Their management do not treat their tenants very well when there is conflict. They talk down to the students who live there and try to get the most out of their buck. When we called to have mold removed from our bathroom they painted over it. My roommate got so sick and had no idea why, later we found out she was had mold poisoning because management didn’t take care of it properly.I have a handful of other instances/circumstances where management cut corners. It was very frustrating. (Refusing to help/accusing tenets when AC wasn’t working, belongings were ruined in storage by water/mold, etc)It was a fine time to live there, but if you want people who treat you nicely and with respect I wouldn’t suggest this complex.
NorthPoint is the nicest and cleanest complex I have lived in by far. There are so many incredible amenities available and management goes above and beyond to help their residents and show their appreciation everyday. They are the best apartment management that I have had in Rexburg.
I have loved living at Northpoint. All of the management staff I have met have always been kind, helpful, transparent, and friendly. Workers in the front office are always happy to help find solutions to problems and have responded quickly and efficiently. This is my second year living here and I cannot imagine a better place to live while attending school.
I have never hated living somewhere more. Management here is awful and I hope that they see this. With the amount of money that I pay to live here, the ac should work, I shouldnt be talked poorly about by management, the windows should open, the dryers should actually dry our clothes, and management should answer their phones when we call the office. I feel like management is paying people to write good reviews for them. This place shouldnt even have 1 star. I feel like this apartment complex is ran by middle schoolers. Management has been caught talking bad about my roommates and I, and it spread all the way to the maintenance guy. They are not understanding. They waist money on pointless improvements instead of giving us a dryer that works and actual ac that goes below 70 degrees. DO NOT MOVE HERE. They are money hungry and will make your life, and bank account miserable. I hate NorthPoint. They dont listen to a word you say about anything.
I dont live here. Im looking at living here though. Ive noticed that whomever runs the account to reply back has a very bad habit of avoiding what the negative reviews are pointing out. Instead you point fingers and say you never lived here or you got married and moved out or you failed this many cleaning check it doesnt matter. Fix what needs to be fixed. Its critical feedback to make this place better than it is so you can have that income of money and happy people. Instead youre swindling unhappy people out of their money and in about 6 years youll be out of business and itll be a bad memory for them. Hope to never meet you in person. Good luck
Had an awesome time living here. The management always treated me very well. Like any place you will roll the dice with roommates but it is easy to get lucky here especially if you are being the roommate you want to be. The amenities were very easily accessible too!
North point is a top notch apartment complex, the management is wonderful and they treat us very well, also in a great location with great options of food nearby and a excellent gym 10/10 would recommend
Amazing work has been done to make this place amazing. I can’t tell you how much of a blessing it is to be here the owner is very nice and manager is quite a gentleman
Northpoint is the best! I have worked here in the Maintenance department for 6 months. I love my job, I get treated very well by Management. I have had the opportunity to meet lots of new people from all over the world and they make my job fun. I feel blessed to know them.
This place doesn’t take your requests into consideration. The management (Chantell Winegar) is very rude and they find every way to steal your money. The security of this place is terrible. Parking lot is super cramped. I’ll be lucky if you ever get to park on your floor. If you want to wake up in the middle of the night with random dudes staring at you while you sleep, definitely live here this is the place for you.
There are so many small things about these apartments that just make it kind of unliveable. The bathrooms dont have fans, the toilets are super small, you have to jump to get onto your bed for whatever reason, the dressers fall over if you open a drawer all the way, the mattresses arent long enough for a slightly tall person (Im 6 and my heels would dangle off the edge). The management is too busy replying to honest reviews, and have no time for small things like fixing our non functional vacuum cleaner or making our internet at least slightly usable. Im at Harris hall now, and Im getting the same amount of space for 2/3s as much cost, and for 4 people instead of 8. CONSIDER THIS A WARNING!! NEVER HAVE MORE THAN 4 ROOMMATES.
