Took my paperclip necklace in for repair - theyre actually much more flimsy than you think - and the lady that helped me was nothing short of amazing. I didnt have a receipt. But she looked it up and gave me a copy in case I needed it again. She walked me through the entire repair process and got me taken care of quickly. It was a really positive experience.

Kay jewlers is a great place to shop in the store and online. They have very nice sales associate that work there. They are very friendly patience and kind. Even the managers are excellent with people to. If your looking for a great gift go to Kay Jeweler Store. They have great merchandise. North Park Mall is great store in Mississippi also Floowood Mississippi. Great friendly people.

Taylor @ the Northpark Mall location is Amazing. Shes super sweet and she really cares about her customers and shes knowledgeable. I dont know everyones name but the whole staff is really sweet. I would definitely recommend this location.

WORST CREDIT ACCOUNT EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! The fact that a company would close an account due to a $0 balance is ridiculous. You cant force people to buy something just to keep an account open. Thats insane! I love the staff of the Northpark location, but Kay Jewelers will NEVER get my purchasing business again! Not even a notification of closing was sent. A letter encouraging a purchase or ANYTHING wouldve been more acceptable than what is claimed to be the law in closing a $0 balance account that affects a persons credit score! No other credit company I have dealt with has EVER closed an account of $0 balance without at least one notification! Worst credit experience EVER!!!!!

Always contact customers of sales. Friendly staff. I feel my opinion matters staff interested in my needs.

I bought a ring from Kays the last week of March. I had it sent to have it resized and to put a larger stone in it. When the ring came back it hadnt been sized and the new stone was about too fall out. I sent it back. This happened about 6 times over a 3 month period. Im upset about the whole situation because I put 1,500 down and made 3 payments on the ring before the ring is returned and everything looks good. I suggested that they lower my payments or lower the price of the ring for all the trouble Ive been through. In return they offered a 100 dollar gift card on a 6,000 dollar ring. What a slap in the face. I dont recommend Kays to anybody.
