Rita is the best!!! Everyone there is awesome, but Rita keeps my heart. If there were a 10 star review, I’d give it a 12. She represents the business better than anything. And she can still find me something for mom for Valentine’s Day. They are all great people there, though. But, seriously, go see Ms. Rita. You won’t be let down.

I have a jewelry warranty. I purchased my engagement ring in 1986. The warranty is a Lifetime warranty and includes repair/replacement of the diamonds. I even had the ring repaired earlier 1998 or so. They were quite surprised that I still had the paperwork. The repair receipt showed that the stones were replaced and the ring repaired. The interpretation of the warranty was made by the powers that be. Of course, they refused to honor the warranty. They also had the nerve to offer to sell me another “Lifetime Warranty”.Beware of lifetime warranties offered by Reed’s Jewelers. They don’t honor them!

I went in this place last Saturday 11-16-19 the staff was so nice and greeted me as I walked in. Outstanding service. I lost my engagement ring a while back, so I went to the mall looking to see if I could find me another one . I went to kays where I recently got my ring from & they really didnt have anything so this was my last store to go to after I had been to all the jewelry store in the mall. I would like to say how much I enjoyed my shopping experience at Reeds in Jackson, Ms at North Park Mall. I was shopping for a special piece of jewelry for myself. The first thing thing that I bought for myself after my husband passed away. I was helped by Janet Keith. I told her my situation and asked if she could make a suggestion. She showed me several pieces that I really liked. Then she found the perfect pendant and chain. I was so very excited. She was very patient and professional. I will definitely come back to her !

So funny story... I honestly found a ring that i liked a smidge better somewhere else but the customer service from Ms Rita at Northpark mall in Jackson MS was excellent!!! So I had to purchase the ring from Reeds! I love it!! Thanx so Much!!

I came into the store looking for a nice mens ring with diamonds. Colette introduced herself and treated me like her best friend. We both graduated from the same college and I felt like we were long lost friends. Her customer service is outstanding and she goes out of her way to please her customers. Literally the worst customer service. I went a week ago and I wouldnt buy anything because of how rude the sales associate was, so I come back today when I see its a different woman and I wait 20 minutes and she helps someone else before me then her co-worker doesnt help me the entire time and when two people who came in twenty minutes after me she got up and helped them as if I hadnt been waiting in their store for 20 minutes. I wont be spending anymore money here.

The customer service here is awesome, thanks to Colette for helping me get my phone charged so I can retrieve my rewards dollars I had saved on my phone.Today was the last day I can use my reward dollars. And thanks to Ms. Diane for taking care of my ring so I can get the correct size. You guys rock!!!
