The management is terrible. They are extremely anti-confrontation. Every time I wanted to talk to them about an issue in person or over the phone they refused and said I had to email them. They only responded to my emails 50% of the time. I was forced to switch apartments for summer just because and now I have to move AGAIN for fall. I have only lived here for one semester and have been in four different wards because management does not know how to do rooming assignments.You do not get what you pay for. I was forced to move into a messy apartment and was not allowed to unpack my stuff until the cleaners came which took over a week. The cleaners did a terrible job, and left residue all over my bathroom so I had to re-clean it. Every time I open the freezer a bunch of ice falls out because it did not get defrosted.

Loved living here! Staff was the best- they did giveaways, food trucks, and fun events! Didnt know my roommates before but they were the best! My only complaint is that the apartment doesnt have a lot of storage.

Trash management. They scam 1st year students with booting their cars. The management tells students to park “anywhere” and won’t do anything about this. The manager says she won’t do anything. She said, “ (student name) should have known.” Well she was told to park anywhere. When we were on the phone with the booting company the employee named Morgan, said that this is a super common issue with the first year students. Obviously The apartment and booting company are increasing revenue by ticking students into parking in the incorrect areas. No one gave the student a form of where to park, or any information. DO NOT LIVE HERE. THEY DONT LISTEN. THEY ROLD US TO EMAIL THEM. THEY SAID, “This conversation is over.” And ended the conversation. RIDiCULOUS! I AM SO DISSAPOINTED! They aren’t criminals! The student is a good person! So kind! GIVE A WARNING FOR HEAVENS SAKES! GEEZ!

Super awesome place! Really modern and fancy looking. The apartments are a little echo-y but other than that it’s sweet. The fire pits are the coolest things and there are tons of places to sit and study so you’re not just stuck in your apartment.

The Lodge has been the best place to live in Rexburg! I’ve had nothing but positive experiences. They are very accommodating and make their residents feel right at home. They always have new ideas on how to make their residents feel appreciated and I would recommend The Lodge to anyone who is looking for a fun, social place to live!

Great place to live, management is super nice and helpful. I just wish there was a hot tub or pool or something and then this place would be perfect! Luckily we have access to the coves hot tub though!Only complaint i would really have is about the carpet. It’s pretty dirty.

This is my first semester staying at The Lodge and I seriously love it already. I have chill roommates and it’s fun because the age of the residents here is pretty diverse, which is something that I personally have been looking for. The main living area is nice and spacious. We are blessed with amazing amenities like the gyms that are in the buildings, nice study areas, fire pits, and more. I have to admit that one of my personal favorite things is that we have a parking garage, so my car warms up pretty quick, and I don’t have to spend tons of time picking off all of the ice every morning. The management here has also been amazing. They are always so nice and willing to help everyone out. They really do love their residents and it shows. They do fun giveaways and they have a pretty epic project that will be coming to the office soon which is so exciting. I could really go on and on about this place because it is so awesome! You should really choose to stay here for your next semester!!

Jake, Garrett, and Carson totally killed it and brought over a never washer and dryer when ours broke! They were super nice and did it in a very speedy and timely manner plus they are super friendly! Love this complex and all their employees!

This is definitely one of the best complexes here in Rexburg. Met great people, great atmosphere, and they have fun events time to time either with food or with gift cards. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This is my 6th(?) semester living at the lodge and I love it here! It definitely isnt perfect but overall I really really like it here! The apartments are nice and management is amazing!

The lodge really does feel like home away from home, if there’s ever an issue in the apartment they come fix it pretty fast and always make sure to have something to give back to the residents, like resident appreciation week. They also added Sips craft soda in the main office which definitely made everything even better

I lived here for a semester and loved it! There was some fun activities at the end of the semester and my roommates were the best:) Parking was super nice and its still really close to campus.

I’ve lived at 2 other apartment complexes and The Lodge is by far the best. I live in the 4x4 standard townhome and my favorite aspect is that there is a bathroom in each room. I don’t know any other housing that has that. The clubhouse is great too. It has a lot of open space for activities and some areas to study as well. They will be including a new soda shop inside the office pretty soon and that will be great!

This is a great place. Its not too far, but not too close, so you dont get all the noise and activity at somewhere like the cedars. The apartments are nice and its really nice of management to have activities where you can get free stuff. Other places Ive lived at charge maybe $100 or $200 less but they are of way less quality and dont do much for you.

If you are looking for a place to live this is the one! The beds are amazing and the management is really good!! My ward is super good and the gym has everything you can imagine!! 10/10

Overall it’s a great place to stay. The parking garage gets tight at times but if you’re a careful driver it’s not the end of the world. The office is always quick to get back with you when you contact them and they are clear when resolving issues. They always have fun activities planned and the amenities are really nice. It’s a relief having washer and dryer in the apartment. The study rooms come in handy a lot but they do fill up pretty fast if you don’t know when to get there. The beds are really comfortable and it’s a great place to live 👍🏻

I love this housing! I was really nervous since this was my first semester in Rexburg but everyone has been so nice! I love that the gyms and common areas are still open to so there are lots of ways to meet new people. The apartment rooms are really nice and big too. Definitely love the Lodge!!

