One star is very generous, wish I could leave zero stars. Booked my daughter and her friend an appointment for a shellac mani and pedicure for their graduation event. $60 later + tip my daughter arrived home with MORE nail polish on her skin than on her toenails. I never leave reviews, but feel this is warranted. This is NOT anything like the original Luv Salon. This was purchased by someone that clearly does not have professionally trained staff. My ten year old daughter could have done a better job on her sisters nails for graduation. This place is a joke!

Not crowded at all. No wait at all. Felt I was rushed on pedicure with no customers waiting. Not much soak time and not much of a massage on legs or feet. Same with manicure.Nail tech was very nice and friendly as was young lady at counter.

This is my first time at this location . Came for a facial and gel nails. I have had many facials in the past but this experience was the best. The esthetician made me feel very comfortable, she took her time, was gentle and she was very thorough. I highly recommend this spa. My gel manicure looks beautiful, nail tech was friendly and professional. Ambience is inviting as well

I will never go back here. Way over priced and my nails look horrible. We asked for the Mani/pedi deal but they failed to tell us it was a lot more for gel polish. I am very upset about the amount I paid for my nails to look this. And they made us feel like we were burden on them because we were a walk in.