NorthPoint is great! Besides the amazing location, this place has EVERYTHING. The gym is great, the hot tubs are fun, and the movie theaters are just another bonus. Not to mention the fact the the apartments are big, there is so much space to accommodate all the girls that live in the apartment that I am in. I would love to give NorthPoint 5 stars because I wouldnt want to stay anywhere else but there was a huge problem with the move in process when I got here. I drove 14 hours and packed all my stuff into my car just to get here and see that our apartment had flooded on Dec 25 (I got here on Jan 2) and no one let me or my roommates know. When I was sent up to move in and given my code and everything, I walked in to a huge mess...like, everything was taken apart in the apartment due to the damage. One of my roommates even called a couple days after the flood happened making sure she could also come on Jan 2 and they told her that everything was all set, they didnt even mention what had happened. Not to mention, a manager here said that she had told one of our roommates to let us know and when I told the manager, No one told me anything, she completely blamed it on this girl who forgot to tell us. Its not the residents job to do what managers are supposed to do! So besides that extremely frustrating ordeal, this apartment is actually, truly amazing. I also really appreciate the cautions they are taking due to COVID-19. I feel at home here at NorthPoint (now that I finally have been able to move in) and would recommend NorthPoint to anyone who is going to be attending BYU-I.
Northpoint is a pretty good apartment, but there are definitely better deals in Rexburg. The management is hard to reach, and they don’t seem to care much about the tenants. The apartments are nice, but weren’t super clean or tidy when I moved in. The took out a large part of my deposit, even though I did the white glove and didn’t have any outstanding fees. Overall it’s a decent apartment, but definitely not worth the price.
Northpoint was a great place to live. I loved the management, the maintenance team was responsive, and I love the amenities. I actually met my now wife there. What a fun place to live while in college.
Awful. Dont stay there unless you want to deal with the management treating you terrible and wanting to steal all your money. You pay for the amenities and that is it. The rooms really arent that nice. Dont waste your money with NorthPoint and go find another place to live.
Northpoint is a great place to live. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and the amenities are great.
My daughter stays here. Nice and clean. Feels very safe and great location to everything. it seems that she does not have to far of a walk for any one of her classes.love the lay out and space of the apartment, cozy feel to it.She has never complained and that is really nice. That for me makes it a 5 star
Ive been with Northpoint for a bit and have been really impressed overall. Yeah, it may seem a little higher than others rent-wise, but what Ive realized about Rexburg housing is that you pay for quality. Northpoint has THE BEST amenities, with 2 gyms, a yoga room, movie rooms, and great apartments. The management is very fair and will work with you if you treat them respectfully. The only negatives Ive heard about Northpoint are from people who didnt understand their contracts, read it before you sign it!
Its an okay place to live with good amenities but certainly can improve in some small areas. Biggest Issue with everything being online is that the wifi almost never works or wont load anything. I go to other apartments nearby to use their wifi or the school instead. This is the only apartment I know with this issue.
I lived here for three years, and it was a wonderful experience. The apartments are spacious with plenty of storage room. The amenities are extensive and well-kept. Besides the fantastic living spaces, NorthPoint is the best place I ever lived based on management alone. They are easy to get in contact withand quick to respond. Julie helped me a good number of times with everything from rooming adjustments to maintenance requests. They are always actively seeking to bring things up to the highest standard and keep their tenants happy.
I lived here for almost all my semesters as a single student and I loved it. The rooms are big and the closets have a good amount of space. Management was the best around and they were always quick to fix things when a maintenance request was put in. The amenities were great and I hear that they’re now putting in hot tubs which is amazing. The theater rooms were the coolest thing but definitely a little hard to figure out how to get the movies playing. The kitchens are very spacious and have lots of cabinet space which is needed with 6-8 people in apartment. The only thing I really didn’t like was the carpet. It is thin and hard and stained but that is probably how all complexes are with people constantly moving in and out. I loved this place and all the perks it comes with. I would definitely recommend anyone to live here!
They will steal your money!!! Don’t live there and beware of the non-refundable $100 fee! They’re dishonest and they actually deserve 0 stars. Will never live there again.
