Wish I could give this place and the owner Dr Lucia more than 5 stars. They are the sweetest most professional place and Im so thankful I found them to take care of my little girl Lucia. I will say that the price is validated by the love and care and the best work around..my daughter was in no pain after getting 5 teeth pulled and its all thanks to the wonderful work of Dr. Lucia and also very pleased with the guys that smile MD sent over to put my baby under. You guys are the best and worth every penny. Thank you!

You will never find a better dentist to take your kids! Dr. Lucia is by far the most amazing dentist for children. My 11 year old loved her just as much as my 3 year old. The staff does an amazing job of making the kids feel safe and comfortable. My 9 year old suffers from a severe gag reflex and hates all dental work. Dr. Lucia had great tips for him and was so patient and understanding. This was the first time he’s ever felt okay about a dental visit. After getting a cavity fixed, my 3 year old exclaimed on the way out the door, “I love the dentist!” Seriously. The. Best.

They are very good. Amazing demeanor with the children. Kind, and funny, which is needed with the age group. Very good at listening, and understanding concerns, and explaining the process to help ease fears of their younger patients. I would definitely recommend them if you need dental care for your children.

We had a great experience! My littlest one has had many failed attempts at getting a good dental cleaning done. Our hygienist was very kind and had such a calm demeanor. The dentist was great very friendly and my girls instantly relaxed in her presence!

Awesome experience for my very anxious 8 year old. Weve tried several dentists and this was by far our best experience. They were friendly and patient with the kids and kind and patient with mom, too! I really liked that they dont immediately push for sedation but are willing to work with anxious kids. Buckeye Pediatrics has been more than awesome with my grandchildren! They have gone above and beyond to make sure that they feel comfortable during all of their visits. All four of my grandchildren love going to the dentist and to me that’s huge. I’m an adult and am terrified of the dentist so it is very important to me that they never have that fear and thanks to Buckeye Pediatrics and their amazing staff, I never have to worry about that! Hands down the best pediatric dentist and I would highly recommend them to everyone!

I took my 20-month-old in to have a chipped tooth evaluated. Everyone from the front office staff to Dr. Shah were top notch. Their facilities are neat and clean while being colorful and kid friendly. The staff was easy going and playful with my very active and very social toddler. Dr. Shah and her staff were very professional and efficient without making us feel rushed. This was the first time we had been to the dentist and we could not have had a better first experience. I am thrilled with the visit and the outcome. Im grateful that they were recommended to me and I will be recommending them to others.

Very clean, kind, and fast. I took both my kids (4 and 16 months old) and we were in about an hour. My 4 year old had a good time, 16 month old was reluctant but they were super sweet with him.

I had originally gave this place a 5 star review bc I was so happy with the doctor and the work done on my kid. Now it’s a One star. This last visit traumatized my kid and now she’s probably gonna be afraid of dentist for a long time. The way the doctor talked to and treated my 5 year old was unacceptable and unprofessional. I haven’t been this upset in a long time. I will never be taking any of my kids here because of the unprofessionalism shown at today’s appointment. Absolutely unacceptable.

This place is amazing! I brought my daughter in for her first dental appointment, and from beginning to end they were spectacular. The staff made us feel welcome, and my daughter was super comfortable. No tears AT ALL. They did a great job cleaning her teeth. These ladies are excellent and so sweet, and they make sure that there are no gray areas with your childs care. The office is clean, warm, and colorful. Very inviting.

Amazing services; very youth- centered. Our girls feel very empowered to continue to take care of their teeth after each visit. The new location in an old PNC bank is awesome and allows continued safety measured as we continue to navigate COVID.

Our 7 year old daughter just had her first visit that was more than a routine cleaning. Dr. Lucia and her team always interact so positively with our kids, but I was still a bit nervous for my daughter who was a bit nervous for the “big visit”. I was beyond impressed with how Dr. Lucia and her team (Dyana sp?) made my daughter so comfortable from the moment we arrived until the moment we left!! They are truly talented at what they do! ...and the new location is awesome!

My 7 year old had originally went to a different pediatric dentist where she had terrible anxiety and was frightened of the treatments needed. They informed us she would need general anesthesia and to be in the hospital in order for them to do treatment due to her anxiety. I did some more research and found Buckeye Pediatric Dentistry, specifically Dr. Lucia, who changed my child’s outlook on going to the dentist. Dr. Lucia was able to complete treatments with NO issues and my daughter was so comfortable and looks forward to going to the dentist. Dr. Lucia & staff are simply the best.

The dentist office was very nice and clean and the staff was very friendly and made us comfortable! They were very comforting and sweet to my 2 yr old who came in for his first dentist appointment. My experience at Buckeye Pediatric Dentistry was absolutely amazing. It started from the time that I called to schedule and all of the front desk staff were so willing to answer all of my (tons of) questions. When I took my 3 year old son in for his appointment, Dayana the Lead Dental Assistant was amazing, she was thorough and very sweet. After spending some time with Dayana, Dr. Lucia came in...what a gift and a light this woman is. She assured me that all would be well, and it was. She was patient, incredibly kind and brought this uneasy Mamas nerves right on down. Thank you all for being so kind and patient with my son and his nervous Mama. 💖

My 5 year old had to have some work done on a few of her teeth. I was so nervous and scared for her. We had our appointment today, and the dentist and assistant could not have been more wonderful. My daughter did not have any issues at all at any point during the appointment. She was completely calm and comfortable in large part because everyone who worked with her was amazing, kind, and fun. We will not go anywhere else for our kids. This is the spot.

