The best place honestly the best customer service they are all so sweet and do an amazing job everytime

My Name is Donna, I have been going to Summer Nails every since the Owner that now own a Shop in Palms Springs was working there. I usually gets a Pedi/Fill or Full Set, Eyebrows, I use to get Eye Lashes until I started wearing Strips.Ivan is usually the person that does my Nails & Pedis., Jeanette refuses to do my Nails she say IM TOO PICKY.... I only complain when something is not right.....as I should.Today 4/6/21 was a very bad experience for me. Ivan performance was not acceptable, I know what he can do when it come to my Nails, so todays service was a rush job. I have recommended friends, family to Summer Nails . I always pay for all Services rendered & Tip, I expect quality professional Work.Today I called the ManagerJeanette outside to avoid other Customers hearing my complaint. Jeanette felt my Nails and seen they were lumpy, ruff & not shaped the same. Im not trying to give the Business a bad name, the work performed today was awful. I was so upset today & felt my blood pressure elevating. It was approx 5 Ladies waiting today for Service so I have decided to stop by the Shop tomorrow 4/7 to get this problem with my Nails corrected or a Refund. Hopefully Summer Nails/Ivan will handle this matter in an understanding & professional manner.Yours Truly, a Regular, not Satisfied Customer

This is a wonderful nail salon. Im a return customer here because they care about their workmanship. They are so clean and well skilled and friendly service that does gr8 nails!!!!!! Thank you Summer Nails!!!!!

IVE BEEN GOING HERE SINCE 2016 AND I’M NOT SAYING IT’S PERFECT BUT 8/10 TIMES THEY DO A GREAT JOB!!! AT TIMES WHEN THEY ARE BOOKED I’VE TRIED OTHER SHOPS (2-3 PLACES) AND MY NAILS EITHER FALL OFF OR GEL PEELS THE UPSETTING PART IS I PAY WAY MORE THAN I DO WITH THEM AND END UP GOING TO THEM TO FIX THE PROBLEM. SO I JUST STICK TO THEM NOW

Ivan does an amazing job with manicures n full sets, steven is great with toes. Love these guys.

I dont know why I dont know the owners name or the one that always does my pedicure but great customer service! Always enjoy the conversations while Im relaxing getting my pedis. Would recommend!

Got my nails done thought they look good. Then they kept braking. One had broken off 7 days after getting them done. So I went to get it fixed for $5. A week later another nail broke off. I was planning on going in to get it fixed then I noticed that they were easy to remove! I’ve never had this issue with other acrylic nails...I always have to go back and get them removed. Believe me when I say I removed them like press-ons. I do not recommend. Due to Covid I’m working from home so I know they didn’t brake because of my job. Maybe they need better product? Or apply better product?

Amazing service! Always so kind and friendly.The husband (Stan) and wife (Janet) always do a great job with my mani and pedi. I live a long way from this location but I’ll drive anytime to get their service. Truly recommend them.

My nails were rushed and overpriced! The lady was very short with me and I tried to make conversation with her and she didnt care anything I said. I was just another number to her and I get it but atleast make us customers feel welcome. They need to work on their peoples skills. Never coming back here.

I love Janet and her husband! Been going to Janet since 2016! Love her work. Her husband and I have the best convos, he never misses a beat on my toes. The other guy is very precise as well! Ps make an appointment!!!!!!!!

Got there and wasnt greeted, not a big deal except Im ignored for 15 minutes, figured its a language barrier till I hear staff speaking English. About another 5 minutes go by and im getting antsy, jenny notices and asks why Im there, mani? I said yes, already have gel. Another 10 min and Im led to a seat and jenny files down the top of my nails with a hand file and machine then asks me to put my hands in a bowl of acetone. Not a good sign. This is damaging, but Im tired so I stay. At this point I just want gel off, its 3 wks old and cracking, and flaking, another bad job by a local shop. No wonder people go over to Fontana! Once I tell her no new color I can see her mood change. She starts aggressively filing and gets my pinky, as in filed skin. No apology. Also Im left with some of the base coat on my nails, and the edges are not clean. Had to go home and clean my own nails up. Wont be returning.edited to 1 star after nasty email from owner.

My first time here. The manicurist was nice but he cut too much off the side of my nails . I dont like that because when they usually do that I get ingrown toe nails

I started coming because it was so close to my house. I have moved and still drive out here. I love that they are not fake. They are them self. And thats awesomeYeah sometimes they say bad words but who doesnt. Lol

This has been my go to nail & waxing spot for a Lil over a year & and half, the staff here is so friendly very welcoming my favorite is Jeanette! She knows how to do my nails right! And at a good price. I usually get the works (eyebrows & lip waxing, pedicure, full set with gel) ranges from $56-$65 depending my nail design. I would defiantly recommend this nail salon!!!

This is my spot.. I have been coming here for a while and my girl jannette always does an amazing job!! Plus she uses good product ... And they never lift. I would recommend anyone to come in you will not be disappointed😃

Camera can be altered and this is to the owner you can write on here so make amend to your customer, I seen where she did say it is good work done there so be happy she was honest and with the performance of your work 😕

This is my go to place, they make you feel so welcomed. They spend the time to converse w you while there and don’t rush you so their work shows well when your nails last a long time.

Had long natural nails with powder overlay to keep them strong. Went here for a fill and the lady filed my real nails until they were nonexistent. 7 months of growth down the drain. 😤

This was my second time here and thought it would be better than the first time. First of all, I wanted my nails long which the girl did cut them long. She put two of them on crooked (which I didnt notice until later) and then took me over to a grumpy older man to finish them. He proceeds to file my nails down until they were medium and when he put the rhinestones on he put on so much glue my polish was all jacked up when my nails dried. Secondly, I had to listen to the moans of pain because they were butchering peoples pedicures. I gave them three stars because the place is sanitary and the nails do stay on. I am currently looking for somewhere else to go though.

Be careful they will over charge your credit card. To the owner basically i didnt say i came in when you said i did 😒 so you must of over charged someone else card also. Its on my bank statement and thats proof enough and as far as greiven I dont greive over money. I just get pissed off at people who benefit off others when its not due to them or owed.
