I LOVED living here!! The ward, roommates, and management were fantastic! The mangers are seriously some of the nicest people you will ever meet. It was a little bit expensive for me but the price makes sense with only four people living there. I lived in the non renovated so the couches were pretty old and kinda gross. Thats pretty much the only complaint I would have.

BEWARE!! If you are a visitor, they only have ONE spot, so of course it will always be full. My husband and I didnt see the tiny sign that says permit parking only and we got booted in less than 30 minutes and had to pay 70 Dollars!! If you want to help someone move in or think you will be there for a short time, they will boot your vehicle in less than 30 minutes. I had a way better experience at the Pines! Go there not here.

Love these town houses! Two floors. Top floor is two bedroom, four girls. 1 bathroom. The downstairs is the kitchen and living Room and its spacious. The managers are awesome and great company.

I loved living here! The 2 floor set up made it nice and quiet in the bedrooms. Also the girls that live here tend to be down to earth and fun! And free washer and dryer helps students a ton!

I havent lived at SnowView, but Ive worked with their management. They are very professional and care a great deal about their tenants wellbeing. Seems like a great place to live.