I’m living here in the Fall semester and I’m so excited after I just took another tour with my family. The amenities are amazing and the new courtyard is going to be the best. They have three hot tubs and it feels like a luxury resort. The 2 gyms are crazy big and they even have 2 movie theaters! I’m so happy to be living here and the office staff was so nice to take me on multiple tours! They make me excited to make this my home away from home!
I love everything about this complex! By far the best place I’ve lived while in rexburg. So close to everything and the amenities are so good. I’ve loved all my roommates as well. I’m glad I stayed at a place a little bit more expensive than some of the other places. Definitely worth it. They have a huge multipurpose room you can rent out for parties. This is a fact commonly overlooked!!
NorthPoint has been a great place to live as the distance is close to campus and provides cheap deals with inexpensive prices. The amenities are beyond amazing as well as the in apartment washer and dryer. Only a few things need to be added to keep up with the newer places that have popped up in Rexburg, such as adding better mattresses, extra shelving in the bedrooms/bathrooms as well as an entertainment center in the living room, large whiteboards to all the study rooms, water bottle fillers to the drinking fountains and possibly better televisions for example Roku, the appliances are a little old as well, not having a garbage disposal and so on. It would be nice if they followed other examples of white glove and offered a way for students to pay a fee to allow a cleaning crew for the final clean check. Trash cans need to be more abundant in study rooms. Overall, Northpoint has been a fun, lively place to live especially with the new hot tubs, large tv and kitchenette in the courtyard. The two large gyms have been good to use. The management is extremely helpful and willing to spring on their feet to help the tenants solve any problems. The off campus storage is another great perk of living here. The covered parking is also a plus. The management is also excellent at abiding by campus policies.
NorthPoint is the best place to live in Rexburg! The rooms have a TON of storage and a washer and dryer in unit which is my favorite. The amenities are great and the management is super nice and always willing to help with any concerns. The location is also a great plus as it is right on the north side of campus. 10/10 would recommend!
NorthPoint apartment is where you NEED to live. The staff is fantastic and always there to help. They have great amenities and food court that is easily accessed. I love that they do treat Friday for over 1000 residents! They are so friendly and accommodating and I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else!
I love NorthPoint. It is such high class and the most amazing management I have ever dealt with. I never had problems living there and I enjoyed going into the office to talk to all the managers. I lived here my whole college experience and was sad to leave when I graduated. Hey
I lived here for several semesters and they were great! Management and location are the two biggest pluses. They are also making major improvements to their buildings and areas. The rooms are about as big as you are going to get around the Rexburg area, the living accommodations are great. Great amenities. Just make sure you are clean and at least slightly responsible and everything will run smoothly. Great place.
NorthPoint is by far the best apartment my daughter has lived in while in Rexburg. The bedrooms are spacious, the layout great, plus with the covered parking and interior halls it gives you a break from the snow. Shes been happy there - and Ive been happy to have her in such a safe, and well managed complex.
I really like living at North Point. The staff is friendly and quick to assist you. The people are nice and easy going. Plenty of space in the apartments with washer ad dryer in the apartment as well as two refrigerators. I love the amenities, with two theaters and fire pits on the balcony. North Point apartments is very comfortable and clean. I love the up keep of the buildings and restaurant discounts.
Really enjoy this place! The staff has been super accommodating and sweet and they remember my name which is rare. The apartments have been pretty good. Sure they could use more parking, but the amenities definitely make up for anything that’s lacking: the restaurants, the gym, mini theaters, etc. Can’t say enough about this place. I’d recommend to anyone.
Students there always act like they own the place, belittle other students, and just act rude. Not too long ago, a friend of mine got their stuff stolen that they saved for their younger siblings as gifts for school. I have heard management has been stricter to help the students there be better and less drug busts, but well see. The only redeeming factor is the restaurants on the bottom floor.
