The service department is top-notch. They have the best customer service I have received from a dealership in a long time; they inform you about other repairs/services your vehicle may need but are not pushy about getting it done right then and there. Its nice not to feel pressured at the dealership; thanks, guys.

The service was wonderful. My technician was Shelton and he did a great job servicing my vehicle. Out of all the other companies I previously went to they took almost two hours to do an hour change. I’m glad I’ve chose Honda of Roanoke rapids because I had just got off work and was super tired. And the service only took them 30mins for an oil change and tire rotation. Thanks Shelton and Honda for tryout pleasant service. My vehicle is running as brand new as if I just brought it.

Made an appointment last week. After arriving on time, the gentleman told me that no one was here to service my car as they are on break and that I would have to come back at 1. I took time out of my day to get this appointment in and for them to attempt to notify me the day of, most likely the hour before, is just ridiculous. I will never come back here. Im 99% sure they take breaks the same time every day so why make that an option for customers to book? Practice better professionalism please.

I recently purchased a new Nissan from Nissan of Roanoke Rapids in Roanoke Rapids, NC. Mr Anderson was my direct salesperson and was amazing. The financier was from Jamaica and was equally amazing. Both employees put forth their best effort to appease me by putting me in the car if my dreams. Unfortunately, the manager of the establishment was a sight for sore eyes. The manager was a disgrace. The manager failed to acknowledge my existence. The manager exudes is a poor example of leadership and customer service. I am elated that I had to interact with Mr. Anderson and his colleague from Jamaica only. The manager very rude.

My experience here at Honda Of Roanoke Rapids was like no other. I myself have always drove an Honda until I meet the General Sales Manager David Marshall and Sales Consultant Joel Scott. Mr. Scott went above and beyond to make sure I was comfort with test driving the new Honda and a new Nissan. Mr. Marshall as well as Mr. Scott showed their professionalism by explaining everything to me in regards to purchasing a new car. They were both nice and easygoing. In the end, I choose Nissan because I liked the SUV. I would recommend anyone to buy from Honda Of Roanoke Rapids!! Job Well Done!!!!!!
Worst ever. Just left here after speaking to the owner himself. He didn’t care that his service department in Roanoke Rapids has done nothing for six days I’ve traded in to brand new 2.0 sports that have left us for dead on the road I will attach video and photography of both incidents they’re not willing to take the car back they tell me I have to open a claim the 2.02020 Honda accord sport is a woman yet they want to do nothing I called service seven days ago and they hung up on me today when I called I will attach screenshots of how many times I’ve called and left messages the most ridiculous company ever ever

My experience at this dealer started with mixed feelings - they had me fill out a credit application before I could even look at their cars which was concerning because thats an unnecessary hit to my credit if it turns out I dont even like the car - but I liked it anyway after the test drive. However, after they gave me my APR options I was on the fence and wanted to sleep on it. They told me someone was coming to look at the car at 12:30 the next day; I figured this could be a sales tactic but told them I understood. They pressured me to come before they opened the following morning by asking me what kind of coffee I would want, and I knew I couldnt be there at that time because I was 2 hours away. They called me the following morning multiple times mentioning the coffee, then offering me a lower APR, and I called them back saying I was on the way to get the car, but that I was two hours away. They told me they would have the car ready for me. When I arrived I saw the car running in the parking lot thinking it was for me - but the manager, who told me on the phone that the car was waiting for me, said it was sold an hour ago! I couldnt believe it. When I asked him why he said the car was waiting for me and they sold it any way, he mentioned again the man from yesterday who had come to look at it at 12:30. The manager told me he couldnt call to say it had been sold because he was busy doing other deals. Honda of Roanoke Rapids completely wasted my day as I drove 2 hours for a car that I was told was waiting for me just for it to be sold under my nose. Do not go here. Would put 0 stars if I could.
Friendly and courteous staff. The service department is great. We have a home here and one in another county. We needed our cars inspected and they can do North Carolina inspection service for you. Our vehicles werent their brand and they treated us great and provided excellent service. If this was helpful, please hit the thumbs up like.
I got in for a state inspection just before the service center closed. They were about to leave and took the time to make it happen, even if that meant staying a few minutes late. They understood that I needed it done ASAP and delivered a quality customer service in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend this service center.

