I am very upset with the service that my mother and I received. When we told them we had gel toes they seemed a little irritated with the fact that they had to take it off. Which is weird since they were pushing us to get gels again.. They also charged us an extra $5.00 each at the end of the pedicure without letting us know AT ALL that we would have to pay extra for it to be removed..We did not get any toe nail polish, we just wanted the gel off and to get a normal pedicure. My toe nails were left rough, they are catching on my socks which shows they did not spend any time on filing them. The top of my toes still have gel on them, and look horrible.When he was working on my pedicure he asked if I wanted to get a manicure as well. Which I did not need one because I get my finger nails done with someone else and had just had a fill.He proceeded to take my hand and LAUGH at my finger nails.. I have been to multiple salons and I have never had someone laugh at my nails. My nail lady is the best I have seen in Reno, and I think they look great.You cannot laugh at someones nails because you want someone to buy. Made me incredibly upset because that is JUST RUDE.I will never be returning and I will also never recommend someone to go there.Granted, I did go to Walmart for my nails but we were shopping and just decided to go in.I also feel like since they charged me full price they could have at least made my nails smooth and not rough. I could have done this half ass job myself. I ended up needing to fix them anyway. I cannot believe I had to pay $40.00 for that. I should not have to fix my pedicure after spending the money to get them done.. It was simple.Very disappointed, and a little pissed off.

I love THIS Walmart Regal Nails. I normally go to Quang for my acrylic nails. He takes his time and is always getting better at doing nails every time I go back to him. Phoebe does my moms nails and she loves her! All the workers are sweet and are good at what they do. Pedicures are great and once you keep coming back, they remember you and conversate with you.

You have to request the owners. Married couple they do the best job.

I came in for a Gel manicure and Pedicure. Tammy did an excellent job. She was very careful not to hurt me and when I asked for her to touch up a nail, she was very understanding about it. Very sweet technician, good service and I loved my mani/pedi.

Called to ask if they could take a walk in this evening for a pedicure with no polish (an hour before closing) and the woman who answered the woman who answered the phone was rude and impolite. She asked what service I was looking for then told me they were closing soon and had no availability then hung up.Sounds to me like laziness and like she could use a lesson in customer service! I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I choose to try this salon because of the great reviews and it was also convenient since I use this Walmart occasionally. I received a Gel manicure and Pedicure. The lady who did my service was really friendly so I thought it was going to turn out great and I had high hopes from all the good reviews...little did I know...There was a sign in clear view that mention that you could receive a discounted price on your service or free manicure for reviewing them on google and yelp. I think this is a great idea for marketing your business (it brought me in) but the downfall is the reviews can be biased. Since they must be shown the review, I feel people can be overly nice and not entirely honest. I rather honest reviews.My nail technician was nice like I mentioned before, but when it comes to my nails Id rather to have better treatment. I thrive on my mini massages when I am getting a mani and pedi and she completely skipped that part. My mani is typically last 2 weeks and after 4 days it looks like I need to get another one!To put the cherry on top of this experience, while I got my pedi/mani which should be relaxing... there was a baby in the stroller yelling and crying while her mother was receiving her mani. I wont be going back. It was one of the worst nail services Ive ever had.