NorthPoint is a great place to have fun and to meet new people. It is very convenient because of its location (close to campus) and the restaurants within the complex. The apartments are very nice and could even be that more enjoyable with a group of friends. Also the management is great, the people who work there will help you feel appreciated. They will do there best to meet your needs. Another positive feature is the amenities within the complex, which include a great gym, movie rooms, fire pits, and billiards. If I were you, I would decide early to sign up because the contracts go fast and also there are usually specials.
It’s more expensive than its worth. The apartment appliances are new looking but the quality seems to be just alright. The amenities building is really big and has a lot to it. Very nice. Other than that very much subpar.
I have been so impressed with NorthPoint! Their customer service was top notch when I first took a tour which really left an impact on me. The amenities building is impressive too! Its been a couple months now since I first came to this place and I am so glad I chose to stay. You will not be disappointed. You get so much for your money. To have all of the perks along with a great management team, its hard to beat!
Northpoint is great!!! The amenities that are offered out shine anywhere else. The buildings are always clean and very well maintained. Maintenance requests are always responded to within 12 hrs. The management is great and have a fun atmosphere and treat the residents so well. If your looking for a fun, social and great place to live check it out.
Look no further when searching for the best of the best apartment to live at in Rexburg! Amenities are super nice, apartments are spacious and clean, super close to campus, a place parents feel safe sending their kids for a home away from home while attending school. Management went above and beyond to accommodate our challenging situation.
Ive lived at North Point for almost 2 years, and Ive loved every semester. The management has always gone above and beyond to accommodate me and my roommates. They sincerely want you to enjoy your time at North Point. The amenities building is fun, the apartments are spacious, the parking garage is nice, and the management is wonderful! I highly recommend living at North Point. Itll be your home away from home.
Loved this place! It is a great home away from home and I met so many people. Loved how close to campus it was and close to the grocery store. Both very easy walks. Loved the space and how cozy it felt. Would recommend this place to anyone!
I feel like its nothing special in all reality. its nice looking but the girls elevator is as slow as my great grandma so youll be taking the stairs every day. parking is over packed. I mostly choose this apt complex because of friends and location.
I’ve loved the management of NorthPoint! The management will always do what they can to help you with whatever problem. The amenities are fantastic and a huge plus! Overall it’s a very fun place to live and in a prime location.
I love this place! They’re very fast at responding to maintenance problems. We put in a request for our AC to be fixed and in a few hours we had AC in our entire apartment and haven’t had a problem since. This place has the best amenities and the new courtyard they’re renovating will look so good! They are putting in new flooring and painting the walls and the hallways and stairs are always clean so they care about maintenance of the property. Highly recommend it to anyone!!
Had a Great experience with the customer service at Northpoint. Their staff provide me with alot of help during the transition during the semester and moving rooms. They were abundant and super helpful, i dealt with Jadon and Maddie mainly they were polite, friendly and professional,
NorthPoint is the perfect place for your college experience! Its an awesome environment to learn in and have fun! The apartment is in the perfect location and the perfect size. They come with a TV, two refrigerators, microwave, dishwasher, washer and drier, and much more (which is super convenient). The amenities center is a great place to meet new people and relax. Management here is amazing and they really put the students first. As a first semester student, Ill definitely be staying at NorthPoint for the remainder of my time at BYU-I.
Everything was really well organized and easy to access. Apartments were in good condition. Amenities are great and location is even better. Parking garage fills up really fast and spots are small
I have lived in the North Point apartments for three semesters now and I cannot say enough amazing things about this place.1. The amenities offered here are second to none. Easily the best workout facility for any complex Ive seen. The food court is incredible, Papa Johns, Port of Subs, and Cafe Rio are amazing. Not to mention how great the movie rooms and hang out areas are upstairs2. The management is phenomenal. They have been pleasant to work with for all of my various circumstances.3. The living conditions are great, spacious enough to entertain groups and very comfortable to live in overall.4. Close to EVERYTHING. I can walk literally anywhere I want to.
NorthPoint is a beautiful apartment complex with amazing amenities! Trent and Jessica are the best apartment managers and they are very friendly. They try their hardest to help fix your problems and respond quickly. My experience here has been WONDERFUL!!! Everyone who lives here is friendly and great company. You for sure get your moneys worth staying at NorthPoint!