Wonderful service, great attitude. I was fortunate enough to have been a patient of this practice as an adolescence & I’m thankful that after all this time they are still able to provide the same amazing care to my child. We always are made to feel like we are important and that our concerns are valid. Anyone would be lucky to have them as a provider. Office staff, clinical staff, dentists all of them amazing!!!

The dental assistant was great. She was patient and kind to my son who was a bit apprehensive. He had vaccinations done a week prior at his family doctor and so he was afraid he may be getting a shot. The receptionist who checked us out wasnt very personable and not the friendliest. The dental hygienist asked her to take my sons picture and put it with the rest of the pictures of children having no cavities, but she decided not to leaving my son to question me why she didnt. Nonetheless I rewarded him.

I have three children, one of which has autism. It is such a load off my shoulders going to a dentist office that is very accommodating for all kiddos. I love the staff, the atmosphere and my kids never fight me when it comes to going there.

The woman who books the appointment always puts you off for months even if you call about a last minute emergency. She seems very unhappy to work with the client and is unwavering. I used to know Dr Kassoy and I know things have not been the same since he left. Client service must play an important role to maintaining clients. I had my 3 children here over the last 17 years and I have decided to change to another pediatric dentist. Adieus.

Im so thankful we found Buckeye Pediatric Dentistry! Amazing staff made my 11 year old and 3 year old perfectly at ease and excited for their next visit. We had a not so pleasant experience at a different dentistry and my daughter was so anxious. To see her excitement when we left brought tears to my eyes. She kept saying how great they were and could not get over how nice and gentle they were with her. THIS is exactly the experience you want your children to have with dentists. I am one happy and thankful Momma!

Dr. Gerstmann and all the staff are absolutely wonderful. They help my girls remain calm by explaining exactly what they will be doing in their mouths, showing them many of the instruments that will be used and giving them things to fidget with to help them if needed. We’ve had regular cleanings, X-rays and tooth extractions at Buckeye Pediatric Dentistry. They really are great with kids. You may think you don’t need a pediatric dentist, but you really do! They have expertise in tooth growth and development as children age and in using smaller instruments for smaller mouths. In fact, they have extra years in training to treat infants to teens and children with developmental delays. Plus, their tooth vault waiting room is sooo cool. (They are located in a former bank.)

I was referred here by my dentist for some dental work for my youngest and I must say the atmosphere is very kid friendly. The staff was nice and greeted me with a smile (I could tell even through the mask). We had the pleasure of being seen at the new office and I love that they kept the vault from the bank..it added character to the waiting area. All around great place and people!!

Very friendly and informative team. My daughter (11yrs old) had a great experience. She enjoyed her cleaning and exam. She was able to ask questions and they answered her so she felt that her questions and concerns were heard which made her feel comfortable.

I never thought I could love a dentist but I do! We started taking my son around 1 year old and they have been amazing with him each time. They have tons of stuff to keep kids occupied and distracted while they work and they are super gentle and patient. Plus they take a cute picture each time you go!

We love Buckeye Pediatric! My 3 year old had a bad experience at her previous dentist, but everyone at Buckeye Pediatric is amazing. The receptionists are friendly and welcoming, and the dentists and hygienists are so patient and cheerful. My kiddo always has a good time- no crying or fussing! They do a great job of explaining (in non-scary terms) about what they are doing, and my daughter loves that she gets stickers and a princess toothbrush. I really cant recommend them enough- they are the best!

We had our first dentist appointment for our 14 month old today. And Dr. Lucia was absolutely amazing! I always feared taking my son to the dentist because of issues going to the dentist as a child. I’m so glad we found buckeye so my son can enjoy his dentist visits. Dr. Lucia was calm (as my son cried the whole time) and talk to both of us like he wasn’t making a peep. She explained every single step in detail. And followed us our front for a cavity free picture. Highly highly recommend this office.

The dentists are amazing and truly care about your kids and family. They love children and are great with them! The staff is always friendly and helpful as well. I highly recommend them to anyone!

We have been using Bucket Pediatric for years and they are excellent! Everyone is warm and friendly. They are knowledgeable and very good with children. They explain what they are doing and why and will show the kids all the equipment to help them be less fearful. They are terrific with frightened, sometimes hysterical kids. The office is really clean and they practice excellent hygiene. I highly recommend!

Our daughter has gone here for the past 2 years and theyre always so patient and kind to us. We have had 3 different dentists and theyve all been amazing. When our daughter was 1-2 years old she went through quite a fear of the dentist and they were so patient and good with helping her stay comfortable. We will always take her here until she is too old to go!

We took our daughter here for the first time during this virus outbreak. They were extremely clean, and well planned out for our visit. Lets go beyond that, these ladies are the most wonderful people I have ever witnessed work with children. The calming effects they begin with left my 6 year old not even noticing that she had a molar pulled. They are beyond amazing!

Both of my children love going here! My son has Down Syndrome and my little girl is her beautiful ‘typical’ self. With regard to my son, it has never been easy for him to get comfortable in new surroundings and while this visit was not his first, he continued making amazing progress in each of the past three visits to the point now where I can sit back and let the doctor and hygienist perform what is necessary for the appointment. My little girl had her first appointment here and she was at ease immediately and that was yet another part of the wonderful experience today. I am thrilled!
