Unprofessional. Hardly Speak when you come in . Called 8/19 to see if they could provide Curved square shape, the lady that answers yes. After waiting about an hour I was seated at the gentleman seat. After taking off my old set he tells me they don’t have/ know how to do curve tip but did his best. 8/20 middle finger broke and the young womanwho answered the phone fixed it but doesn’t looklike any of my other nails. Shape and length is wrong yet still charged $5 for repair. Very Disappointing I will be going somewhere tomorrow to get these completely FIXED ! Terrible terrible. Will never fo here again. I usually fo to pro nails across the street but they werent open and I had to get my nails done. I shouldve just waited. The guy doesnt know how to do nails but I know my girl at pro nails is going to fix it. Its ugly. Acrylic two inches from my damn cuticle, big and lumpy nail and he didnt even blend it right. Never again!!!!! 50 dollars down the drain

Their customer service is trash. Michael has a disgusting attitude. They are not honest about their wait times and you can tell it is not cleaned frequently as it is always dusty and they use old tools.Do not get a pedicure because they do not open new tools for each person as they are supposed to.

Gel polished pedicure lasted fro months! Outgrew the polish but it never chipped

Saw a lady get a light coat of acrylic over ONLY her big toes to even her nail out...they charged her $15.00 extra, it took less than 20 seconds for the nail tech to do it......poor lady was taken advantage in my opinion.

The lady rushed through my nails. Pressed me 3 times to get the jell polish and became very rude when I said no thank you all 3 times. She left chunks of acrylic all over my fingers and one nail has a chunk on the under side of my nail. The shape it horrible and looks very unnatural. Ive never been so disappointed by my nail. My nails never look like this and the guy that did my friends nails was rude as well. She asked for them to be shorter and he snapped at her this right length for you! charging her an extra 5 dollars. I will never go there again. They were rude and sloppy.

I came for my birthday Amy did an excellent job. I went back a few weeks later for a fill in. I went today and boy was I disappointed. I had powder on my nails and I wanted gel the powder was okay but my nail came off. The lady cut my nails its so much I cant even begin to explain. I came at 11:35am didnt leave until after 2. My nails look horrible you can see the set under the new polish nails all uneven its a mess. I was so upset and late for work I didnt want them to finish wont be going back. Not to mention I called the shop because I know Amy has appointments she says yes I can come. Get there and my nails got played with it took her literally 2 hours for a basic mani pedi just plain gel.

Left before my pedicure was complete because they did a horrible job. The owner has a horrible attitude wanted to argue because I didn’t like it. And they had a nerve to call the police and say we were fighting when it was a simple disagreement. Never will I ever go there even if it was free. I’m the third person today to leave unsatisfied. Seems like a trend! Hope they go out of business

I came here a few months ago because my regular nail shop was closed.....I should have waited. The woman that did my nails was nice, however she used way to much acrylic and gel polish. When I got in my car I noticed my nails were not filed even so I had to go back in and have her file my nails again.

My nails where lumpy all the look different and they play loud rap music the whole time I was there and the young technician had an attitude when I told her she didnt file or lay my acrylic properly.

Omg i almost cried today I hated My nails so uneven weird shaped the guy did them in like 30 seconds and they are horrible I’m soooo irritated had to come home and shape them up myself never again first and last

They are ag family owned company and they are up on all the new & latest nail trends. We couldnt be more happy!!!! All we wanted was to be able show them a design ⁸we found online, and them be able to reproduce it...and they certainly did!!! ♡☆♡☆♡☆♡☆

Good people friendly people good nails but pricey

After only having my nails less than a week one my pointer nail came off. I called to see when I can come back in to get it fixed and I think whoever answered the phone was pretty rude not to mention hung up on me. While I was still asking questions

I stopped in after a long day, Kenny gave me a fantastic pedicure. He was thorough and very personable. Will definitely go back when I am in town again.

Never Again! Never had this experience before with amy. She had an attitude from start, no hello or anything! she rushed through my nails, on the phone the whole time, then stops gets up and leave. then gets another woman to paint my nails who cant paint! and ask for payment before painting my nails.. The worst!!

Omfg. I went into this place because every other nail salon was busy. I sat down and homeboy started doing my toes. I asked for hot water, he literally ran lukewarm water. I explained that I had acrylic on my big toe, he proceeded without doing a fill in. He was doing a horrible job and I asked if Amy could do them. She did an excellent pedicure, but when it came time to paint my toes, I asked if she could do a fill in and she said I didnt need one and started painted my toes with the gel polish. She finished and I asked her if she could clean them up and that she shouldve did a fill in because they looked horrible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!

I went today my first time at this shop. I asked for the spa pedicure and manicure with gel polish. My pedicure was so bad I didnt get my nails done. The lady put scrub on my legs dry and tried to massage. I had to stop her u use water with scrub. She cut my cuticles and rubbed oil on my feet and painted my toes. No filing to nails or feet. The man kept trying to tell her what to do. But of course he didnt tell her in English but I knew he was tryn to help tell her how to do it. She put a base coat of polish then 4 coats of reg polish then a top coat.i have never in my life had so many coats of polish on my nails. Instead of letting my feet dry at the pedicure station. They put a fan in front of my feet to dry them. The lady Kim I believe is her name at the front table. Is rude as hell everytime I asked a question she was short with me.I was so upset I didnt get gel polish or my nails done. I paid and walked out. My feet look awful so I will go to my usual place only stopped at Rose Nails because I was in the area. My feet are dry my legs have scratches from her tryn to scrub dry skin. I wld never reccomend this salon to anyone. Now I have to spent 40 more dollars to get a pedicure. I uploaded 2 pics. U be the judge. Everyone that has seen them say i was a fool to pay them. I have been getting pedicures for 35 yrs. This was the absolute worst eva!!!

The pictures of their nails are always shaped beautifully but the 2 occasions I had a full set done here, my nails were not as nicely shaped as the pictures on Instagram.

Let customers sit without trying to service them while the nail tech watches tv causing customer to leave and never return. It was my friend I took with me who was going to get a pedicure while I got my nails done.🤨

They are horrible 😩 Amy did my full set, eyebrows and pedicure. My nails looked terrible. They were crooked, lumpy and the paint job looked like a child did it. My eyebrows were too thin! And my toes....she didn’t even want to file them. I literally had to ask! The whole experience was just bad. I will never go back or recommend anyone to waste their time or money there!

I went in to Rose Nail Salon with my friend while I was visiting the area during the Christmas Holiday. I recieved a mani and pedi. The salon has great customer service and are very detailed in the work they perform. I love the pedicure chairs also. It was a good overall experience.
