Recommended.

I came here based on good reviews and because they could squeeze me in. Big mistake. The guy who did my nails was slightly rude and obnoxious. I grew my nails for weeks and the first thing he did without asking was cut them short. He then proceeded to blame me because I had to answer a phone call when he did it. He should’ve asked me before making that decision. I got shellac and the color was painted uneven, my nails are all different shapes, he cut my cuticles too short and poked me in 3 different spots so those are bleeding and burning. First time getting shellac and what a nightmare. I would not recommend this place.

I’ve been going here for about 1 mo & 1/2. Love this place. Jessie did my eyebrows the other day ❤️& Ha has done my manicure/shellac. Everyone always loves they way my nails look. I’m a wife, mom & nurse. My shellac always looks amazing even after all the hand washing & household duties. When I go every 2 weeks honestly it’s because my nails have grown out & I want a color change.

Went here for the first time based on the reviews, asking for a shellac pedicure. The facility is clean and bright, with great massage chairs. Probably one of the best pedicures Ive ever had, and Jessie was fun to talk to while she worked. I cant wait to go back for a manicure.

I walked in without an appointment. They didn’t push me away as bad as other nail places have. A worker who was having her lunch took the time to stop, and do my nails. I followed Jessie from her previous location and its totally worth the drive. She is so detail oriented and I love it. Nobody can do my nails and get them to last as long without lifting. Plus no other shop has the amount of colors she offers. The new mood changing colors are awesome.

The facility is wonderfully clean and the staff is attentive to all their customers, even when busy. I’ve had my eyebrows waxed, pedicure, and a (separate) manicure. All services were fantastic!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Treated my girlfriend to a new set of acrylics at this place and it was the biggest mistake I could have made having her come here. The quality was terrible. None of the nails were the same length as the other hand and the nails were falling off after only a week. Im not sure how they get so many good reviews but judging from the area Im guessing the peoples standards who come here arent high at all... not a classy area... wont be returning.

I absolutely loved working with Ha and Britney. Has enthusiasm and attention to detail has fully converted me. Im never going anywhere else.To add, the environment is nice, clean, new and very real table and respectful.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. If you live in Rochester (or nearby), this is the ONLY place you should go for a mani/pedi!!! Ive been getting shellac every 2 weeks for approximately 8 years and have tried several places in the area and I have finally found the best place. Jessie and Ha are amazing! Before I started going to KMZ, my shellac would barely hold on for two weeks, but now I can go 3 weeks and it STILL looks good. Im never going anywhere else, thank you KMZ!!!

Overly High Prices To Have A Childs Basic Manicure Done.

They seemed very friendly at the start of the appointment. I got a mani/pedi with shellac. My pedi was wonderful! It was the only reason for them getting 2 stars. Except for the fact that my tech answered a personal call while painting my toes and bumped them with her elbow.. My main issue was with the mani. I wanted 2 colors, a solid blue and an accent glitter nail on my ring finger. I have never ever ever had an issue with this at any other salon Ive been to. My lady could not understand for her life that thats what I wanted. She must have went over the 2 color options 100x with me. Then she finally started painting my nails. Never have I had an issue with a nail tech getting glitter polish to show up nicely until I came here. She had to buff off, the uneven, gel polish from my hands at least 2x. Every time I had a hand done and told to put in the UV light, I could feel the polish dripping onto my skin since she globbed it on so unevenly. By the time she finished painting my nails and drilling/clipping the excess hardened shellac gel polish off my skin, it was almost 3 hours. To end this beautiful experience, it was the most expensive nail visit I have ever had. Im ashamed to even say the price since I should have had the balls to refuse to pay. Two days later and some of my fingers feel like they had a hangnail violently pulled off theyre so sensitive from the drilling/clipping and Im still trying to scrape off excess gel on my skin myself.

They do a really great job!! Love going here.

Fantastic establishment and nail techs! I was in the neighborhood and needed to get my nails done so called, spoke to Jessie, then walked in 10 minutes later. Jessie was the only one there at first and already had a client. She immediately got me settled in and did a superb job multitasking between the other client and I. Two other techs walked in shortly after as well as a couple other people and some appointments. They took there time with each of us and worked as a team to efficiently get all our needs taken care of.Mr. Lee did a great job with my pedicure, I truly felt pampered and spoiled. They took their time with my pedi and shelac mani plus offered me some cold bottled water as I waited. Jessie was kind enough to give me some great advice for my skin since my new career really was taking a toll on my skin.Ha was also great! She did an awesome job on my shelac mani. The conversation was great and she did an awesome job when I asked her to paint my nails a certain way.Definitely will be back and recommend to anyone looking for a great mani/pedi and excellent customer service!
