They do a good job but never answer their phone so it’s hard to boom an appointment unless you literally go in and ask which is a waste of time because most of the time they tell you no so how are we supposed to book?

I loved it here!!! The owners were supper nice. I came for my birthday to get my nails done and the gave me exactly what I wanted, better even. And my little sister got her nails done too and she loved them and had fun getting them done. I felt right at home and will be coming here more often!

The old man with a little bit of Gray hair who did my nails took forever on my toes & gel manicure when someone takes forever you would think it will come out really good! But no! He did great on my pedicure but my gel manicure was unacceptable ! He didn’t paint the nail all the way he left them uneven, while your getting gel you don’t have enough time to look at them because you need to hurry and dry them...so like anyone else, you look at your nails right after they are done & I did not like what I seen ! The bald man said I should’ve said somthing while he was doing it but like I said with gel you can’t really look at them because you have to hurry and dry them never again am I coming to this nail spa again and I’ll be sure to let family and friends know as well! I wish I could upload a picture so everyone can see how my nails look I’m not satisfied at all !

I have been to a lot if nails salons and never came across to very clean salon. Please visit their salon you wont regret it. They are all about fairness there.

Walked in around 1 and didn’t end up leaving until 3 because of how long the wait was. However I did understand because they were taking their time (which I like to see) and plus others had appointments (which I recommend). It was my first time over there and they took care of you. I love how my pedicure came out and I especially love the full set I got (ombré) and they didn’t charge me as much as other places. Will definitely be returning

We called L&L and asked if she could come in and Kim answered and told her he would stay for her. Ive come here several times. Appointments are best if you dont want to be waiting long. The owner and his wife are so funny and nice. Gel mani last a long time. Ive recently gotten a full set and love the way it came out.

Came as a walk in, did not wait long before they fixed my broken nail and got an excellent manicure. They are a very lovely husband and wife team, I came here because my regular place is closed on Sundays, I will definitely be back again and this place is very reasonably priced .

Very relaxing place to get your nails done, the owner is a cool guy! enjoys oldies music, gets your nails started and while waiting, theyll offer curtsy water. i love how they have mood changing nail colors and they take their time .

NOT A WALKIN PLACE! I was a walkin waited two hours and still didnt get my nails done. Very disappointed, they never communicated with me that everybody coming in after me had appointments. They just let me wait. They are super slow too.

I love that they are very clean, however I feel they are expensive for no reason. There quality is ok, but I KNOW nail salons that are better and way cheaper. I for one dont like when my nails are all different shapes. Especially when I do coffin nails. This is just my opinion

I had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCEI guess you have To put a one star minimum minimum to leave a response ( but of course I will give them any ⭐️I Went in to have a pedicure and Nails doneIt was a Tuesday evening they only had three workers 2 were doing nails one was on a pedicure I waited 30 minutes to be seen then they gave me a pedicure first they put me with their Rookie A GuY he cut me 2xs then when he was scrubbing my feet he didn’t put any type of pressure into scrubbing my feet .he didn’t massage my feet long he did my pedicure so fast .At the end of the pedicure my feet were still rough and dryThe polish job he messed up on three times and had to remove the polish and redo it 3xs Then at the end of the pedicure they want to him to do my nails I said no thank you I just pay for my pedicure.I TOLD THEM I WAS UNHAPPY With their service they didn’t do anything about it they didn’t even suggest Anything to make it better.Needless to say I will NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!!!!😟😖😩

Wish I could give them ZERO. I came in 40 or so min before they close (late but not really last minute) anywho one person tells me the wait would be an hour. I didnt mind considering they were still willing to do it since I came in late less than a min later an old guy walk in asks what I want once I told him hes like were booked for the day. THERE WERE TWO PEOPLE WITH CLIENTS AND NO ONE AHEAD OF ME HE COULD HAVE DONE IT. Anyway he basically kicked me out.. glad I left. Ended up coming to City Nails in FONTANA not only do they close later. They take in late clients and do an amazing job for only 28$ a pedi. Go there instead yall.

I have taken my daughter there 2 times b4 2 get her eyebrows cleaned up, she has nice thick eyebrows n she did a good job it was always busy n cuz it was her 1st times I went in wth her this time it was empty n I just asked the lady 2 just clean them up again cuz the next day was her 1st day in a new high school I did not go in 2 watch but as soon as we left n got in car they were really red n my daughter said she thinks she messed up cuz she took a long time on 1 side so I looked n noticed she did most likely messed up cuz she made them 2 thin n the side thats red is not matching, I said oh well this is the 1st time she made a mistake, but next morning her 1 eyebrow looked like it was all burnt n scabs all over she looked like she was in a fight I went to the lady right after school 2 show her n all she said was o that happens. I WILL NEVER GO BACK

I dont always get my nails done but when I do I always come here since 2005. Everyone is good at their job and friendly always satisfied

Hmm this seems pretty good i guess I called and asked for the pricing on regular ol matte nails they said 3$ more Now I wanted to know more than what? But its fine he just told me that if I come to the front front desk pick out my colour then they will have my pricing figured out.... hmmI like it!

The service is terrible. There is only about 3-4 employees at a time. And the bald guy is SO rude. He told us to leave after my cousin asked about how there policy worked after we were 5 min late for our appointment. If you don’t know how to deal with a situation like that... then you should not be in customer service !! Never going there again..
