You could probably get them to wash your hair really well. I wouldnt recommend if you have something beyond that or a trim

My husband went for haircut, scheduled at 1PM reached there 10 min early. The service did not even start until 1:20. And after the haircut, the stylist did not even wash his hair, stating that there are people waiting and she does not have time.Hair cut was awful too. They keep on pestering for tip. Overall worst experience, will never go there.

The ladies who work here are always so kind to my daughter. This is where she gets her regular trims. They do a good job trimming her hair and making her feel comfortable. We usually just walk in, and wait for an appointment. Saturdays seem a little busier than weekdays.

Walked in and the place was empty except for staff, and told I wouldnt be able to be seated for a haircut.I asked why? as they were clearly not busy. I was told that we dont want your business.Wow. That suits me just fine.

Annie is a gift from the hair gods, she is this HairMasters’ best kept secret. Every time I come in and get my hair cut she blows it out of the water. Plus, she always remembers my name and things about me, which is always a plus! If she ever leaves I’m going to be very sad.

Excellent hair cut. Ive been going here since I was a young kid and I couldnt recommend this place more. As of recently Ive gotten my hair touched up every 5-6 weeks and theyve done a fantastic job every time. Theyll even give suggestions and help you find the best cut/product for you. I couldnt be happier with the service.

This is the worst salon of all in Renton. Rachel did my hair and it turned orange. So I recommend not going here. I then spoke to management and said sorry about this, we can fix it. I asked her if she was going to charge me. I was like really, you turned my hair orange. Do not go here or let Rachel touch your hair. If I could give 0 stars I would. Spoke to corporate and they said they will take care of it. What happen to customers are always right. Poor Salon and Management.

Annie is the best! I can sit in the chair and not say a word and shell know exactly what will look good for me!!! She never rushes on me and always treats me like shes trying to earn my business, even though its been years that shes been cutting my hair. Highly recommended!

Careful not to be late. They will leave and not call to see if youre there or coming. I was a mere 10 minutes late and not a call or anything and I wasted my trip there. Heavens forbid traffic holds you up. My first visit visit I was 5 minutes early and had to wait 20 minutes so what is the deal with no courtesy call.

You get what you pay for, almost. If your stylist smiles easily and has their correct licenses then it should be okay. If her license is lost or getting put in a frame... or if she looks unhappy to see you, just leave.

Annie was my hair stylist. I called her at 1 p.m. on a Saturday with no appointment and asked very general questions about their menu. She answered all of my questions and told me to come on in. I was there within 10 minutes, and within two minutes I was sitting in a chair ready to go. She cut my hair exactly how I wanted, was very gentle and kind, and also very fast. I was in and out in 15 minutes you. That means a lot because I did this on a whim right before work and I was still able to get there on time. She also saved me from being annoyed with my hair and shaving my own head. This place is a little hole-in-the-wall, but they do a great job! They also do mens hair too. Go see Annie!

Ive been going to Donna for about six months now, and she is not at all intimidated by my baby fine, thin, hair! She does a great job of cutting it, and even spends extra time shaping my hair to fit the length and style of the hairpiece that I wear due to hair loss from P.T.S.D. She is always cheerful and patient, and I look forward to my visits every few weeks.

Go here pretty often. Girlfriend tried getting a haircut today, they didnt have any openings until 4:30. No biggie, we were busy so we said it was okay and went to do some shopping instead. As we leave Fred Meyer, the same lady who we saw in Hairmasters passive aggressively said to us as we were walking out at 4:00, Coulda put your name down, its about that time now. No, it isnt about that time. You also have no idea whats going on in our lives. Mind your business. Wont be returning anymore snarky lady.

This salon has worst staff, i went to have my haircut and i explained how to cut my hair amd they were not able to understand simple long layers. And when they actually figured out what i want they didnt have any one available to cut my hair even though i made an appoinment. Worst service!!

Not real friendly with the person I spoke to. They also didnt have any books or magazines for examples of hair. She told me to come back later and made me pretty uncomfortable so I left right away after asking a few standard questions. Also didnt speak English very well.
