I love Vicky and her husband she kept her shop open after hours to finish my nails and pedicure. She and her husband are always nice and does nails and pedicure great! I will always return bc Im always satisfied with their work!

The first time I came the lady did my nails and they were horrible. They had bubbles were uneven and one nail was crooked. Decided to give them another chances and have the guy do them. He was very uninterested and didn’t even ask what I wanted just started doing my nails. I asked for something simple this time French tips. Well my nails are bubbly again tips are smeared he put too much acrylic so they are very thick and unnatural looking. I was charged 50 dollars for short length nails that I hate. Will not return please go anywhere else but here.

I got my nails done on a Saturday and a nail broke on a Sunday just the scratching my hair. I went back Monday but because my nail was hurting back it broke so far down . I was told to come back Wednesday by Quan and he will take care of it Quan fix the nail and told me have a good night Vickygot upset with him because he didn’t charge me and told me had to at least by $5.00. I advise her my nail shouldn’t have broken the very next day she said she don’t care she have a business to run. I have been going there for a year and seen how rude and disrespectful to people I will not recommend this salon to anyone take your money somewhere eleventh they only have 3 works and you will wait forever

The older lady I had messed my nails completely up ! My coffin shape wasn’t coffin, she didn’t clean my cuticles ( had to tell her .. she forgot that step an still didn’t clean them correctly ). One hand was longer than the other, an my acrylic on two nails wasn’t applied correctly. She was a sweet lady and we held a pretty decent conversation. She has great customer service just didn’t like my nails.

I went here because the salon I usually go to was closed this was a Saturday I was getting ready to leave when I happened to see Vickis nail salon and thought why not give it a try! I have brought my own nail color but then I seen the 9d nails!!! OMG!! I have had so many compliments on my nails and every time I do I tell them I went to Vickys nail salon, I appreciate the time and the professionalism that Vickys nails provided. I am now switching nail salons, I would recommend Vickis anytime!! I went to get eyebrows done and I waited entirely to long. On top of that I didnt like my eyebrows I was disappointed.

I have been going to Vicky for almost a year now and she never lets me down. I love how patient she is and how she takes her time when doing my pedicure. She has a great personality and always gives great conversation. I won’t be finding another nail tech anytime soon. Highly recommend!

Great customer service, warm environment. I wasn’t even being serviced but I was offered a seat beside my cousin. We talked and we laughed. Good people are rare these days. It’s a small gesture but it was a big deal to me.

Vicky’s Nails & Hair has ALWAYS been professional and does quality work! Quan and Vicky ALWAYS make sure the customer is satisfied.Because they are such good business people, everybody loves working with them... not like another nearby salon that I know.

Vicky (owner) was EXTREMELY RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL to her employee & a customer. She told her employee if she did the lady’s nails she will be FIRED. The customer was not rude at ALL!! She just requested who she wanted to do her nails. I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH BEHAVIOR. I was EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE! NO AC & RUDE OWNERS. I hope her employee goes somewhere else. SHE DOES NOT DESERVE THAT!! PS Vickys nails SUCK!

I just moved to the area and a friend told me about this shop. I came to Vickys and had a great experience. First Pedicure since March and my feet feel great. Next time will do eyebrows and nails.

I wish I could pick one word to describe Vicky, but I cannot. She is rude, nasty and possibly bipolar. You will never encounter the same Vicky...her mood changes with the wind. I had a bad experience with her at her Ironbride location years ago and vowed to never step foot in her shop again. An old man had stumbled in the shop and she was so mean and nasty hollering at an elderly. The only reason I visited the Midlothian location is because Lisa, the most friendly and caring nail tech that provides superior customer service at all times, worked there. Now that Lisa no longer works there I will NEVER step foot in any of her shops ever again. And I will tell any and everyone not to go there!!!!

Vicky, Quan, Lisa and staff are the best! Clean, Modern Salon. They are true professionals! Lisa is my technician. She is pleasant, prompt and professional. Please ignore the pettiness of others in the industry. Remember, When they go low you go high and keep doing what you do!

I love Vickys establishment. Its very clean and a large assortment of nail polish. I love Lisa who I been a client of for years. This is my second home.

Vicky is very nasty. When shops were supposed to be closed they were open. They do rush jobs and the nails dont last. Lisa was the best technician they had.

I come to Vickys durning the Pandemic shes nice to my daughters and I she goes out of her way after being tired to stay after hours that she has close her doors just to respect my medical health situation to be around others durning this time with C.O.P.D. and asthma. We were satisfied with her doing nails and husband does good job pedicures my experience with her I was pleased.
