Ive been trying to get on the phone with someone for weeks now. I call and sit on hold for hours then of course decide to hang up. I went online to set up a call from them, it said I should get a call in about 3 days, and I NEVER received a call. Its easier getting santa on the phone.

Horrible service, always have me on hold longer than 30 mins. Staff is very rude to me every time I come in. They make me wake the longest when I’m there, but will assist everyone else quickly. Staff always has very horrible attitudes.

The sign is on lee dr. If you follow gps from a different direction it will take you to the back side of the building. The WIC office is in the front and only seen from Lee dr. Other than that better than going to decker.

Scheduling over the phone CAN take a while. Feel free to walk in during business hours, and the friendly staff will accommodate you. If you need to schedule for a different day, they are happy to schedule you during business hours at the front desk!

The hold time to talk to someone on the phone is ridiculous.

They immediately have the answer machine state they have a long waiting line it seems like they do not want to answer the phone i have tryed to call for 2 weeks i am not gonna wait on hold for longer than 30 minutes

Absolutely disgusting looks like the floor never gets cleaned. Ill change my sons diaper in my lap before Id even touch the changing table. Rude staff who doesnt know what their doing. I hate having to bring my son here because of how dirty it is. After two attempts of coming on my own and waiting over 3 hours my husband had to bring my son to me.

Call to set up a appointment an sat on the phone 3 hours.. Like come now I have stuff to do and to sit on the phone like is just crazy. I called last week on Monday and Thursday sat on the phone for 2 hr both days.. Can yall start doing walk ins please

Seems like all there wic offices are always closed they never answer their phone. horrible service.

If you are willing to wait around 1 hour and 30 min on the phone go ahead!!!And almost 1 hour on the office go ahead oh and also they are rude in there!!

The wait time here is ridiculus.It didnt matter if i showed up an hour before my appointment or what the visit was for I would still end up waiting an aditional 4 hours here. Everytime i came here there was but one person at the front desk and she TAKES HER TIME AT EVERYTHING !! And this does not include the wait time from their apointment line which by the way, good luck at being answered in a reasonable waiting time.
