I have a great fear of going to the dentist due to a bad experience with another dentist. I needed some major dental work completed and they were so caring about my fears. I was made to feel very comfortable, they explained everything they were doing each time and I trusted them. They are so friendly and amazing. I am so happy with the work they completed on my teeth and the truly caring way they treated me as a patient. I highly recommend them!

This office has a very friendly & Excellent staff. Dr. Hunte is an Excellent Dr. who listens well and understands our needs. The X-ray Tech and Hygienist are great additions to this young and growing practice. My family has found a new Dental Practice to grow with our needs.

Dont try to get an orthodontist referral through their rep . Just needed the green light for aligners for my son. Was told that we just needed to come in for a normal appointment and hed be seen by the orthos rep. Was told he was cleared and we would be emailed the paperwork. Now a month later Im being told basically that that appointment was useless and he needed to be seen by the orthodontist himself. Absolutely zero communication. Ive called a bunch of times only to be given the run around. Apparently an urgent message was sent out for us to receive a call back that we never received. Incredibly frustrating . Well just have to start off this whole process with a new dental office when all I wanted was for my son to get his braces before school starts up

Always take time to take care of your dental problems and not rushed through the office. Show that they are concerned about your health.

So my previous dentist had to take out the rest of my teeth: due to my health condition & I got fitted for dentures; back in February 2021!Anyways; I tried to reach them for wks!! When I finally did; I found out that half the staff quit?(Not my problem).My insurance company recommend this place! I was so empressed at how nice they were on the phone & how quickly they got me an appointment after; I explained the above!My 1st appointment again I was empressed from the front desk; to the back staff & the Dentist; everyone was Awsome!!:) & Iam looking forward to FINALLY having all my teeth; So I can smile again!! Thank you All!!The only thing; if I may suggest your company needs to put a bigger sign; out front; towards the road; because it was easy to miss! Ty:)

The staff were very kind and there was very little wait time. My only concern was that the numbing process was more painful then previous dentist.

If I could put 0 stars, I would. And I’d like to state that everything is fine here, and all of the staff is good. That is NOT the case for Bradley at the front desk. He has been EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional, speaking in a way one should NEVER address a patient or patient’s parent. When I let him know he was being rude he called me rude, talked and laughed over me, and the manager sat nearby and did nothing. I will be taking my family’s dental and ortho needs where everyone is professional and they don’t allow the staff to be ghetto.

Not honest people at all!!! My daughter was getting orthodontic treatments that was supposed to be completed as we were told. Come to find out after her teeth shifted that she was supposed to get retainers. Now they why to charge us another $1800 to complete the treatment? Not right!!! Thats not how you do business!!! The BBB will be hearing about this! Go there at your own risk!!!

Very disappointed in my recent service. Been going here for years. My daughter need a cap - roller skating accident. And was over billed $500. Took them a month to recognize they over billed me. Took them two attempts to get the cap the correct color... It has been 2 months and I still havent been refunded... called corporate and all VM boxes are full and no one has returned emails or phone calls. Calls to the local office just keep getting they are working on it. Stay away!!!

I have been 7 years with them. They change doctors every year. ( now Im am going to change them) They are corporation have 15 or more offices and hiring doctors on contract for a year or so (so they can pay them less) They overcharge me more the $7000 for braccles . 2 person out 15 are very nice and willing to help you out. Every one else is Pirats who repeat they story again and again not willing to help you out, some of them are there just to get pay check. Most of them is about money. THEY WANTS MORE MONNAY ALL THE TIME!!! EVEN IF YOU MAKE DEAL FOR SOME TREATMENT DOWN THE ROAD THEY WANT YOU TO CHARGE YOU FOR SAME SERVICE AGAIN JUST BECAUSE ITS DIFFERENT TEAM AND YOU HAVE TO EXPLAIN YOUR SELF THAT YOU ALREADY PAID. Front people in office are the one who dont look on you file but already knows what you need to pay. ?!?

