I went in for a pedicure... I had a good experience in the past... as I diabetic I let them know ahead of time to please be gentle so they dont cut me! This time I told her and lady was ROUGH, and cut me TWICE on the side of my foot trying to do a simple callus removal, and once on my big toe trying to cut my cuticles. I told her more than once she was hurting me! I left, and didnt really feel pain but by next day it was sore and red. I am now nursing an infection on my diabetic feet thanks to her! 😡

I am so upset about coming to this place. I should have read the reviews before going, just as others have said the service was not good! The lady who did my nails was rude and aggressive. One of my acrylic nails broke not even 2 hours after getting them done. My pedicure was the worst pedicure I have ever encountered, not to mention my big toe is swollen and infected from a cut they gave me. I will NEVER go back.

Called yesterday to make an appointment over the phone service was great once I arrived I was taken in and my nail tech (her name is MIMI) rushed my entire process from doing my simple dip powder gel no fake nail included she didnt file my nails correctly or at all then my toes were EVEN MORE RUSHED. she literally used 3 different polishes none of which I choose then when I paid one of my nails needed fixing and she turned around and mentioned GEL to her coworkers which I did not get, so I took to offense I still paid my tech but Ill be taking my recommendation and people elsewhere. They employees talk about the costumers here

Bad service, too expensive for short simple nails and nails are very bad quality too thin

I went for a pedicure, aside from the gel chipping right away she cut my big toe and I didn’t want to be mean and tell her so I sucked it up and left still left a big tip & half my nail fell off like a week later I’m about to cry more than half my nail bed is exposed and a foot fungus has infected on my right foot

Had my nails done last Thursday and not even a week later the gel peeled off 🙄

They are so nice to u and they take care of u... I had this painful ingrown nails and they were able to fix them... I am glad I went to them. ♥️

I went to get a full set plus a pedicure when I went to wash my hands two mails broke I kept telling the lady that the nails were too thin and she kept insisting they were fine. Omg you should of seen the look on her face when she saw not just one nail but two broke because of how thin they are.And the lady that did my pedicure hurt me sooooo bad and and left me super bleeding from all my toes. Worst experience I have ever had. I will never go there again.

I’m on vacation, just passing through, I needed a a nail tech so I googled and found Kelly’s Nail & Spa. OMG!!! Nancy was awesome. Very talented lady. Priced right, friendly, clean and professional. Thank you Nancy, my boyfriend is very pleased with my nails.

I’ve been a long time customer. The last few months to a year the quality of work has dropped significantly. The product they use is no longer of quality. Along with the eye for details. My gel polish chipped after 5 days. Tried the powdered nails this time around and the same thing. I will no longer waste my time and money with them.

The lady I got was rough. She finished doing everything in 10 minutes and my nails came out horrible they were missing paint and chipped

This salon is not very big but so beautiful and clean. I like this type of nails salon so it won’t be noisy. So I came here to her a full set with design. The technician greeted me like friends and sat me down to her table. The environment was so quiet and nothing distracted us. She got it done quick and I had a great result. My nails came out so pretty and I could feel the good quality that for sure it gonna stay good for a long time.

Epic fail. I went in. They stated the wait was 30 minutes. So I patiently sat and waited to be called. 45 minutes later. They take another client. When I ask how much longer. Oh Im sorry, you wait. Beyond fail! Advice...an actual sign in.

Very rude, horrible customer service! They use MMA glue in acrylics which is illegal! MMA glue destroys your natural nail ! Do not come here!

I got a set of gel nails with beautiful but simple design. My nails looked so pretty and all my friends asked me where to get this design. This salon got some good technicians who can make really good designs that I can’t find anywhere else.

The lady was really nice and they have a great customer service lady waited till 9:00 to do my nails when they where closed already recommended to come here

My pedi was great but my acrylics were not the best they were uneven and had bubbles at the end. Very sloppy work I still had some nail polish on my fingers towards the end

I wouldnt not ever return to this place. I asked for a simple coffin shaped nails, with gel paint and one chrome nail. I came here bc I was told they can do GOLD Chrome, they DIDNT the lady lied to me and instead she painted the nail glitter gold and put unicorn dust on it making it silver with gold glitter on the bottom.I had such a horrible experience that I had them take off the work she did and give me my money back. It was so sloppy, nail acrylic was all on the bottom and around my fingers and the lady also did match the nails to my actual nail size and ended up filing and cutting my nail I began to bleed. Now I have a cut in the middle of my thumb nail. Whatever you do DO NOT go see the lady all the way in the back. She does a rush job, a sloppy job, and does not care about customers service. Very rude.

