With just a simple text to david he can resolve my car insurance issues within minutes he is not the average old school agent who is going to send a fax to farmers or wait until next business day to update or do a claim, he is on the 21st century with email access, text, and e-signature that basically blow my mind how fast and efficient a real insurance agent can be, thank you David.

He was great in the beginning for a few years then slowly became less responsive and not following thru with anything. His attitude also became very rude. I finally had to change to a better company. So glad I did!

Wish I could give less than 1 star. No follow through with anything. Worst agent Ive ever had for anything. Dont waste your time with him.

David did not help at ALL. I would suggest finding a more helpful agent, that can offer more than threats.
