I have been living here at Alta View apartments for two semesters and I love the environment that is felt here. The managers are amazing. They keep the place nice and under good conditions.One thing that is a downer is that its pretty cramped with not a lot of kitchen space. But besides all of that you pay for what you get.I especially love the ward members in this area. I would recommend these apartments to someone who doesnt mind living in a small apartment and who wants to live cheap.

Worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. The on-site management is really nice, but Connection Property Management does nothing to help. The apartment was dirty when we moved in, and the TV didn’t work. We requested maintenance for the TV right when we moved in, and it’s been over a month and the on-site management hasn’t heard ANYTHING from Connection. There was also a mix up in reservations. My friend and I were originally promised a two-person room, but when we moved in we were given a three person with A BUNKBED. It was obvious that the bunk bed was an afterthought to try to gain more revenue, because there are only four desks in the apartment. Super small and tight, not a great place.
