California Live Scan is very professional and friendly. I have been using them for years and have never had to wait more than 10 minutes. They don’t take appointments but are very quick and efficient. When getting your Live Scan done you have to trust that your personal information is safe. This company is all about making sure your personal information remains yours.The office is clean and inviting with beautiful pictures all around. Parking is free in the back of the building.

The price was not as listed on the link from DRE.gov; I was not given any additional information about the additional fees; after requesting a copy of the write-up. I was denied my right to see my information as outlined by the CCPA. The staff was very unprofessional, and would not answer any of my questions. THIS IS A PRIVATE COMPANY THAT DOES NOT OPERATE UNDER STATE AUTHORITY.

I have been here 3 times now and there is a reason why I have been back each time. The two guys that Ive met working there are always very professional, helpful, and nice. Terrible. The lady at the front desk had no idea how to help me. I sat here for 20 minutes while she talked on the phone with tech help and ignored me completely.I do not trust someone who doesn’t know how to work a computer.Terrible customer service. The easiest fastest and nicest livescan I’ve ever done. These guys are quick and super nice. Will be back for future livescan needs. Heads up for the guys who need a DMV hazmat tsa type livescan these guys do not do that as they turned one guy away to a place that does do that.

I 1st went to a mail box service and I paid to have a LIve Scan done of my fingerprints and sent electronically to the Department of Justice. 30 days later I went back and told them that the DOJ website does not show that they received my fingerprints. I went back to the mail box service and asked for it to be redone or received a refund. They declined. I then went to California Live Scan in Huntington Beach and paid a 2nd time to have them redone. They showed up on the DOJ site as in progress the next day. I am very happy with the service Rob Ryan provides
