My daughters and I came in from out of town and found this gem of a nail salon. Everyone was so friendly and professional. We are so pleased with our dip manicures. They had so many colors to choose from and our fingernails look fabulous. I highly recommend Artizen Nails & Spa.

I came here after a long day at work and was greeted at the door with such kindness. From beginning to end the service was amazing and the conversation was on point. Several things stood out to me that differentiates this nail salon from others. #1 Through the whole process they conversed with you and made sure your needs were met #2 You felt genuine love there and you could tell everyone loved their job #3The place was was in a nice location and it was very neat and clean inside. #4 During my pedicure the lady took her time and my pedicure looked AMAZING. I am also a business coach who coaches in customer experience so I know a good experience when I see one. If you have not visited this establishment please do they deserve 10 stars👏

Love it here!! Wonderful atmosphere! Divine pedicure chairs! The massages are instantly relaxing & my nails come out perfectly each time! The ladies take the time to get to know you and your preferences, as well. I would recommend this location to anyone!

I love this place. Its always nice, clean, and serene. I also like that its never a strong chemical smell in there like at some nail salons. They offer you snacks(crackers, cookies, wafer type of things) and tea or water while you are there. You wont be disappointed if you decide to try them out.

I am new to the area and wanted to find a nail spa that was professional and did a good job. This is the spa! Artlsen is clean, staff is professional and knowledgeable, and the pedicure spa is the best Ive ever had! The chair is so comfortable. I got a pedicure with hot stone leg massage and a gel manicure for $54. Cant beat that! Never going anywhere else!

If Cary does your nails, you will haveTHE BEAT experience ever. I have has my nails done all over the country. And without a doubt, Carys skills and attitude is on par with some places Ive been to in LA. I only go to her now.One tip: Schedule an appointment because sometimes the place gets busy. And you dont want to have to wait for 2 hours for her to become available.Also, get a pedicure. The Honey Milk White Chocolate pedicure will put you in the best mood. And after the 15min massage that it comes with, you will have to force yourself to wake up from whatever dream you will end up having.I love this place.

The staff is super friendly, I rarely have to wait even without an appointment, and my gel manicures last a full 4 weeks. Can’t beat the quality for the price! Highly recommend.

Kerrie & Tina & Nancy are incredible! I tried 4 other salons since moving here 18 months ago. They are the best! The salon is clean, unlike some places in Short Pump / Glen Allen.

Horrible!!!!!So a $50 gift card to a mother-to-be expires after 2 years?? That is pretty low! You guys get to keep $50 (minus the tip you could have gotten) and a Mother who has been pretty busy over the past 18+ months doesnt get to actually relax like a good friend intended her to. Very Sad! I am definitely NOT recommending you to anyone I know! BAD BUSINESS!! I guess you are welcome from my friend for the free $50! Also, THERE IS NO EXPIRATION DATE ON YOUR GIFT CARDS!! YOU MIGHT WANT TO FIX THAT!

I went in last night for a simple shellac manicure. I waited (patiently) I i might add for 30 minutes to even sit in a chair. She took maybe 1 minute total for both hands to shape my nails.. which was left uneven, and sharp.....The entire time she painted my nails she got up 4 times to talk with other costumers and regulars to please them not worried about my experience. She shoved me to the side and made me count 5 times under the lights for when my nails were done then to tell her when they were done. I had to ask her to file a couple spots down bc they were sharp and she took 2 seconds to do that, leaving them horribly shaped anyways. I’ll NEVER go to this establishment again that’s for sure.

This is one of the cleanest Nail Salons I have been to.. The pedicure stations, oh how comfy they are! The staff is professional, you can see they take pride in what they do...

I can see why they have such great reviews! My sister and I came in on a Saturday for pedis and shellac manicures. They have a good selection of shellac/gelish colors and the chairs that you sit on for the pedicures are so comfortable! You also get a quick shoulder massage towards the end of your manicure. They were very friendly and professional. I wish I lived closer because I would definitely go back!

I absoluately love this place. They are extremely friendly and if there is a long wait the continually check up on you. They supply their clients with their owner personal kit and replenish the items needed at no additional cost. Really amazing varieties of spa mani and pedis...try the white chocolate 💗. I never feel rushed (even if Im he last customer for the day) and the place is always clean. Never a heavy chemical smell. The staff is amazing and they all do a great job. Some salons have one or two good nail techs, but Ive worked with most of them here and they all do a wonderful job. This will always be my place to go.

Artizen did not honor my appointment time. I made an appointment for a friend and I 2 week ago for today, after seeing all the positive reviews. When I got there she had my appointment down for 2 pedicures. We were on our lunch break and got there a couple minutes early to pick our colors. Someone showed us to our chairs and started the water and immediately started my friends pedicure. After 20 minutes I asked her if she was going to be doing my feet too. She motioned to the front, where there were 2 other ladies working (so there were only 3 workers there) and said one of them would and that theyd be done in a couple minutes. She started my feet 30 minutes after my appointment time!! No explanation, no apology, no acknowledgement of being late. She did give me a 3 minute back massage while my toes were under the light drying - Im guessing that was a conciliatory gesture, but not worth it. Artizen will not get my service again.

Horrible! It is always hit or miss in this place but thats my last time. They have changed owners and it is not clean and the techs are RUDE!!! They wouldnt take my gift card and told me I could use it next time. What a waste of money.

I really liked my nails done but the lady who cuts the hair abused me so badly saying she doesnt care if I come back to or not she was so rudeTo me felt like crying out that bad of an insult .. she did that because I was an India.. come on lady be a human 1st.. Made an appointment at 1:30 on a Saturday. I made an appointment for a reason - I have a child that was with a babysitter for only a short amount of time. I will never go back here.

They took forever to service me and then gave me the opposite of what I asked for.
