The best hygienist care Ive ever gotten!The first time I didnt have to ask for a second dose of Novocaine when getting my tooth drilled. Everyone is very nice.

Nice clean facility and amazing staff. My son was having some tooth pain and they got him in same day and provided the care he needed. The staff was very attentive to my 8 year old, I’ll definitely continue care here.

I have previously been to 2 dentist over the past 2 years. Dental Works professionalism and expert dental work ran circles around the previous dentist!! Cudos to Dental Works and their staff.

I always have a good experience with my dental hygienist Teresa who helps me keep my teeth healthy. She makes sure Im comfortable and is adept at using a variety of dental tools (including hand tools) to maximize my comfort as well as work efficiently. I feel lucky to have her working on my teeth.

At first I gave them a five star but I’m really upset that they didn’t check my insurance before doing any work. How does a person pay almost 400 dollars (they are supposed to see why insurance didn’t cover or won’t cover something) then turn around and get a bill couple months later saying you owe 200 and something. Then say YOU call your insurance company !!! That’s wrong on so many levels .

Dentalworks has a new doctor in the house and he is great! Dr. Patel is patient, informative, kind, and knowledgeable. He puts you at easy very quickly. When I told him of my low tolerance for pain, he went out of his way to make sure that I would be comfortable with the procedure that he was preforming.The staff is wonderful also. They went out of their way to correct an issue that I had and were kind during every step of the way. Kudos to Kris for being so understanding and generous with me and my husband.I would highly recommend to anyone that’s in the market for a new place to go for dental to check out Dentalworks and Dr. Patel in Reynoldsburg. This was my first time coming back to this office after Covid-19 and I must say that I was extremely pleased with the service offered. They have a new dentist at this location ( Dr. Dhaval Patel, DDS), and I am so glad that he is there. I was very skeptical about making another appointment because the dentist they had prior did my fillings incorrectly. I even thought about switching dental provider because of the prior service that I received. However, I am glad that I stayed because Dr. Patel is AMAZING! The dental hygienist was wonderful as well (I do not remember her name). Both were very knowledgeable about how to care for and maintain good dental hygiene. I went in for a cleaning. And I think I got the best specialist! Joshua was amazing! Very attentive to my needs and really funny. No one likes going to the dentist office but I can literally say that I enjoyed my visit! 👏🏽💯

I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning in October 2020. At the appointment I received X-rays and was told I have 2 cavities to fill. I did NOT receive a cleaning. This was literally the only service I requested. I was told I also needed some mouth wash to help my sensitive gums. Sat there for an hour and a half and literally only had x-rays done. Apparently they couldn’t get to it? Scheduled another appointment to have the cavities filled AND a cleaning today 11-17-20. Had the cavities filled today, and NO cleaning. At check out I was asked if I wanted to come back a 3rd time next month for the cleaning...Get it together. This is so ridiculous. No I will never come back. Everyone was nice, but how can you schedule 2 cleanings and it never happen, and you want me to come back a 3rd time. NO.

The staff took their time and explained everything step by step. All my options were laid out!!

Don’t go to this place. They don’t care patients. They only care themselves and the profits.

The staff at Dentalworks Reynoldsburg was friendly and professional. However, Im rating it 3 stars because of my experience with one of the dental assistants - she was very rude. Since it was my first visit, I had some questions and concerns about their exam process, and she appeared to be quite annoyed. Perhaps it could have been she was ill because she was coughing profusely while working near clients. I was taken aback because of COVID-19 and the high number of confirmed cases, I felt she should not have been at work. Needless to say, that will be my last visit to Dentalworks Reynoldsburg.

I never had a dentist hygienist that was so rough with cleaning my teeth. She showed no care in the world but made excuses. Never asked if I was ok during the prosecute and patient care was not her concern.

This is the most incompetent dental practice, this place is the definition of incompetence. From the front office staff to the main dentist. My wife had a root canal done here, they messed up on the measurements and now my wife’s crown keeps coming out. My wife called them to explain the situation, the promised her a callback, they never called her back and the crazy thing is that, they won’t answer her calls when she calls them from her number but when she uses a different number, they pick up. Don’t go to this so-called dental practice. This place doesn’t even deserve a one star. Thanks

I recently went from my wife’s insurance to mine. Had to go to a large chain dentist with her insurance. They demoralized me about my teeth and how long its been since I was at a dentist. I never went back to that chain after the first visit.With my new insurance I was able to go to Dentalworks. Let me tell you, I am glad I did. I had waited too long to go to a dentist and had tooth pain. The staff at Dentalworks was super friendly and didn’t “shame” me for not seeing a dentist sooner like the other place. The said “all that matters is you are here now and we will get you taken care of”.P.S.-not sure if its because of a different insurance, but Dentalworks is about 60% less expensive AND they do all the work in house. The other “large chain” dentist would only do most of the work needed and wanted me to go somewhere else (added cost) to have some of the work done.

