Excellent haircut! I was looking for a place after pandemic and this was awesome!

I have never had someone spend so much time on my eyebrows... absolute perfectionist. Highly recommend.

Best hairstylist!! I have been with Yesenia for almost 9 years. I always take her input and option to heart. She understands my wants/desires when it comes to how I want to present myself to the world. I have dyed my hair twice. Honestly, I have question the whole process when she does her magic. I get nervous I wont like the finish results. At the end my concerns are completely gone and my expectations are blown out of reality. She also does my eyebrows. I have no clue how I want it waxed but she sees what need to be done. Always HAPPY coming out. No complains only fortunate to have found her.

I saw a few bad reviews here, however this was probably due to the previous owner. The current owner has provided great service, I been coming here to get my haircut for a few months now and have gotten a great cut every time.

This review is for the waxing service. The lady that I have received the service from was very unprofessional, she picked up phone calls during session, talked and then went back to waxing- very unpleasant. She argued with me like Im her kid. Most importantly, very unsanitary- she used the same stick again and again. She tried to save the wax cloth by using every inch of it. She used 1 stick and 1 cloth during the waxing service I got for my Brazilian. I told her its very unsanitary to use the same stick and she responded I keep the wax hot, it kills all the bacteria WOW, never again.

0 out of 5 stars. DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE THERE! The women who does nails was sick the day i went and we waited 1 hour for her sister TINA to get there while she layed in a room, when she couldve told us what was wrong and told us to comeback another day. So then my sisters got her nails done by her sister TINA while the Tina that works there and does toes did my nails. Tina that works there did them HORRIBLE, honestly i shouldnt have payed so then the woman who originally called sick told me to return she would do them for free i went and she was being SOO rude i didnt like her and it was my first and last time going into that salon. Worst Customer service

I was warmly greeted when I arrived. I got a cut and style from May and was very pleased with the results. She knew exactly how to work with my thin, fine hair and it turned out to be just the hair cut/style I needed. I highly recommend giving this new salon a try. I saw another womans hair cut and the result was very flattering to her. They also do brows, mani-pedis, makeup and facials. Their prices are vert reasonable.UPDATE: I found out that Mai no longer worked there and decided to give the new owner a chance. Big mistake! I made an appointment earlier in the week for a haircut. When I arrived for my haircut, I was not greeted, the person apparently did not know why I was there (thought I wanted my eyebrows done or something else), did not ask why I was there, did not introduce herself, did not ask how much length I wanted taken off, just started cutting. Took at least 5 personal phone calls while cutting my hair. My hair is a choppy mess; nothing like the beautifully crafted style when Mai cut my hair. I cannot recommend this place any longer. HUGE mistake letting Mai go instead of working with her to iron out her schedule.

Inexperienced staff.Messed up my eyebrows. Got so many Nicks and cuts while getting waxing done.
