I went in with an appointment waited an entire hour to get serviced. Other people with appointments were walking in and getting serviced before me. I finally told someone and they said I had to tell the workers I was next!!! Anyways, my pedicure is good, but my dip powder manicure was HORRIBLE!!! The lady who did them was rushing and left gaps on the sides with no powder filled in. I barley have 3 days with them and it looks like I have had them for a month.

100% recommended. Its really hard to find a good pedicure place that actually is worth the money and honestly it was worth it. Has massage chairs and screens separating the other seats to maintain covid protections. Very friendly staff and nicely decorated. Will be coming here from now on.

I usually just go here for my pedicure but I needed my nails done so I have them a shot again for the second time and I was unsatisfied with the result! Pedicure was great as always but some of my nails are to fat some are sideways just in water and I paid 85 for pedicure n full set 🤦🏼‍♀️

Guys don’t go here for your lashes, I heard some girls talking about how they liked them and my regular girl was out of town so I thought I would try it. First of all they didn’t prep with pads or anything second she did it so quick that she got glue all over my eye and skin the lashes were not placed on my lashes they were placed on my skin I tried removing them within 30 minutes of leaving the place because they had closed already, I tried oil, tried soaking them in warm water, oil base make up remover everything and they are not come loose at all they literally glued them onto my eyelid guys. Just don’t go there!

The lady who greats you at door looks at u up and down before she asks u what u want and feels like they are the ones doing us a favor and then they have u sitting for a long time before they get to u. Very disappointed with the front end. Not recommend this place to any of my friends or family

Horrible service! My sister took me here for my birthday. I had Mary work on my nails and and another person on my feet. Ive gotten gel manicures before elsewhere. Never have I had anyone cut the sides of my nails and say its going to look better when they grow out...I dont need them to look better later... I want it to look better now! She also made my finger bleed by cutting too close to the cuticles. The person doing my feet also did the same thing to my toes. Got my nails done on August 28th and now... less than a week later the gel on my nails are coming off!!!The ladies also talked non-stop to each other in whatever language that they speaking and I find that funny when this place has a sign that says this is an english only zone?What happened to customer service? Plus they are way over priced for the quality of work you get. Never will I go there again!

Besides the above, I made an appointment for a pedicure, Including my name and the time. I stated that I had an appointment when I walked in but they tried to talk me into acrylic nails. They asked at least seven times if I wanted acrylic nails. I got a manicure which was mediocre and highly priced at $25 for nothing but clipping The nails and painting them. No hand or forearm massage. When I mentioned the pedicure they had no clue. They were not friendly at all and spoke to each other during the whole time I was there. But they do expect a tip. My tip is to give better customer service at competitive prices and to listen to what the customer is telling them. Four months ago I was a regular here with a gentleman named Seven who was a very personable and high-quality manicurist. I don’t know where he went but I wish he’d come back. I will Not be back. There are many nail salons in a 5 mi radius of where I work.

This is the worst nail salon Ive ever been to.The receptionist was extremely rude and the person who did my nails as well (it was a guy w/a really bad attitude). The receptionist was on the phone and cursing the entire time. The place was disgusting dirty and they didnt even put the color I picked in the first place. When I told them they said it was the same color and completely ignored me after that so I just left. I definitely DO NOT recommend this awful place and I will be taking my business somewhere else and would advise you to do the same! Id give it 0 stars if I could 0

First time coming here. Service fast and did a great job. The reason for one stars is. I asked the lady at the front desk,how much for a pedicure with french tip. She said $20 pedicure and $5 more for french. So I thought nice! After everything was said and done I paid the $25 and the lady who did my toes says no its $35. So of course I said thats not what I was told. She said its because you got gel pedicure. I didnt ask for gel pedicure! So I told the lady at the front desk and they spoke in their language and then said I had to pay for it. So good job on the pedicure but they need to ASK WHAT POLISH THE CUSTOMER WANTS BEFORE THEY BEGIN!. No tip and I wont go back there again.

I love this place even though it gets really packed that’s a good sign... the best time to go are during weekdays. I don’t recommend going on weekends unless you have an appointment. Other than that they do a really great job on your nails. Better than other nail salon I have ever been to.

Today, was my first time coming here. I have long and thick natural nails. I have been getting my nails dipped in powered for a while now. They used the machine to file down the old polish I had on my nail. The nail technician was very rough on my nails to a point that my nails still hurt hours later. I will not be back because I want to save my natural nails.💅

I would give a Zero star if I could. I had been coming here and I loved it! This last time I went the nail technician was very rough on my nails and made me bleed. I asked her if she can remove them a different way and she ignored me. They hurt so bad and she did a horrible job on my nails. Definitely never coming back $49 was such a waste for these ugly nails.