Where you live while at school will make or break your college experience. At Northpoint, you will overpay to live crammed in apartments of 6 or 8, with crappy furniture. They justify the price because of all the amenities they offer. To me, that wasn’t worth it but to someone that will use the gym, theater rooms, etc. regularly it may be worth it to you. They sell out of parking spots fast (85 dollars!) and if you’re like me and you don’t get one, you’ll have to pay to park someplace else. (Which for me was 7 blocks away by the temple.) I only lived here one semester and I would not do it again. I give 2 stars because anytime I filed a maintenance request they came same day or the next day, which was awesome. If you have issues management responds in a timely manner. It’s in a good location. But at the end of the day these guys are just here to make money and it’s not worth the price. I’ll also add, they give incentives for the people that live there to give good reviews on google, etc. so all these 5 star reviews may not be very sincere.
NorthPoint is my home away from home. I have been here for 6 semesters and I have never left. The management team is personable, professional, and very fun. They want you to succeed and will go to great lengths to help you in anything. I personally love the amenities. The Gym has everything that you need and it is spacious enough to spread out. The theater rooms come in handy for movie nights, and the food court is high quality. Its always nice to have Papa Johns, Cocoa bean, Port of Subs, and Cafe Rio so close by!I would highly recommend NorthPoint to anyone who wants to come here. I will never leave and the only time I would leave is when I graduate or get married.
Enjoyed my time living here. Management was good. We moved in and there were things in the cabinets and we left them when we moved out and got charged. The carpet there is awful too.
The staff at North Point is the best! They were always so willing to help with anything needed and were so friendly. Also, the amenities building is awesome! They have lots of fun game tables and sweet movie theater rooms. Definitely a fun place to be.
NorthPoint was a fantastic complex to live at. The managers there are very friendly and helpful whenever I have contacted them with questions or concerns! I had awesome roommates and a great ward there as well! The amenities center is a huge plus and being able to workout in such a nice gym is something I use a lot. The location in regards to campus and stores, etc. is perfect! Signed contracts for the next two semesters!
Northpoint management is full of the nicest most energized people! They are always there to help and they make you feel like you are family. The building itself is amazing and kept up to date and clean. There are places to study, a room full of games, and even a gym! It is by far the best place and to have it so close to campus has been a huge blessing on me as well as everyone living here.
NorthPoint is the best place to live here in rexburg! They make you feel right at home and take care of any need you have. I would totally recommend living here!
Great place, lots of amenities. In the past, they have had good deals for signing early contracts. I was here for the semester before I got married. I’ve lived in three different singles complexes, and this was my favorite of the three.
Personally I love Northpoint. I’ve never lived there but I work nearby and have friends who work/live there. I’ve always been impressed with the complex and it’s amenities. Very clean and nice looking.
Is NorthPoint a pretty place to live, yes. Is NorthPoint close to campus, yes. Well thats great, but there are much better places to live that wont be robbing you of your money! The apartments are built so cheap, and they are charging too much! What happens when something breaks due to their lack of a quality product? YOU get fined! You make a simple mistake, and you get fined! The list could go on! They are obviously making bank off of you since they can take people on helicopter rides. Long story short, I wouldnt recommend living at NorthPoint. Live somewhere better! Have questions?! Id love to share more detailed reasons why to not live there!
So impressed with NorthPoint! The management and office staff are cheerful, prompt, and helpful. The apartments and amenities building are equipped with anything a student would ever need, and more. I love that they thought of solutions to common problems in student housing like storage, space and convenience. Excellent location, top notch amenities, beautiful modern apartments, and an atmosphere that encourages students to be their best and have fun!!
I have lived here since it has opened and I have watched it grow, I really like the location and I like the nice apartments and appliances. I think that overall it is a really nice place to live at compared to some of these other places around town. The amenities center is really nice to have, I like the gym and the theatre rooms. I am happy with the helpfulness of management too. Overall my experience here has been good.
