From the moment I walked in, Jannette was very friendly and helpful at helping quote me a reasonable price for not only my car insurance, but my life insurance policy as well. I would recommend this location to anyone that is looking for any type of insurance. Ive had Allstate insurance (car, home, life) for a few years now, and Ive received nothing but great service. My agent Jannette is the absolute best! Anytime I have a question regarding my policy, shes always there to answer back in a fast and timely manner. Also, if there is a change in said policy, I get updates from her right away. Insurance can be scary if youre not sure exactly how it all works, but she makes it a breeze, and its nice having one less thing to worry about!

I’ve been with allstate for 8 years now, one of the things I like about them is the customer service. I recently came to this office and received the worst treatment from an agent LILIANA ! Please don’t wast your time at this office very unprofessional and rude .

I walk in to check a quote I walk out with 2 policies very happy with results second month comes in my bill went up no accidents or tickets just went up from 92 I payed and agreed on now its 134 ? How is that ??? I called they give me some bullshit excuses, like I agreed on 92 a month for each car and now it changes, really I want what we agreed on, now about to leave to a diffrent insurance because this is just bullshit.