I have loved my time here at the Lodge!!! I have stayed here for two semesters and I would stay for another if I wasn’t leaving on a mission. I love the floor plans! I also love being able to go to the gym and lift weights without even leaving the complex.

I liked the people and the managers are nice enough, but our ac has barely worked three days in a row all summer without it breaking, hitting 90 in our apartment, 8 degrees below where we set it, or FLOODING. It’s been nice besides the basic maintenance neglect. We’ve put in over 10 requests for this, multiple emergency maintenance calls, for it to be nearly end of summer and still no working ac. A lot of their positive reviews are bribed for free stuff, lots of free goodies, not worth the trouble.

I HIGHLY recommend The Lodge apartments. You could not ask for a better staff. Carley, the property manager, is so friendly and kind. She feels like the big sister that is watching out for you while you are at college. Trevor always puts a smile on my face, and Kelsey is always on top of everything and knows just how to answer my questions! Aubrey greets me with a friendly face every time I come into the office. All maintenance staff is prompt and kind!I love their courtyard to hangout- especially in the Spring and early Fall! They put on SOOO many fun events for their residents! (They bring FOOD TRUCKS sometimes!! I have never seen an apartment complex do that!)They are not the newest apartments in Rexburg, but I notice they work very hard to keep their building updated and clean! They also feel very homey and warm as opposed to some of the more industrial feeling buildings. I really love how they have many different layouts to choose from. Very unique and would be fun to try out the two story apartments!This is a great option for housing in Rexburg! :)

I would give the place 5 stars but for 2 semesters in a row there have been serious issues with the wifi. Considering all(almost all) classes are online good internet should be the highest priority for student housing and despite many complaints and the several times weve been told its being worked on. We are still having a lot of problems. There is also no option for LAN connection in any of the apartments. Besides that the place is a great medium between comfort and cost,

I work with BYU-Idaho international students and I have been absolutely blown away by this apartment complex. The complex is located across from BYU-I campus, it is beautiful, modern, spacious, with the most wonderful team of office staff who work so well with their tenants and make them feel welcome and at home! Every apartment looks like a picture of a magazine! Granite countertops, leather couches, flat screens, stainless steel appliances, 2 big fridges in the kitchen, plenty of parking and the most amazing common areas with kitchens, TVs, fire pits outside and so much more. I have visited many student apartments in Rexburg and other college towns and the Lodge is BY FAR the best choice in the area. I give it 5 stars, although in my opinion it deserves 10!!!

Jake and Garrett just came by and replaced our washer and dryer for us! They even cleaned the floor behind them! Thanks for the great maintenance!

I love The Lodge. It truly feels like home. The management responds quickly to concerns. Whether you reach out to them in person or email, its just equally effective. I love the space in the rooms and on the entire complex. I highly recommend living here.

The Lodge has been great so far. I have loved here for a few semesters and have enjoyed my time here. The Lodge use to be owned by a different company, and before that the place had a bad reputation, but since then it has been a great place to live. I just moved back to the Lodge after living at Northpoint. I wish there was more storage in the apartments, but overall a great place. I give it a 4 star because recently have had problems with cleanliness during moving in period, but other than that, great management.

I’ve visited the lodge quite a bit of times and loved it so much that I decided to move here. No regrets about switching complex’s. When I moved here, it was very clean and well kept. The staff have helpful and kind. I definitely recommend coming here.

The price is definitely mirrored in the quality of my stay here. I have been to other apartments and enjoy the atmosphere here.

This is my 4th semester at the Lodge and its been great! They are always pretty quick to respond to any maintenance problems (longest they took to respond was a week) The Wi-Fi is pretty decent most of the time. The rooms have plenty of storage and space including the kitchen and bathrooms. Id say the biggest thing that could be a hit or miss staying here is your roommates :) They also have lots of fun free/cheap activities and food!

Great place with awesome accommodations! If you like a busy social life, this is the place for you! I needed to move in a week early and they were more than willing to make accommodations. One more note, if you drive a pickup, definitely get the T-Parking pass.

This is my second time living at the lodge, and the management is so sweet! They do a lot for us and reply quickly to emails. I also love that the bathrooms are in our rooms, and that there are a lot of places we can hang with friends.

Great place, I was in the fourth floor in a 4 people apartment, had a great ward, and management is great. The down side is the little storage space in the apartment, there where many struggles with the internet and the storage provided between semester is not well secure since the doors to the room are open and anyone can walk in and take things.

Ive only lived here for less than a week, but Ive been very impressed so far. The apartments are really nice, the management seems to be professional, and theres a parking garage which is gonna be so nice once it starts snowing.