I took my daughter to get a full set for her birthday on the 25th. 2 days later her nails are cracking and the glitter completely fell off. She doesn’t do my cleaning and has been making sure to do little as possible so they can last but the inferior material is already breaking on her. I paid $55 for something that didn’t even last 3 days. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Love there work just wish they were more organized

I loved the nails but my nails started lifting and popping off a week after I got them done. Same thing with my sister. Two broke and she got them fixed, just to have the other nails start falling off the same day. It’s really cheap, but not worth it if they don’t last in my opinion. I paid $55 for pedicure and full set. Gel is already coming off my toes. I just want it to last!

Walked and received service right away. Got a gel manicure my nails are naturally thick and strong. She filed my nails way too much to take off old gel,but now I feel that my nails are going to break easily 😐. Im NOT going back. I paid extra$15 from what I usually pay at other places. She charged me $5 extra and I have no clue why😐I honestly think the reason why they filed nails so much is because they are trying to make customers go back sooner. very unsatisfied😬

I asked a question to better understand the process of how he was doing my nails because i wasnt sure if he was doing as i had asked. Instead of answering my question i was met with a quite rude response that was rather uncalled for. And i also observed that this irate behavior was also present with the woman who sat beside me. I will not be returning to this establishment

The color I was pretty much stuck with it because no one was around to translate.!Smh. Going to another salon tmw to get them fixed.

Went here twice the first time nails were already breaking off after a week. Went back to give it a second chance and even overheard from several ladies that their nails dont last as well. When the nail tech was fixing my broken nails she even asked where I had gotten my nails done and by who. Funny when she shut up when I told her I got them done here and pointed out the nail tech. Why would they have asked me that if they were not poorly done. Anyways had got them redone and even paid more the second time then the first time even though it was a fill. Fast foward 5 days later and I already have a nail popped off. Never going back!

This was my first time at this place. I was warned about them being on the pricey side but since they are new I wanted to check them out for myself. I was a little upset because one of the nail technicians decided to paint my nails while I was getting my feet done. They had to turn off my massage chair so she wouldn’t mess up my nails. Nobody should be inconvenienced while relaxing. Other than that I enjoyed them.There aren’t too organized. I had to play musical chairs before I got my feet done.

#5 did my nails I asked for Coffin and most of them looked squared. I had to clean up with a file and shape them myself at home and file out the excess nail polish at the end tips. I was requesting nude/pastel colors and He wouldnt bring me any more color pallets. He wanted me to choose from the 2 he brought. A little after a week my nails started to lift had to take them off, didnt have the chance to get a fill. Paid $38, high priced for low quality.

Gave this place a try twice but will not go back. The customer service wasnt bad like the other people have complained about but I didnt like how he did my nails. He wasnt rude but he couldnt find the gel color I picked and told me they only had some other color that wasnt even close, so I picked the darker version of the color I wanted. I think he may be dyslexic because half way through him painting my nails I was looking at the color rack and saw the color I wanted up there but the number he had told me they didnt have was the last two numbers switched. He also filed my nails right after painting them and left a bunch of powder from the file stuck into the polish. I normally tip at least 20% but only left 10% because i didnt like my nails but he wasnt rude, I just think doing nails isnt cut out for him.

Very dirty - I went in when they opened. Tables were very filthy with power dust from day before. Any time I asked a question tech responded yes - instead of asking someone to translate. Nails were very badly done and I was pretty much told your dumb they look fine. I verbally complaint and Kelly bad mouth me to the client she was working on.

Was anxious to give them a try after reading the owner’s testimonial when she opened. Went in for pedicure/manicure just yesterday. The woman who provided my service (was nice enough) but while doing my toenails ran out of polish and asked me to select another color for my fingernails. Why would I want two different colors. The manicure was so quick I needed to file my nails the next day. NOT going back as I am disappointed. I tipped well ($10) because anyone who has to touch someone’s feet deserves it. But still so disappointed.

I have gone here many times being that it’s conveniently close. However I will happily be driving farther for better service. I went in yesterday at 6:15pm for fill, one broken nail & toe color change. I placed my name on the waiting list & was told 30mins by the owner Kelly. An hour later I had still not been provided any service. So I spoke up & they sent a nice woman to do my toe color change.Then stopped her in the middle of my color change service (only removed my toe color) then sat me at a nail station to wait another 25mins. By the time I walked out it was 8:30pm & no one ever came to paint my toes. They seem to take they’re preferred customer’s first. That sign in sheet is a joke.....But if your willing to sit in a spa chair for over an hour & need to hydrate....please go there.....Cause they will continually offer water while you wait......Then apologize for the wait while you continue to wait more...2hrs & 15mins $28.00 service for 1 nail repair & fill..... Horribly Disappointing...