I lived here winter semester 2019. The staff proved incredibly unhelpful on multiple occasions. Dealing with them was like pulling teeth. I was charged money for my roommates messes and the heating layout in the apartments is awful. The living room would be 80 degrees, but the bedrooms would be 60! I would highly recommend finding another apartment complex to live at.
Northpoint is an absolute stunning complex! Their amenities are more than what any student could wish for. I was completely blown away after touring this property. The friendly staff was a great bonus. Northpoint is by far the best choice for student housing in Rexburg.
I have lived here for about 5 months so far and am looking forward to many more months to come! The rooms are great, the parking garage is a life saver in the winter time, and the amenities center is great. Northpoint also does a complimentary breakfast on finals week! The staff is very helpful and amazing. They also do a lot of social events so its very easy to meet a lot of cool new people. I highly recommend it!
I first moved into North Point last spring, it wasnt my first choice. But it was where my friend wanted to live. With in the first day it quickly become my number one! Now almost a year later, I cant imagine living anywhere else. I plan on staying here until I graduate. The location is perfect for being an art major, i can get to my classes almost instantly. Management is so helpful, and they care so much about us students. The amenities? Dont even get me started! It simple I love north point!
As soon as I looked at these apartments I knew I wanted to live here and I did. I have now lived at NorthPoint for two semesters and it has been wonderful. The apartments are spacious and the amenities are wonderful. There are two fridges in every apartment and and the management is always willing to work out what a person needs to feel comfortable. It is very easy to get to my classes everyday and I will probably stay here for the rest of my college years.
I have lived at NorthPoint for four semesters now and have never had a single issue. The management is so friendly and understanding with everything. I absolutely love having our own personal laundry room in the apartment and two fridges. I HIGHLY recommend living here!
North Point has some amazing managers that are so willing to take care of you and your needs. The amenities is so nice, and the gym in there is perfect for when you dont want to go on campus. It is in a great location being right next to campus!
I lived at Northpoint for one semester before I got married and it was great. It was nice living so close to campus, and the parking garage was really convenient as well. I stayed there during a winter semester and I didnt have to scrape off my car once. The apartment is very nice and modern. I definitely enjoyed the discounts that we got at Papa Johns and the other restaurants in the building. The workout facility is limited, but nonetheless, I liked working out there rather than the gym at the Hart. Management was always nice. I didnt have any issues, and I enjoyed living here.
I love living here. It is my second semester here and the environment is so upbeat. There is a nice storefront and the apartments are taken care of very well. The amenities are a great place to hang out and every Friday is treat Friday where they give out a new treat every Friday, scones, Carmel apples, grilled cheese, hot chocolate, etc. The trash gets taken out multiple times a week by student NorthPoint workers. The location of this apartment might be the best on campus! All students tend to congregate at Northpoint. Its the place to me. I HIGHLY recommend this apartment to any future students.
120$ fee if you fail your white glove check!!! That’s just robbery. Trash service is extremely unreliable. Surrounding streets are EXTREMELY loud with people revving their engines all night. Management is super nice but doesn’t make up for the white glove fee or bad workers under them. Everyone’s jumping ship, you should too
These apartments have little to no windows that open. On top of that management likes to shut off the A/C because it “froze over”. Designed very poorly and not a good way to treat paying residents. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Our apartment averages a temperature of 81 degrees day and night. Worst decision ever choosing to stay here!
I have enjoyed my stay here at NorthPoint. The amenities center is great with many activities to do. The management will take care of you, they are very understanding and easy to talk to. They really want to make sure that you have a nice stay here. If you can get a corner apartment as you get more space which makes it really nice. Being close to campus it makes it a great place to live if you dont like walking far. It is close to food and fun places to go around here in Rexburg.
North Point has been amazing. Its right across the street from campus and the resturaunts are the best, to have so close. I eat Cafe Rio everyday!! The gym is huge and with everything you need to work out. The management team goes above and beyond the expectations that I have for living in college housing. Every maintenance request that I have had, has been fixed within 24 hours.
