She showed absolutely no interest in showing me anything. Apparently the staff arent happy either as they didnt bother to show up for work...one of the reasons she was in a bad mood I guess. Wont ever come back here again. Bad energy and vibes in this place. Ive never been so happy to be buzzed out of a place.

I honestly wish there was an option to give ZERO stars. My husband and I were buzzed into the store. There were NO customers present. There was a woman and man standing at one counter discussing something and there was another man sitting at a computer. NO ONE and I do mean NO ONE even acknowledged our presence. No hello. NO NOTHING! It was seriously uncomfortable and it felt like we were not welcomed AT ALL. We turned around to leave, AGAIN, no one ever said one word and we were buzzed out. I have never been more happy to get out of a place in my life.

What a delightful experience! Shopping for a bridal set and Jackie hooked us up with a gorgeous estate setting, Euro diamond and signature band. Her jeweler did a great job with the mounting and after having it appraised, we got a lot of bang for the buck. Nice but pretty small place. Had a good amount of guns but seemed like not a lot less. You had to press a buzzer to get in (they saw us and buzzed us in) which is great for their security but not all that good when you think they need it. Area didnt look sketchy but you can never be too careful, especially in their line of business. People were nice (didnt interact with them very much)

It’s always a pleasure going in. The staff is courteous. I’ve sold some stuff and bought plenty of stuff there and it’s always great. If you’re going to sell, your expectations should be realistic; they’re in the business to make money just like the rest of us. They’ve always treated me right, and I’ll remain a customer.

I have been going to hold n guns for about three years I never had a problem there . I pawned a couple of things with them and whenever they was late or were going to be put back Mrs Jackie called me and let make arrangements to pay on them, . I went in today to pay on something and she saved me a lot of money on getting something out . She is heaven sent . I have never been to any pawn shop where someone was that nice. I proved I had a good job just needed to take care of medical expenses. Nice $3,000 ring. $50 take or leave it. I asked for $200 and be back next Friday to pick up... if my pride wasn’t in the way I could borrow 50 with no interest.

Hands down the best service I have ever had at a pawn shop. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the products they sell. For women, the jewelry is about as sparkly as it can get. The gun selection is great, one of the largest selections of new and used guns I have seen. Ill definitely be back.

ABSOLUTELY Love Love Love this place! I love Fine jewelry and this place has the best selection of New, Used and Custom designed jewelry. I was skeptical at first going to a pawn shop for jewelry but once I met the owner and staff I knew right away this was a clean honest business with good Christian folks. Not all of their jewelry is out so if you are looking for anything specific always ask because it may be in the back. I also take advantage of their lay-away. So, if you are looking for fine jewelry or anything on a budget I recommend this place!

Purchased a gun from an online retailer and had it transferred to Gold N Guns . Never heard a peep from them that it arrived. Finally I drove about 60 miles to pick it up, and they could not complete the transfer. Said they would call me back. Again, did not hear a peep from them. Had to go back and finally got the gun. Nice people but need to work on communicating with customers better.

I had an okay visit. Sold some jewelry that had been sitting in my jewelry box, because I needed some extra money. I was initially told one price, but ended up getting less than I was initially told. I compared the price to other pawn shops and went back and that’s when I was told a lesser price than before, which was very unfortunate because I was set on the price I was initially told.

I have visited the one in Flowood and 2 from the major well- known chain in the Jackson area in the past 2 years to sell antiques. The experiences at those were were terrible. Love this place! So far Ive dealt with 3 people there and the costumer service from every single one was excellent... Ive been up there three times just this week. The first time I wanted to just look around and then I shopped a few other stores.. I found so many places with know it all attitudes.. At Guns N Gold it was a friendly environment so I went back and bought the Mossberg there.. then I went back a few days later to buy a tactical stock she had.. This place is well worth the 40 mile one way trip.

Every time i go in they are so helpful and polite that it makes me want to go back over and over their prices arent bad either. prices are better there than at other places.

Wow! Another great christmas for my favorite girl. Visit here before you buy anything from retail jewelry stores. All of jewelry I have gotten from Jackie Mize has been examined and appraised by independent jeweler in Jackson for as much as 3 to 4 times what I paid for it. You will save a bundle and have a beautiful piece of jewelry.