Just left the place and I’m very disappointed for one it was very expensive for a normal white tip pedicure $50 And it’s all messed up and with the whole virus I would’ve thought they would’ve took it to the next level of clean she did not wipe my area where I was going to sit I had to wipe it with my own hands It had some crums on there and the tub was also dirty where my feet go in she didn’t even try to wipe it down with water she just put the plastic over the tub.

Horrible experience! Got a full set gel manicure and the man who did my nails was awful. He is the older man with glasses. He was very sloppy, rude, and impatient. Almost all of my nails were crooked and he kept getting polish all over my hands because he was rushing through it all. Not to mention he was getting mad at me. When he took off the polish instead of using acetone he filed my skin down! When it came time to put the gel he didnt let it sit under the uv light long enough because he was trying to get to the next person so I left with my nails all wet eventhough I had gotten gel. Definitely will not be back

Came here because its closer than the one I normally go to but never going to come here again. Ive been one other time and the first time it was ok but this time they had horrible service. I got a pretty natural green color the first time and I loved it so I went back wanting the same color but when they gave me the gel color samples it wasnt on there. At first they gave me one sample tab and acted annoyed when I asked for more choices, even though there was no one else in the salon at the time and they were all just hanging around. The color i picked ended up being some color that changes with heat but he didnt tell me until he started painting my nail with it that it would be bright green unless I applied heat. I didnt want my nails bright green so I ended up picking a different color. While he was filing my nails after applying the color he cut my finger really bad and I was bleeding but he didnt even apologize. I usually tip at least 20% but left without giving a tip because I was so unhappy.

Ask for Eric or Anne!!! They do the best manicures!! Eric puts so much time and effort into your nails!

It was a very good experience and Nancy did a wonderful job on my nails and pedi.

I went got s fill and shape change for coffin with gel polish. My nails were left with different shapes and sizes and the gel was thick n uneven.went for then to fix them i wasn’t about to pay tho. my first and last time going.

Extremely sloppy. I hated the way my nails came out this last time I went in. First, all the nails were shaped unevenly. The color that I picked was color changing with heat which I was unaware of ... because one of the colors was neon orange I asked the lady to remove it so i could pick another regular color. She did NOT remove it and just continued to paint over the neon orange. Around the edges of alllll nails you could see the orange peeking out. I uploaded a picture, hopedully its published for you guys to see.

Ive been coming here for years. The last couple of times ive came I needed to come back to get my nails redid. I get regular color cause i dont keep it on long. The regular colors are all old and start cracking or they polish them 4 times and the polish never drys and smudge. This is why i always have to go back and they say thats why you should get gel and start talking and laughing in their language (I know their talking S#!t, but IDC) I also had to pay extra to get them repolished, which I dont understand cause its their fault with their nasty polish. It should be a gel only salon if thats the case so they make their extra money. I will not be going their anymore.

Out of all the nail places i have tried, this is my favorite and the only place i go. They do a great job!

First visit and I have to say my last. Signed up for service and sat to wait for available girl. Was the only one waiting. Another girl comes in and just sits. Another worker comes in and all of a sudden the girl that came in after me is getting called for a manicure. Why bother to have a sign in sheet if they do whatever they want.

If I could give zero I would. They are rude and did the worst nails I have ever had in my life. Never would go here ever again.

Worst experience ever the guys there arent good at all my daughter got a set of nails I didnt see them till I was in the car I was getting a pedi I was so andry I think I could have done a better job. They are not bout quality work but money and I will never go back .her nails hurt and they cut her so much they looked like a huge bread on top of her nail I told him thin and he did what ever he wanted never again . they are pretty rude as well and expensive for cheap work .

I was cut while getting my nails done. The powder had chunks causing bubbles, the thickness was uneven. I complained and was sat to wait almost an hour to have someone else fix it. I asked for them to be removed but no one would do anything .. had to wait for Annie. Keep in mind I had already been here 2 hours when all this happened.

Worst customer service. My first time here and I will never come back to this place again.