As an attendant, I consider myself high-maintenance squared; the staff at Northpoint as been accommodating to my every need. I have lived here for the past 2 years and my experience has been nothing but positive. I 100% recommend living at Northpoint. No place could have friendlier staff and the location is perfect.
North Point was my first and only apartment complex that I lived in while going to school at BYU-I. The management is very friendly and I became good friends with all of them while I lived here. The maintenance crew never failed to show up the day I made a work order. I never felt like I didnt have everything I needed for my living! This place is my home away from home!
Management is great so are the actual apartments. So much room to store things that great quality items in The apartments
NorthPoint is already known within campus for its comfort and high quality environment, yet also with its state of cleanliness this is a great place to feel the spirit throughout the day. The staff treats you like family the moment you walk in and usually the people that live here are positively friendly. NorthPoint has an outstanding amenities building which includes 2 theater rooms, a huge workout room (no need to walk all the way up to the hart building), a game room (includes ping pong, pool, air hockey, and foosball), outdoor fire pits, study rooms, and an easy access passage way to the lunch room where they have various fast-food options. Excellent place to live!
I’ve had a girlfriend, sister and several friends live here that have told me about their experiences with north point management. It looks like a nice place and is always adding new fun bells and whistles. That being said, the management needs a serious update. I read through a bunch of the responses to reviews and the amount of attitude is incredible. The “We have over 1,000 residents here at NorthPoint.” Excuse tends to be the go to. If you can’t handle that many clients it might be time to hire more staff or find someone that can handle the load. These residents aren’t “kids” they are adults paying for a service and should be treated as clients rather than another problem to deal with.Anywho much love,Dee
Ive only lived here for one semester now, but I plan to live here for a while! This place is great. It has great management that are always super friendly and helpful! I recommend this place to everyone that asks me about it! You cant find a better place to live if youre looking for great location, apartment quality, management and amenities! When I first looked into NorthPoint, it seemed nice, but I didnt come to love it until I started living here!If youre thinking about coming here, then I recommend giving a shot and seeing how much you enjoy it! Just tell them I sent you!
Ive been living at Northpoint for 3 semesters now, the management is amazing, been friends with them since day 1. They always say hi and they make sure you are comfortable all the time. I am at this university to feel the spirit, and the #1 place that that starts is in your apartment and the management will do everything possible to make sure you are getting the best experience. It is a comfortable environment and they keep it so clean. There are so many people that work at northpoint that help make your life as a resident easier. They spoil you with someone who comes to take out your trash weekly, they have clean checks so that the spirit abides in your apt. LOVE IT
Jessica and Trent are amazing managers! If we ever need anything we have complete access to it! The apartments exceeded my expectations big time! I love it here! I have met so many new people and living here is definitely something I will not regret!
This is my second semester living here and I have absolutely loved it. Having two fridges, a washer and dryer, tons of storage space, and three vanities are just the beginning. Everyone that lives here is so nice, and everyone is accommodating. If there was ever any problems, the staff was always ready to help.
Have you ever talked to a salesman? This complex is infested with that sort of approach to management. There are so many flares and fancies dangled in your face, it fools even the wisest. This semester they are offering helicopter rides to those who sign a contract. Sounds great! However zero advanced warning was given to tenants, so we get to enjoy the beautiful sound of a helicopter landing every five minutes outside our windows.Dont expect anything fancy. The building has very poor construction. A pipe burst on the fifth floor and flooded the apartments below it TWICE. Fire alarms go off randomly in the middle of the night. At least theyre keeping you on your toes, right?
NorthPoint Apartment complex is amazing! Its right across the street from campus, down the street from the grocery store and they have a great management team! The managers are always on top of things and always help out when there is any kind of issue. Also, there is Papa Johns, Cocoa Bean, Port of Subs and Cafe Rio located in the restaurant down stairs. One of the best places in Rexburg!
I had a single room for so long, so five starts may not count. Still clean and nice apartments. Be careful who you end up with in your room.