O.M.G!!! I was so terrified about getting my tooth extracted. But I went in because I was getting severe headaches. And maybe a month earlier I went to another dentist. And he wanted me to get a root canal over the same tooth. Anyways to make a long story short.... They did a WONDERFUL JOB!!! Iwas skeptical because the dentist looked young. I didnt feel anything!! And the receptionist did a wonderful job with helping me ease my stress level.😃

I haven’t had a dentist since I moved to Columbus a few years ago and since I started to have gum and tooth pain, I decided to come here. I’m super glad I did! They were super accommodating and got me in fast. Even though they were busy, they took time with me to inform me of everything I needed to know and did a wonderful job. I didn’t meet one person who wasn’t truly a delight. Even though I will be moving again soon, I will make the drive to come here! Thank you to all the staff that I saw and worked with on Tuesday!

I discovered this office while shopping nearby. I had been looking for another dentist since the “other” dentist seemed to have just left the practice. Josh is excellent at his profession, upbeat and takes great care. The staff is welcoming and smiling! Found my new dental home!

Everyone working in Dental Works are very friendly and very thorough! The hygienist who cleaned my teeth, took her time doing so and explained things after completing it. The doctor who checked my teeth, made sure I understood what had been done and asked if I had any other questions. The young lady checking me out made sure I understood my billing and make sure I had a new date to come back six months later. All In all, Dental Works is a very wonderful place to have your teeth worked on and looked after!

What can I say .....no cavities! Always makes it a great trip when that happens. Trinity felt comfortable and with the coupon got her free electric toothbrush! Which she loves. Everyone is very patient and nice. First and foremost customer service is important to me and everyone there represents that location great!!

My husband goes to your Reynoldsburg office. The entire staff is amazing. I dont feel as if Im being sold a lot of unnecessary procedures to pad the bill and thats very important to me. Also, Ive never had a long wait time there.

I did not have a good experience and question the professionalism of this office. I went in for what I thought was a cavity but turned into a root canal. I had to go to the office multiple times, including to do new impressions when the first crown was not made correctly. This caused me to take time off work. (Multiple times!)On the day that my crown was finally inserted, I was told there was a $30 balance on my account. I assumed this was due to my insurance because I was told on a previous visit that the insurance did not cover as much as I was told it would initially.What really doesnt sit well with me is that I received a bill for $30 and when I called to inquire why, I was told it was a no-show fee. I did have to reschedule couple times due to illness. Each time, I was told to feel better, and was rescheduled. I was never told of any fee. When I spoke with the office manager, she lectured me on how I rescheduled three times and was told of the fee, even though I was not. The irony is that I received a same day call when the dentist was sick and I was more than happy to reschedule. Maybe they I should have charged them a fee for my time!The charge should have been refunded instead of me being lectured.

This is the greatest dental place I ever went to. You can schedule an appointment on the spot rather than requesting and waiting for one. The reason I went was for my bf who was having a bad toothache which was an emergency. Doctor came and his assistant and explain very clearly what was happening. They are the best and wonderful people. Once we checked out. the lady explained the billing and helped us understand. Very reasonable price and told us what to do or needed to be done. My bf and I went out of the building with a very big smile and relief. Great Place and People!

Needed quite a bit of work done and waited until i could cover my part of payment. Which was $450....Still received a bill for almost $200!!!How??!!! Why??!!! I was told my portion was 450 i paid 450 where do you all go wrong??? I will pay it. I won’t come back. Also the fillings you replaced are a problem. Can’t chew on the right side of my mouth now...

I felt very comfortable. The dentist did not introduce himself. That being said my extraction was painless. I asked to schedule a cleaning and they said I needed a deep cleaning and with insurance it was just too expensive. I asked for a cleaning and was basically told no. I have a filling and another extraction next week so we will see.

After some very uncomfortable x-rays, they did not give me a cleaning and told me I had 4 cavities that needed filled and needed a crown. I went to my old dentist in Gahanna for a second opinion and he said I had a few small ones, but said none needed filled, and gave me a fluoride prescription instead. They over- diagnose in order to get money from your insurance company. DO NOT GO HERE! The only positive is that the dentist is really hot

It was my first time going to dental works and I couldn’t be happier with the results - I had a chipped tooth, they got me in same day and put a crown on the tooth same day as well. My dental assistant couldn’t have been nicer and dr O was very knowledgeable and kind . I definitely will be going back to dentalworks for all further appointments!

