Not the friendly folks the reviews speak of. Misleading info on website,that now has become an issue,and a threat of eviction for breaking a rule that does not exist . Raccoons on property the entire rental period. They were informed from the beginning about raccoons. Now, im the target of un necessary harassment. The contract states ;payment due on the first of the month-&late on the 5th. They lock clients out on the first of the month,every month. The clients not experiencing this, must be in another location. Richland - unfriendly bunch. Thank you for listening.

Ken and his team had everything lined up in advance - no surprises. Having them drop off moving bins in advance was a huge timesaver. They went above and beyond, and even came in under the estimated budget. Highly recommended.

The entire staff is extra professional, kind, on time, and just amazing! i have worked with this Bekins several times with the best service each time.

Worse than awful. They were hired to do the packing and loading for us but when we unpacked almost all of our furniture was damaged. Absurd things were done such as double wrapping a plastic snow shovel, dumping entire drawers into boxes, shoving a wedding dress into the same box as a printer, not wrapping the expensive furniture items and then claiming they were out of packaging material. They also had boxed up multiple paint cans and were on the way to loading them even after I explicitly said not to pack them. After filing a claim the final result was that we were denied any compensation. This was a terrible experience with them.

I have moved many times cross country as well as local. Never did I experience a non- stressful move - Bekins knocked it out of the park with professionalism, efficiency, accurate estimation, and most importantly moving everything extremely well. There are many moving companies out there but my highest recommendation goes to Bekins. Ken is an amazing person and extremely easy to work with. Movers were great! Thank you all.

The loaders were the same and I was very impressed with them. on delivery again, everyone was careful and worked hard and were careful to check with me for placement. Very flexible in catering to there customers needs. The move happened on on May 31 and every thing went very smooth. The Bekins employees were very courteous and to very good care of the items they moved.

Everything about our moving experience with Bekins was top notch! From Ken coming to our home and giving us a detailed estimate, (& even helping us find a rental property to live at!!) to the schedulers and especially the two guys who moved us, we couldnt have been more impressed. Bekins went above and beyond! We had an employee who was moving and needed last minute help. We contacted Bekins to surprise her and not only were they able to help with a quote that very day, they were able to move two days later and came in under their estimate on the quote we were given. (That has never happened to me before, its always been almost double the quote with other companies weve used in the past.) I was blown away by the customer service. I loved the kindness of the employees from the phone calls to the actual movers. It was as stress free of a move as you can possibly have. I would highly recommend Bekins!

Our drivers went the extra mile to ensure our stuff made it safely across the country. Some of our boxes had to be repacked by the drivers to ensure the safety of items inside. They checked in with us several times while on the road to ensure our safety as we traveled, as well as updates on their status. They also were very efficient in getting everything unloaded into the new house.

The packers and movers were very careful with our items and took great care in minimizing damage to both houses at departure and arrival. Our on-scene coordinator and team leader was very polite and responsive to our specific requests. Turnaround for delivery was very quick and move-in was well managed even with two separate drop points. Well done, Bekins team.

I had such a great move using Bekins! Penny was my contact and she was very involved, informative and helpful throughout my move out of state. Even afterwards, the same day of delivery called and was curious to know how the move went and how the driver/unpackers did. Of course I told her that everyone was great and things went well. The packers and movers were very friendly and easy to talk to. They were very helpful and obedient and respectful and had a good attitude about their jobs. They were so good that I gave them tips!One thing though, they did not initially put the floor protectors on all hallways so that there was a stain on the carpet which they said theyd clean up - but I would not know how. So in the afternoon, I insisted that they put the plastic covers on that particular hallway to the garage.Oh yeah, one packer did not clearly remember that those with stickers would stay and so packed up some things that he was not supposed to . He tried to find them by opening the boxes but could not find them; so told him to just forget it......Overall however, they were fun to work with. The movers/truck drivers especially were very nice and friendly - we enjoyed them.Thank you!

Bekins did a great job. They showed up on time, they were efficient and also very courteous. My only complaint was that some of our stuff was a little banged up, but it was shuffled around a bit with our move (from our previous house to the truck, the truck to storage, from storage to another truck, and finally to our current home). That said, it was really nice to work with this company and be able to trust that all of our stuff was in good hands.