A Good 2 Semesters - and a temporary relocation to the Quality Inn!(2016-2017)I came into Mountain Lofts (now The Lodge), right after a viral video pointed out a few legitimate, and many exaggerated maintenance issues. Let me say, Management was attentive. They went above and beyond. I did not see anything amiss. If they so much as heard whisperings of anything wrong, they were on it FAST.Units were gorgeous. Still the nicest looking place I have ever lived. I used the grill outside. Courtyards are nice. Ask about discounts for multi-semester and group rates. Discounts made this almost competitive with budget housing.The ward was not my favorite, but this was back in the mountain lofts=great and spacious building days. This used to be a tool shed. My future wife almost didnt give me the time of day, because of the negative stigma of mountain lofts bros.I understand that the culture has significantly improved with efforts to truly remake the complex. From what I have heard, The Lodge is not Mountain Lofts. Kudos!With all that said, disaster struck the Mens 2,000 building. After a few -20° nights, and a widespread power outage in rexburg, pipes in the ceiling of the top floor froze and burst. This let water seep through all floors below. Others were affected more. Our unit only had a little water on one end of the kitchen.All affected units, over the course of the semester, were repaired. We were only put up in the Quality Inn for a few weeks for new floors, but some students lived in the hotel for the whole semester. A shuttle was provided, though most ML people have cars. Unused units in the girls building were provided for storage/study areas.It was a mess, but I think they did the best they could.

I have lived here for over half of my college experience, and I have loved it! Management is awesome and I always have the best roommates! They also have covered parking!

Everyone in the office is super nice! This is second semester here and every time I move in it is dirty in the apartment and there are things to fix. If I let management know they will set up someone to come and fix it.

Overall, the lodge is a pretty social place, and I like having to share my bathroom with only one person. BUTTT! You will struggle with their INTERNET. I know all approved housing share the same internet “optix” but at the lodge it’s just terrible. They will ask you to call optix and that’s about it, this has been a problem for such a long time, and it happens pretty frequently.

Love the new management and owners!! Needs small adjustments, like double checking AC and cleaning. Great space.

I love living here! The only reason I haven’t given it all 5 stars is because sometimes maintenance can be a little slow with checking in on little jobs that we need done in the apartment. Other than that, staff is super friendly (you’ll get to know them on a first name basis for sure and they’ll know you the same way!), free sodas and candy at the office from time to time, themed days when we get together in the office for root beer floats or tacos etc!!! These are my favourite because it feel like a little home away from home. Also, the apartments are beautiful. Rooms spacious, excellent distance from campus (10-15 min walk and it’s close to classes if you’re always in the MC, Benson or Taylor).Get at their Spring special!!! You’ll love living here ;)

I live in an 8 person oversized town home. It’s super nice because not everyone is on the same level, so it doesn’t feel crowded at all. This is a really nice place for the price. You don’t have a ton of kitchen storage and there is little to no storage upstairs so I recommend buying portable shelving of some sort for upstairs. The bathroom space is comfortable. The management team does a fantastic job at keeping the complex clean and providing food and fun activities. They have a piano in the clubhouse and in the girls side and I can always feel the spirit in this complex. The tenants are also really friendly and it’s easy to spark up conversation if you’re looking for it. I really like it here, I wouldn’t live anywhere else.

The Lodge is the second apartment complex I’ve lived in (I moved from the first one looking for a newer/nicer place with more amenities), and I have no intention of going anywhere else! Management is super nice and do fun things for us residents, online portal is really convenient and easy to use (make payments, send maintenance requests- which are attended to SO fast, etc.), apartments are updated, I LOVE the workout spaces/gyms, and from here to the complete other side of campus is a 15-20 minute walk, which I’m fine with. On top of that, rent is a great price and they offer great discounts!

It’s a really great apartment, very nice lay outs. However there are lots of issues with the men’s apartments I’ve been in. I haven’t had a level stovetop in either of my two apartments. And their clean checks/white gloves are a joke. My entire apartment payed to have the apartment cleaned and they didn’t do anything. They do anything they can to charge you. The clean checks, they just walk in check the paper and walk out. The hallways in the men’s apartment are also pretty gross looking, really old carpet and paint. They just don’t update anything. Other than a issue with cleanliness. Great apartments.

I lived in the lodge for 2 years. Great management, comfortable place, and one of the most diverse place you can find.

This has been the best place I have ever lived, by far!! I’ve lived here for 5 semesters and have loved every second of it! The beds are amazing, the amenities can’t be beat, and the management team is on top of it! I’ve gotten to know some amazing people and made life long friends because of living here. If you are looking for student housing, this place should be your future home. I have yet to find another apartment complex that is more accommodating and more welcoming at such an amazing price than The Lodge.

The Lodge is a great place to live! The apartments are updated and modern— bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, everything! The whole complex is indoors, including the parking garage, which is really nice during winter weather. Plus, there are so many extra amenities offered: lounges, study rooms, gyms, movie room, outdoor area with fireplace, pool table, etc. Oh, and if you are ever in need of maintenance assistance the process is always super easy and quick. The only possible downsides: small tv, not very comfortable couches, distance from campus. Overall, LOVE it here! I would recommend it to anyone.

I love it here! Super comfy beds and all the people here are awesome! The Lodge is also offered at a great price so it’s not as expensive as most others here on campus. The rooms are big and super nice and clean. I’ve been to a few of the other upper end complexes here in Rexburg and haven’t seen one better than the Lodge and for a better price! The main building and amenities are great as well! I love the weight room! Overall great place to live and it’s not a super far walk from campus either!