Excellent service! I am very happy with the doctors and hygienists here. They actually took the time to educate me on the issues with my teeth/gums and were honest with me. They’re very nice and funny people too! They had good recommendations and the doctor was very thorough with our treatment plan for both my cleanings and crowns.

I couldn’t have been more pleased with the staff at this location. Literally every person made me feel as if they were glad I was there. Professional, informative, welcoming and friendly. I wish I had started coming here a long time ago.

My experience this time at this office was excellent. However past visits to to dental expressions offices haven’t been that great at all. One doc used me for an experimental procedure she cooked up without my permission. And another time I was told I had worse teeth than I really did (2 outside that network dentists said my teeth were normal) 😲 wow! So I’ve tried to avoid using Dental Expressions offices as much as possible hoping insurance would send us elsewhere, so I’m glad that this office visit was problem free.

This review is for Dr. Gaston. My wife went in with no pain, but after telling her she needed fillings we got them and had pain ever since. Instead of redoing the filling Dr. Gaston attempted to solve the issue by altering the good teeth, and caused significant issues in the process. four months later we are still dealing with the ramifications of Dr. Gastons negligence. We will never be back and are planning on filing a complaint with the Ohio State Dental Board.

This office was selected as our primary dentist through insurance, but is not equipped to handle children under 13 as of December. Most insurance companies will not cover a pediatric dentist for kids over the age of 7. I called to get my child in for an emergency visit because of a tooth ache. Had I known this would have happened I would have called around as soon as our insurance changed. The person handling the phones told me I could bring him in anyway but why would I waste my time and money if they cant even help him? Then they told me I should just go to Hines Smiles if I wanted an appointment, which is not in network. When I called Aetna they told me in order for my child to be seen that this office had to write a referral stating that they were not able to see him as a patient because they didnt have any equipment. Then the receptionist said he couldnt since my child has never been seen at their office. I spent 2 hours on the phone trying to find someone to see him. Yes, this is partly an insurance issue but not happy with the suggestion I waste my money with this office for a visit where they cant even help my child. Thankfully after fighting with insurance my kid will be seen at an office that was more than willing to help. If insurance doesnt cover pediatric dentistry for kids over 7, then why on earth would this office not have what they need for anyone younger than 13?

My visit at Great Expressions today was wonderful! The hygienist, Lisa, was very thorough and encouraging. She also discussed various electric toothbrushes . Dr. Royer was thorough in my exam as well. She is highly skilled in her field! I would highly recommend this business .

I gave 2 stars for the ease of the appointment setting and the professionalism of the receptionist but once I got to the back it was a different story for me.The rooms are not private and I can look right across and hear plus see the next patient which I didn’t like, People would walk into the space and say “Hi” but no name or formal introduction so I had to ask for their names. They took lots of X-rays and then gave me a plan that would cost over 10 thousand dollars! Yes I have insurance and my out of pocket is only 1500 but I feel like they may be trying to get over because I have insurance. For 1 filling they are charging $281 which is overpriced and for a 1 tooth partial they are charging $1927.00 when it should not be over 1400 bucks and that is the top, Aspen dental charges 1200 for theirs so Needless to say I will not be getting my treatment from them. She said she would give me a prescription but I didn’t get that in this paperwork. I already know I have cavities but I am here to feel comfortable and confident in my dentist and it seems like that is really hard to find unfortunately!

I have been to this dental center for 3-4 years now and not once have my teeth been cleaned. Every time I go in, I leave with a list of things that I need to pay for our of pocket but not once have I been provided my free teeth cleaning that is covered by my insurance. It’s a wonder why I need additional work, they won’t clean my teeth! My son also had an appointment for a teeth cleaning which is supposed to be free with our dental insurance and he ended up paying $60. Very frustrating, I will be looking for a new dentist!