Dr. Journay did an amazing job removing my wisdom teeth. The staff is great. This was my first time having any dental treatment. They kept me calm and took good care of me. No pain at all and barely any swelling.

Went in for a wisdom tooth that was broken in half and need two other wisdom teeth extracted as well. Went in and had them pulled same day as first appointment. Go back for cleaning and fillings. Best dentist I have been to so far. Compared to others they were the most affordable. The wait wasnt. Long in and out in about a hour and a half.

I needed all of my wisdom teeth removed and had been putting it off for quite some time because I was terrified. I went to dental works soley for a consultation. The assistant let me know that if I wanted to do the procedure right then and there I COULD! I have severe anxiety so this was overwhelming but the convenience and the price was something I couldnt ignore. Khristy showed me alot of care when I went into an anxiety attack before the procedure (keep in mind, the anxiety attack is because of me, not any other variable). She made sure to tell me everything she could about the procedure and told me the doctor was amazing .. WHICH HE WAS! IT TOOK LIKE 30 MINUTES FOR ALL 4 TEETH AND I FELT NOTHING! they were very patient with me and the rest of the staff was pleasant. THANK YOU !

I had a cleaning done. The hygienist was polite and upon completion, I noticed a spot that I had been trying to clean for a while is no longer there. I was pleased with the final results.

Update 9.5.19 I returned for my 6mo cleaning (didnt post previous 6mo visit). Not sure who my hygienist was but he was amazing and very thorough! He used a new tool on my teeth hydro sonic something or other that loosens plaque. He was friendly, explained things well and did an amazing job on my teeth, cleaned better than Ive ever had before and Im over 40. Restored my faith in Dentalworks. ThanksI usually have a great experience, very thorough cleaning at Dentalworks Reynoldsburg, but yesterday my hygienist barely scraped for plaque on a few teeth, rushed over the brushing, and didn’t floss all my teeth, the ones that were too tight to get between she skipped. Very disappointed. Dentist was fine.

Had a great experience at Dental Works Reynoldsburg location. No wait time, they took me right in. Although the dentist wasnt the one I had been seeing, he was professional, gentle, knowledgeable, friendly. Got the work done and I was ready to go.

I love dental works. I have been going to them for a year now. The people there are really nice.

They gave me a treatment plan with the highest costs they could charge me and when I asked about the pricing they kept insisting it was standard. The office workers encouraged me to take out a loan to cover the cost since it was $1500 more than I was expecting based on my insurance. I called my insurance company to verify the amounts and Cigna informed me they were over charging me by more than $1000 and they recommended me to another dentist since the work wasn’t completed. Well the saga continued when Cigna contacted Dentalworks directly and the office employee stated she was aware the fee schedule was outdated and that caused the higher amount. This was on August 5th. The office employee also admitted they knew there was a more standard option and they lied to me when the stated my service was already at its most standard level. Fast forward several phone calls later and entire month since, they have yet to update the incorrect fee schedule so they are still over charging current customers KNOWINGLY and they don’t have an amount to refund me because they have the wrong fee schedule despite my insurance company providing them with one.

Dr Hill is simply put wonderful. I am not an easy patient, very nervous, on the brink of tears every time. She has a way to calm you down. Very professional,compassionate.

Update on another couple visits to this office.First how do I have worse condition in my mouth after being at this office for a year???? This place is the absolute worse.Not only do I have the office manager trying to talk to me like Im an imbecile also have the office continuing to try to run my bill up to twice the amount for a treatment that we have not finished. And the teeth that they have worked on our the teeth that seems to get worse. Add on the fact that I didnt know about a cavity in January and now I need a root canal or I can just pull the tooth out. Which seems to be the norm to ask me to continue to just take teeth out my mouth like I dont want any teeth in my mouth?What I cant stand is someone telling me about billing me for the same services they have not completed. Thats the only conversation they understand. Ive been taking pain meds for a hole in my tooth for four weeks. What do I expect when they kicked me out the chair during a root canal because they had to make sure that a customer that prepays was going to them even when they knew I had a $300 credit that magically disappeared.This is the worst office Ive been to Im my life.Imnot sure what to think. The costs changes too much for me. No matter that I paid nearly 50% of the fee, I still owe 80% and no one can tell me why in four conversations.One more hike in my bill and Im at 200% charged. 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

Only cares about billing insurance company for unneeded xrays and extras. Set an appointment for cleaning and refused to do cleaning without xrays. Been a client for years and just had xrays on last visit. This is greedy isurance overbilling billing. Rude receptionist agreed we should go elsewhere if we wouldnt do xrays. So we will. Called insurance provider to discuss they were very interested in this type of business practice. Lost a many year patient over greed.