Last year, I went to Honda Roanoke Rapids to look for a CRV. In doing this a consultant came to attend us named Shawn. After getting my paper work done going through banks and insurance places to get this car, I was finally able to drive off with a brand new Honda CRV. After a few months go by I went to State Employees to see if they would finance my car. Come to find out I was paying $15,000 more than the car was worth. Yes $15,000. My payments stayed high and it went from a GREAT I just got me a new car to Damn I just got played. Not only that he also had us paying for warranty on a new car when it was not needed. I also found out after the fact that he was a crook and has been doing this for a long time. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SHAWN AT HONDA ROANOKE RAPIDS. HE IS SHADY. Now that I have another car and that has been returned I felt as though it was only right to shine light so no one else gets put in this situation and at the end of the day mess up their credit score, we all know how hard it is to bring that back to a good standing point. I purchase a 2020 honda on december 28 2019 and i trade in a 2014 q50 the same day. i checked my account to see if they had paid that car off and still to this day they still haven’t paid for it but has listed it on the wedsite for sale without a clear title. i keep calling and calling for scott to say he sent the check over night and the bank still haven’t gotten a check from them almost a month later. the bank has taken another car payment out my account and i don’t have the car. they ran my credit for 35000$ for a 24000$ car y would they run my credit for that amount. i will never recommend no one to buy nothing from them because some shady stuff is going on with that company
Worsttttt service ever. All i wanted to do was buy a car. And they wouldn’t answer calls, would respond back. Were unhelpful. Didn’t follow through. They should close down immediately. Someone should be willing to help and stop stalling! I’m hoping the service will get better. They were helpful with getting pictures of a car. But i would love to just purchase and call it a day
When I first got there the place seemed to be moving slow. No one noticed me but the lady at the desk. Great place to go to buy a car they give you enough time to decide if you want to get the car. Only gripe I have is negotiating a better deal

He and his assistant, Stephanie Tillery, made the experience easier than I thought it would be. Had some minor issues with the service department but he helped smooth it out. It was a wonderful experience, a year ago I got a 2010 Nissan Altima, walked in asked what they had for my price range, gave me the out the door price, found my car, test drive it and signed the papers and was out the door in no time. Good environment, make you feel welcome and at home, definitely recommend, and would definitely buy here again. 😌😌😁😁

Was at a rest break on I-95 and noticed we had a burnt out front headlight. Went on Google and saw they were the closet dealer and right off of I-95. Called and then stopped in. Nice facility and courteous staff. Changed out headlight quickly and didnt even need us to bring our Odyssey around back which was nice since we had the family all loaded up.
The price of the Honda CR-V that I purchase was outstanding, but the service after the fact comes into question. I was told by financial manager that Honda of Roanoke Rapids would pay for my first oil change whether I brought the vehicle back to their location or any Honda dealership. Now after reaching 5 thousand miles on my Honda CRV, mister Mike Wolfe cant recall that conversation. Again outstanding price but after the sale customer service is below par....M. StevensJust poor customer service! And I wouldnt purchase any extended warranty for this company, they will not live up to their obligation.

If they had a half of a star, they would get that. Had my vehicle serviced two weeks ago and had a tire to split yesterday. Obviously, they didnt rotate and inspect the tires like they were supposed to. Had they did the service correctly, I wouldve known that the tires were in bad shape. Called back to see when I purchased my tires and the worst customer service in the world other than direct tv, responded they didnt know; had no record of it. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN. My attorney has been contacted. DO NOT..... I REPEAT..... DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP! OVERPRICED! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! HORRIBLE!

My husband and I walked into this dealership on a Saturday afternoon and we were instantly greeted by Jay Conner.He went to work right away to get us into a quality car. I could not be happier with the level of service he provided from the beginning of the process to the finalization.
I worked with a sales agent to buy a 2017 Honda Pilot. When I called I wanted the out the door price. The price was what I was willing to pay so I went down, test drove the car and was ready to sign the paperwork to purchase it. Then the salesman came back and said THEY had made an error in calculating my taxes and it would be an additional $500.00. I had the OTD price in writing! They were not willing to work with me at all!!! So I left the car there. The next day they texted me and said they could take $200.00 off the additional $500.00. I still left the car there. I took the day off work to go down and purchase the car. A waste of my time. I would not suggest buying a car from them.

Not my regular Honda dealer (live in VA) but was hearing an odd noise from the rear of my CR-V. Called and they told me to come right in, getting my car in within an hour of me calling them. You can’t really ask for better service and responsiveness than that.
I have never been moved to write a review one way or another, but I have to let people know how great the Service Dept. at Honda of Roanoke Rapids, NC is. As a parent we want to protect our children at all times, but when they grow up and go away, we hope they will encounter people that will show compassion for them as they encounter the trials & tribulations in their life. My daughter had problems with her Honda Accord yesterday while traveling home, 8hrs away from me and God placed some very compassionate people in her life. The Honda Service dept. went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my child and her car load of belongings were kept safe and out of harms way. From providing information on a safe hotel to waiting for the tow truck to get her there, words cant even describe how grateful we are to you all. If what we experienced yesterday is the standard, this is TRULY a great dealership.