The Hygienists and the Dentists are great. The low rating is due to the front office and their policies for appointments. They do not provide you all the information you need to make an educated decision on whether to come to this office. They do not tell you that you have to do a consulting appointment, where they look at your teeth to determine length of time it will take them at the next appointment you have to make. Having to take time off from work to go to two separate appointments for a teeth cleaning is a little ridiculous. They require you verbally contact them to confirm an appointment or they will cancel your appointment, even if you have had it for 6 months. They will leave a voicemail requesting you call back with no indication of what they need to talk to you about. I find the way they treat their customers very disrespectful.

I just started my Invisalign with Dr. Farley and his team made it super simple! It is impressive how quickly he could start my case. Very pleasant experience and great staff :)

The worst dentist experience. My awful dentist was Paul Gaston, in great expression, Raynoldsburg, Ohio. I went there three month ago for a normal checkup. I had no tooth or jaw or any kind of pain in the first place and they told me that I needed to redo two of my fillings. He redid the fillings (which were between two end molars in my bottom left) in one session. The fillings in the first place were too tall that my teeth in the right side couldnt meet during bite and I felt so much pain in my filling by biting. I went back there after 3 days and they adjusted my filling, however I still had pain in biting with fillings. Again I went back there, this time he not only shortened my filling on bottom jaw but also shortened the molars on the upper jaw. After that I still had pain in biting. next time I went there, he said your tooth pain is because of your jaw problem and without getting my permission stared to shave off all of my molars and even my premolars! (from every places not only the places which are dealing with filling). I am surprised that he did not even performed an appropriate test to check the teeth nerve health or didnt take a picture of it. He prescribed me steroid pills to (as he said) relax my jaw muscles. After that I felt no contact between my upper and bottom molars and premolars in my left side when I bite. Also my pain increased a lot, this time not only tooth pain but also jaw pain and jaw clicking was added! I got back to him after two weeks and complaining of that much pain and this timed he prescribed me pain killers and Clonazepam pills. After two weeks my tooth pain didnt decrease at all. My teeth still didnt have contact on the left side. Jaw pain was added. I decided to see another dentist. In the first visit they took a picture of my teeth and examined my nerve and it revealed that my filling had a problem in the first place and I might need a root canal treatment. However, now beside that problem I face the other problems of jaw pain and shortened teeth. I am going to file a complaint against them but before that just wanted to share this experience with everybody.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a dentist. I scheduled a teeth cleaning appointment and was greeted at how bad the previous dental practice was ran. Then proceeded to take my blood pressure. Yes, took my blood pressure at a dental office. Very weird since I didnt ask for it. She then tells me to go to the doctor.All my adult life have had cleanings with no dental work. Now, I need $$$$ deep cleaning because of diesase and bone loss. In desperate need of braces as well. This is what they recommended.I asked at this time to just clean my teeth and they said no it would be fraud.I cant even begin to wrap my head around that experience!!!

Came in for a cleaning was told we were late however text message and voice mail both say another time. Had xrays a couple months previous and they refused to do a cleaning without another set of xrays. Called insutance company and they argeed this was excessive. Was told to go elsewhere if we didnt agree to xrays. This is scam billing to make cleanings profitable to them and over billing of insurance. Rude staff even worse hygienist who was argumentative in lobby. This is why medical cost are outrageous as over billing for profitability sake is out of control.

They lie and steal your $$$. Had an appt which I had to pay completely out of pocket for because the secretary Britney never informed me that the office no longer takes my insurance. I only figured it out when i received the bill from them after the appt. Then when speaking to the manager about the issue she sides with what the secretary has told her obviously lies to cover her job and told me this is what she is saying so I can’t help you. I paid over $500 to them because of their incompetent and lying secretary. She even mistook me for another patient when i arrived for my appointment and has mixed up our appts many times before this incident. The manager even had the audacity to tell me this secretary has only been at the office a few months when she’s been then for appts we’ve had last year. I never received a call back from the manager which she promised me weeks ago. More lies. What’s worse is now they have a new manager. The turnover rate is crazy.
