Dario made getting car insurance easy. He was excellent with his customer service and explained everything step by step. I highly recommend him if you ever need insurance everything was done over the phone and he made it quick and easy

Dario was very helpful in getting me my full coverage insurance for my Harley. Im 24 with no motorcycle endorsement and every other insurance company kept rejecting coverage. His customer service was top notch.

Sadly, I was in an accident last week. The ONLY saving grace was GEICO Insurance. They walked me through every step with the compassion and kindness not often experienced with these kind of situations. My car was almost immediately taken to the repair shop right around the corner. Every agent I spoke to and extended sources, the car rental, the collision specialist (especially the Collision specialist) were more than helpful. They were so calming, patient, and the concern they showed to me that horrible day I will NEVER forget. I am truly grateful I have GEICO Insurance

I’d originally given this office 5 stars. 2 months later i realized how much of a scam these agents were. I asked Agent Dario for full coverage on both my vehicles. It was a little more expensive than what I had but it balanced off when I bundled. It took 2 months to realize that he didn’t provide me with full coverage on both vehicles. Because of it, the bank added their own insurance to one of my vehicles. I was paying for 2 insurances. This office not only kept giving me the run around, when I finally asked to speak with the top manager (William) they told me I had to call corporate to fix my problem. A guy by the name of Robert hung up the phone after warning me that no one in the office was going to help me. They never acknowledged their mistake. I tried going through different supervisors (Brian) and they would just send me to their voicemail. I’d leave messages and never received a call back. This was the most stressful experience I’ve ever lived through. After Robert hung up on me, I called corporate and thankfully they helped. I hope many of you read this before choosing this insurance office. I would never want anyone else to go through what I did.

The agent was rude, not helpful, and absolutely unprofessional. Refused to assist my request in speaking to a supervisor saying there was no supervisor available....and began laughing when she noticed I was not happy with the way our conversation was going. I am shopping around to find a different insurance company. Absolutely the worst experience.

Wow I’m am blown away by the quality of service Dario provided us. He went above and beyond my expectations. He answered every question with detail. In the 15 years I’ve dealt with insurance representatives this one is the best one I’ve ever dealt with. He was so helpful and friendly. Made me feel like I could trust him.The rates were also amongst the most competitive considering the level of coverage. I hope this guy gets a raise. He seriously deserves it.I already referred him to my family and they also switched over to Geico through him!

For the past 3 years, I lived in AZ and had auto insurance covered by State Farm. In July, I moved to CA and Robert Cale helped me out with my renters insurance. If you dont like that, you are more than welcome to pay more on your policy. Coming from a person that works at a body shop.

Robert Cale is definitely the guy to go to if youre considering getting a quote or any information at the this location. Honestly made me feel completely welcomed, was there for any question I had and was truly just helpful in every way. Made the process a lot easier and quicker.

I called about 5 times the 1800 # to report accident..... No representative get on phone to help& call keeps hanging up as Im waiting to speak to someone..... Then I call the local office agents& No ones answers phone there either, but it says doesnt close till 8pm..... I was calling since 5:05pm...... How your supposed handle what happened if No one picking up.....!!!! Im already hurting,in pain....!!!!!

Dario Conde is our go to person when ever we need insurance for our motorcycles. Dario treats you like you are part of his family. While talking to him, I felt as if I was talking to a caring brother who had the best interest for me and my fiance. He went above and beyond to find us the most affordable policy. I hope his supervisor(s) gets to read this review because his superb customer service skills should not go unnoticed. He treats you like a human being, not just another job.

5 stars just budget friendly best customer service.No one compares

My policy was canceled and then I paid off the final bill. I dont owe them a penny. Then they said that if I want a new policy, I have to pay them the new policy in FULL!!? or I have to wait 6 month to be eligible for any payments plan...whattt?No one notified me about this ridicules policy. I called 51/2 month later they said I need to wait 2 more weeks to be eligible for payment plan....they have no heart, they ruthless about this, so now you know.

The price is write but dont need them if there is an accident. The first thing they do is try to find a loop hole make sure you are not covered. I paid my bill on time every month for over two years and someone hit my vehicle and they made sure to do a thorough job at finding out how to not take care of me. All I asked for was them to do was investigate fault but they just wanted to make sure to find a way out of covering the vehicle. My friend was also with Geico and he was involve with a hit and run. Geico made sure to investigate how not to cover him as well. In both cased they didnt care to see any video proof or even ask for pictures. They harassed my friend continuously about why he was in the city he was in if he did live there. Why is that a concern are we not allowed to drive? This company wants the money but not the responsibility.

I received a letter signed by William Griffin, Insurance Agent, prompting me to switch to Geico and promising 97% customer satisfaction, better price, etc., etc. When I called their office for a quote and asked to speak to Mr. Griffin, the poorly trained receptionist notified me that Mr. Griffin is THE BIG BOSS and I cannot talk to him. She herself was not able to provide me with a quote either... When I asked her to transfer my call to his voice mail, she hang up on me. Terrific job, William! You definitely are the Geico star in Riverside! :)

Complete utter trash service, minus well not have insurance at all. Full coverage covers nothing. Will be retaining an attorney and moving forward with claim. Would never recommend to anyone even my worst enemy to sign up for Geico.

Person giving me the quote was nice at first and then super aggressive when she gave me the quote saying like how do you want to pay? She didn’t even break down which car had what just threw a bunch a numbers out and said cash or card? When I said neither she sounded annoyed and offended like I wasted her time. Bad first impression on my end.

Worst company ever, I have been with Geico for 21 years, no accidents, no tickets. My Wife gets in a Minor accident and Geico wont repair car correctly. Sent to the worst repair shop I ever seen. (Gosch Collision Did a terrible job on our 2014 Chevrolet Sonic. They never completed the repairs caused from accident.I ended up having to take the car to 3 different repair shops spending over $1,500. of my own money to make the car drive able for my Wife.Not only did they over look the damage to the braking system but the actual right front fender is does not line up with the hood, and you can see bondo marks in the door through the poor paint work, earl scheib could do better unbelievable. Call Geico they do nothing. Full coverage on car, 21 years with company. Did nothing to repair are car, on top of that raised our rates to the exact amout of repairs.None of them return our calls, total loosers, Mario, Alex, Jason (with Gieco) all of them are low class.

Canceled the insurance on my truck because I was doing ride sharing briefly with my other car. Thing was that they sent me a bill dated due after the cancelation to pay for the next month. Me and my wife used them for years and they just tossed us away with that.

DO NOT sign up with Geico unless you guys want a insurance that DOES NOT fight for you when having insurance claims against you then this is the one for you cause I had a bodily injury claim against me and I knew it was fraud from the start so when I called to notify them they said it doesn’t matter they could’ve went after all my assets which is understandable but even when I had proof that it was fraud from the person who put the claim against me they still wouldn’t do anything about