I made an appointment with this office after having not been to the dentist in 2-3 years. I had been unhappy with my last dentist due to their lack of thorough care and shabby office. It was quite the opposite experience with DentalWorks Reynoldsburg. The office was very modern, large and obviously clean. The staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. While I was there for quite a long time (2 and a half hours), this was because they were very thorough with about 18 x-rays and 15ish actual pictures of my mouth, a gum check, cleaning, inspection by the dentist and filling of two cavities. The dental assistant informed me that the x-rays and pictures would not be every time (and hopefully no cavities next time), so my next visit should be much shorter. I am happy to say that I have found my long-term dentist.

For whatever reason my dentist was changed. And the newest dentist has caused soo much pain that after 12+ years with DentalWorks, that i’m going to another practice overall. This was only after 3 visits with Dr Journay. From the lack of communication, possible lack of experience, and not fully hearing patients concerns, I’m utterly disgusted. Will not be returning.

This place is an absolute joke!!!! The younger male dentist has terrible bedside manner. He is very short and acts like he is in a hurry. He did one small small filling that I was unaware that I needed. I’ve had problems there since. I’ve had a cleaning as well it was good. Rescheduled my appointment for 6 months later. They sent reminders and I confirmed my appointment a few days prior. The day of my appointment my daughter became sick and I did not have a Sitter. In that case They said I owed a cancellation fee. Lol!! Are you serious!? I have since called another place and will be taking my business there. The lady on the phone was rude and sarcastically said “OOOK” so unprofessional. And today I received a bill from them for the cancellation fee. Lol they also PRESSURED me to have my wisdom teeth pulled ASAP! Despite nothing wrong with them, but yet was told by another dentist that they can stay as long as I keep them clean.do yourself a favor and do not go here. So unprofessional.

The wait was too long after we checked in. We waited for more than 20 Minutes. When youre 15 minutes late they have you reschedule. When its them, they dont even apologize. The dentist was not nice at all. He didnt even greet us. Very poor service

My first visit wasnt very good at all. Actually, I was disappointed after my appointment. I have issues with my jaw and cant open my mouth that much. I took xrays before in the past and it was never this uncomfortable(like this place). My past dental offices tried their best to make me comfortable. I left the appointment with aching gums because they wanted me to bite down on a piece of plastic that was way too big. I am not sure if I should go back again to see if they could help me or go elsewhere. During my first visit, I wondered if they knew what they were doing. Do they? Seemed like they didnt. The hygienist didnt seem to know what she was doing. She would go back and forth to speak to the dentist about me and I could hear them. It isnt my fault my jaw is this way(jaw pops, locks and is hard to open. And, they dont understand that....how? Did they go to school at all while studying dentistry?). You are supposed to help me, not act like I am doing things to spite you. The doctor came back and forth saying the same thing over and over. I felt embarrassed because I couldnt help it. My jaw is this way and I was trying my best to take these xrays despite the pain on my gums. It constantly went like this: the hygienist would try a few times to take the xray. Then, she walks away and talks to the dentist. The dentist comes back and tell me that I have to let them take the xrays. Then, he walks away and she tries to take the xrays again. They did this for a few times and I felt horrible. The dental place I went to in the past was in New Jersey, but they knew how to help me despite my jaw issues. They gave me a smaller piece of plastic to bite down on and treated me with respect. They didnt blame me because I had jaw issues. They didnt walk away to speak to a dentist over and over....AND, I CAN HEAR THEM. Anyways, my teeth are getting worse and worse as time goes on and I have to see a professional very soon. They saw my teeth and I know it isnt normal. Do messed up teeth like mine look normal to them? I was going there so they can fix my teeth. I might visit a different location or avoid dental works altogether. All I know, is they are not very helpful but the prices are kinda cheap.

I think his name is Dr. Chung or Chong...I am not sure because he did not introduce himself, but he literally laughed when I told him my issue, and made me feel very insecure and embarrassed. They did nothing, not even call me back like they were supposed to. They were Terrible and I wouldnt send anyone there unless I wanted them treated poorly....