The Bekins crew were on time and efficient. They took very good care of my furniture. They placed everything where I wanted it. It was so nice to have the bed assembled and ready to be made. I couldnt have asked for a better moving experience.

Great service

At both ends, loading and unloading crews were fabulous. We would not have asked for more. The men were very thoughtful, considerate and professional. There were a number of pieces of art that required special attention to detail and all made the move from Washington state to North Carolina in great shape.

I am very please with Bekins services, they are professional and very easy to deal with. There was never a hassle or controversy with them. The driver (Manny) who came to deliver my goods along with his helpers was all that could be expected. They worked quickly and professionally, helping us in every step of the process. When we decide to move things around they did not act frustrated but seemed to please as if it were their house. They were the best moving team I have worked with and I have had 4 major moves over the years. The driver and coordinator of the on-site delivery (Manny) was great and represented Benkins in they way it is suppose to be done. In fact he should get a raise in pay, he is definitely better than others that I have had in past moves. I know that if I need another move I will use Bekins and ask specifically for Manny.

I had to move my moms furniture from Richland to north Seattle, and Bekins NW worked with me -- even when I could not be there (in Richland) to meet the movers. On the Seattle end, they were flexible in the date and time for delivering the furniture. The teams in both Richland and Seattle made coordinating from out-of-town a breeze!

Ken Wendland at Bekins is my hero. I had a coworker who was in a time crunch to move. Her new home took longer to have access than they anticipated and the house she sold had buyers that needed to be in on a specific date. We were wanting to help her and then we got sick ourselves. We decided to help her out by asking Bekins to assist with the move, and they not only came out at the last possible second to do an estimate. They were able to come the very next day and help with the move. That alone is amazing, but then they ended up coming under the estimate, so the move was cheaper than we anticipated. Ive NEVER experienced that. Weve done another local move in the past and half way through they doubled the cost of the move and what do you do at that point? Do you stop the move or pay the elevated cost? I will only use Bekins in the future with any short distance or long distance move.

They, first of all, were late. All 3 employees looked very disinterested in doing their job. They complained the entire time. Did not follow directions. They clearly sent me the their D team. To move large items out of a 1500 sq/ft house took 7 hours. The driver then couldnt drive a manual truck. So the truck broke down prior to arriving at our new location. They brought in several more workers after the tow truck towed the truck up to our house,, but neglected to pad the walls like they did when moving out, thus scrapping and tearing several newly painted walls. Absolutely unprofessional. To top it off, they gave us an old couch out of the back of the truck, not ours, which we now have to get rid of. This was the most unorganized company I have ever had to deal with. I will absolutely not recommend this company. Wow.

The movers, Marshall and Jeremy, were very accommodating and great.The movers were supposed to be at the house by 9. They arrived after 10. We were moving my mother in law into.an assisted living that day. She was there with no furniture until after lunch. On the invoice alone it stated 9 am.Very disappointed in the scheduling.

Overall good experience. Fair prices, even gave us a small discount to beat out a competitor. Good communication, no dropping the ball. Offered to bring empty boxes to our house if needed. Workers did good job overall taking care of our stuff and delivering in a timely fashion. Only complaints would be they took a bit longer to pack up than expected, partly because they took more time to take apart some furniture and get things set up, and some boxes were a bit squished in the move. But no real damage done otherwise.

Coming from the military, my family and I have moved quite a bit. Using Bekins this time around was a lot less stressful. Ken Wendland was great to work with. He met me late in the evening because I had to work late, he took my calls after hours when i had concerns and questions. Ken even brought us boxes on a Saturday when I asked when we could get some used boxes! Hector was in charge of the moving team and they were awesome with our belongings and very thorough with the explaining the process and paperwork. He was great to work with and a complete professional. If you dont want to worry about moving seriously consider Bekins. They will take care of you.

Bekins was contracted by my employer to move me for my new job, and they did a good job! I havent found anything broken - it looks like everything arrived in one piece.My only complaint is that once the movers found out that this was a 2 day pack (instead of 1 day), they slowed WAY down. They should have been able to get this packed in a single day. This isnt the fault of Bekins (only the driver is an Bekins employee, and any extra help are independent) - but if I were to do it again, I would push for it to be a one day pack (or just do the packing myself).