I don’t know why everyone is so quick to judge the guy nail tech as “rude” it was my first time going here Saturday and he fixed my nail that my old nail tech did a horrible job! He is amazing and not once was rude!! I haven’t had the chance to have anyone else but I did talk to other nail techs literally the vibe was so chill and comfortable, Also I would like to mention that I APPRECIATE the lady who helped me pick a color and she said the most nicest thing I’ve ever heard a nail tech say “ WE TRY NOT TO SPEAK OUR LANGUAGE AS MUCH IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS BECAUSE IT CAN COME OFF AS RUDE” if that isn’t the most respectable thing someone can say idk what is. Im usually not the type of person who takes the time to write reviews but I can not let the experience here pass. I went in for a pedicure and manicure, two different techs were working on me. The pedicure was being performed by Lisa, she was rushing through to get done. I noticed it right away but didnt say anything, when she polished my toes with a light pink I had chosen she left it very streaked. I thought she wasnt done, but when I seen two other women come look and speak a different language to each other, I just knew Lisa wasnt planning to fix it. I sat in the pedicure chair while getting my mani, Lisa passed by and I asked if she was done. She blamed me for picking the light pink. The nerve of her. I asked if she can change the color and stuck to a French pedicure, it was horrible. She left the white running and crooked. I asked the owner if she could call her back to fix it, now Lisa had attitude and blamed me again for messing them up. Unbelievable, I went to relax and get some pampering for the time it takes to have a pedicure/manicure done, I shouldnt have to supervise the techs work. On a different note, my manicure tech KIMBERLY did an awesome job. I recommend her if ALLURE NAILS is where you decide to go. $50 total, bad pedicure by LISA.

Paid $80 for acrylics and fell within two days! I tried going back to let them know and completely ignored me and tried to make me pay $80 all over again. The service is horrible and the staff just as bad.

This nail shop is unprofessional. I had a 2 o’clock appointment and I waited until 2:30pm before I left. They started taking other people for pedicures when I had be waiting for a while. By the way no one stopped to update me on how much longer it was going to take. They are pricy to which is another reason I decided to leave. I will not pay top dollar for poor service.

Worst service towards the customers. When asked to retouch some toenails I noticed they rushed on, they did it with the worst attitude and tried blaming it on the color I had chosen. I just had the worst experience ever!! I usually never write reviews but people need to know how horrible this place is! Any question I had was blown off by the “tech”. I asked about a color he said “what you see is what you get!” I asked if I can wash my hands now and he said “Do what you want?” That’s when I had it and told him there’s no reason to be rude. He’s extremely unprofessional and mean to the other customers wanting to come in. It was 6:40 and he refused to help them because I they close at 7. To top of off his work was not even good, I will have to pay to have them fixed else where.

Had my nails done by Cindy asked if there was a guarantee. Another place I go to if your nails break in 7 days they fix for free, since 3 of my dip powder nails chipped in a couple of days. In comparison I went some where else the dip powder lasted 3 weeks, She told me I will fix your nail but I nvr want to do your nails again! REALLY????? Guy #5 was working on a first time customer she had some ?s about dip powder and acrylic powder nails. Were not in nails business we dont know, he was really barking at her bad. He had already put tips on her she told him never mind and was going to walk out then Hanna came over and helped her take the tips off with nail polish remover. Terrible service. I wish they would stop talking in there language in front of customers so rude!!!

Ive been there 4 times the first time i liked it kelly the owner did my nails and she was sweet and did a nice job. I went 3 times after and my experience keeps getting worse and worse they do not take their time on mani or pedi they barely clean the cuticle and they are rude this past time i changed my mind on the color and it was a lil lighter and the lady got mad she was the older lady she argued that it was the same color then made sigh noises and rolled her eyes even the girl next to me was like did she really get mad i was like YES....i mean im paying $36 for a half a$$ pedi and i at least want to pick the color i want. I do not recommend to anyone oh and i waited with my feet in water for almost 40 min before they started they were so unorganized they didnt know who was first or next amd then this man walked in and didnt have an appt and because one of the ladies wantes to help him she lied and said he had an appt and another lady waiting asked him if he had an appt he said no....terrible customer service!!!i will never go again and will Plan ahead to i can make an appt at my original nail place NAIL TECH on Rialto ave.

Horrible place to get your eyebrows done .. My first time to go get a full set and decided to get my eyebrows done worst decision I ever made .. The lady doesnt know at all what she was doing she left me without eyebrows you can bearly even tell I had some i was furious after I told her she had ruined my eyebrows she had the audusity to tell me well why dont you go to another place where you usually go .. They shouldnt have unprofessional people doing something they dont know how to in the first place....