The managers are nice and accomadating and make sure we’re confortable. The apartments are spacious and nice as well. They also have a very nice and convenient gym and fun amenities building. I just wish there were more social gatherings so we could get to know everyone a little better.
Northpoint has amazing management and so many amenities!
Perfect location, great amenities, modern style, and fun people! The building is just starting to get a little run down: no pillows where there used to be, frumpy couches, etc. But the positives definitely outweigh the negatives.
I absolutely love Northpoint! They have the BEST management that is super personable and they really care about their residents! The office is always more than happy to help and answer any questions you may have. I have been here long enough, that I have come to know most of the employees on a persona level. I have sat down with the head manager and just talked about life for 30-45 minutes. The apartments themselves are super nice. If anything breaks you can place a work order and they have it fixed within 24 hours (unless they need to order a part). They have the best amenities bar far as well. Amazing gym, lounge area with games (pool table, air hockey, ping pong, etc.), movie theater room, and so much more. They even have treat Friday every Friday, just because they want to treat their residents. It is an amazing and loving environment. I could not say enough good things about Northpoint! Highly recommend living here 10/10!!
Northpoint is excellent at handling whatever small issues come up. There are always a lot of fun events being planned. The apartment is great, it honestly doesnt feel like I have 7 roommates which is good. One con is that the living room couch is a little small considering there are 8 or 6 in an apartment.Plain and simple, good luck finding something this great for this amount.
Clean, bright and fun! The complex has great amenities and fun activities. Movie rooms, study rooms and lounges, piano rooms, a gym and a huge gathering space with a kitchen and outdoor cooking options - study and play here!
Take a tour and see for yourself what NorthPoint is about. Obviously theres a reason this complex fills up fast even with 1,024 beds. And when it comes to the price, you get what you pay for! Theres definitely cheaper housing in Rexburg but NOWHERE else comes close to the amenities offered here. Plus NorthPoint is across the street from campus. But like I said, come see for yourself.
This place is cool! Close to campus, management are so chill and accommodating! I love the free stuff they give away! Who isnt fascinated by a helicopter swirling over head. Check this place out! Its raw! Its mint! Its wizard! Its (insert your hipster adjective here)! Unfortunately i am getting married so i wont be able to live here again!!
North Point is an awesome place to live if you can afford the coin to kick it there. The extra dollar for the main level suites (especially the corner ones) is for sure worth it. Id recommend living here for sure. The price is definitely higher than other places in Rexburg, but the proximity to campus is hard to beat.
I loved living at Northpoint! The staff is so friendly and helpful. The apartments are so nice and very up to date. There is tons of storage space, and the parking is awesome. Loved it here!
I dont know how you can beat these amenities in Rexburg. Beautiful facility that is managed by the type of people I will trust to host my children in a few years when they begin leaving the nest. Highly recommended.
The best place to live in Rexburg! Really fun and cool people live here. There is an awesome gym and clubhouse and deals on the food in the amenities building. The management is THE BEST! They are super fun and nice and are willing to help however they can! They plan the BEST events and always have nice people working there. They make sure all our needs are taken care of. LIVE HERE if you can! Best place to live in Rexburg!
Its pretty great. The ability to have a gym with the same equipment as the hart gym is awesome. the living areas have a great kitchen with two fridges and a nice small and cosy living room. multiple bathrooms. Having the restaurants right next door is very convenient. also, having the i center and hart building directly across the street and straight down the sidewalk is very beneficial. If you want close to campus and close to kiwi loco, deseret book etc. its a great place to stay.
I am so impressed with NorthPoint apartments. It is not only in the best location, but has a huge weight room, theater rooms, and lots of places to eat, right in the amenities building. Everyone in the office is super nice and I never feel like Im bugging them when I have questions. Lets not forget TREAT FRIDAY! Whats not to like about free food!
Really nice apartments. The amenities building is really nice and is really good for hanging out with groups. Lots of study areas everywhere. Nicer than a lot of other byui approved housing
