Im so very pleased with Julia at Ziggy Holly.First, she treats me as though my time is just as important as hers.She really listens to me when I tell her what I want. Julia doesnt mind that I have special requests and she even has me come back after Ive styled my own hair if Im having any problems.The salon is gorgeous.Mario made me feel like I was at a spa!My whole experience at Ziggy Holly was amazing!

Julia is number one when it comes to personality and integrity, turns out she’s also an excellent stylist! I was scared when I made my appointment to cut the hair I had been growing for 4 years, but when I walked into the chic welcoming Ziggy Holly Salon, my fears were laid to rest. The owner, Julia Froslie, is the best hair stylist Ive had. I come to her for several years already, and I think Reno is lucky to have her. She is an artist in every sense of this word. I think she is the best when it comes to hair coloring, but I also like her for the hair cuts and appreciate the advices she gives with styling. Julia is also very honest. She does what is good for her clients, not what would be good for her finances. She truly is the gem of this business.

Ziggy Holly is a clean, safe, (even in today’s climate), hip, upbeat, and a positive atmosphere. They offer their own make up line, full service hair and nails. A one stop shop with great results. What more could you ask for?!

I really love Julia the owner of ZH salon. Ive gone to her on and off for years for my hair cuts and color, she does great work. She is a color expert. What I LOVE LOVE LOVE about Julias talent is her hair styling and makeup services. I am a model and shes transformed me numerous times into drop dead gorgeous looks. She is better than the work Ive had done even in Hollywood. She is personable, professional and does a thorough, perfect job. Julia is so good at contouring my face/neck/chest, I look 10Lbs thinner when she is done. She LISTENS to what I want. Or what my rep/manager needs. I dont mind sitting in her chair for a few hours for a job well done. Literally perfect hair and makeup that not only looks great, but lasts. I have Julia booked for my wedding hair makeup early next year, I simply would not trust anyone else..

Absolutely gorgeous, relaxing, and clean environment that feels like home. Staff is super friendly and listens to your requests. Shelly did my hair and makeup for a special night out and I have never felt so confident. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a little pick me up to a complete makeover.

Austin has lost a hair magician to Ziggy Holly. I wish every 4 weeks or so that Shelly was still here because without her no one will believe my blonde is natural. Finding someone with amazing color skills is hard enough. Mix that with a hair stylist who is unfailingly & sarcastically upbeat when you want to talk or fine leaving you alone when you’re not? I visited Ziggy Holly Salon today for the first time and received thee best experience!! I enjoyed every aspect of my appointment, from the sparkling clean salon, expert staff (Miya Martinez), and my end result which was truly beyond my inspo pic!! I felt completely relaxed and enjoyed the expert care! I am so glad I was able to find this salon and Miya Martinez, I cannot recommend her enough for an overall great experience and end result!!

Today was my first visit to Ziggy Holly! The pictures don’t do it justice. It has a unique, adorable style. It seems as though a lot of thought has gone into the set up! The big open windows, which creates tons of lightening, make it feel fresh & open. What a cute place, I will be visiting it again soon! It is also located in a great area, many restaurants etc. around it to visit after an appt. It has parking in the front & back to make it convenient!

Shelly gave me an absolutely amazing hair cut that brought my curls back to life! She paid attention to details, and even cut my hair a second time once it was washed and dried to make sure everything was perfect. She also showed me some techniques to create the same look at home. If you have curly hair you know how hard it is to find someone who knows what their doing with your hair, I would recommend her to all my curly friends.

Julia is amazing! I know that I can trust her to make my hair look incredible every time. I am constantly getting comments on the color and cut, and I love giving out her card in response. Thank you Julia!

Shelly is fantastic! She takes her time to make sure she knows what I want to do with my hair. She recently did my make up for a photo shoot and she did a wonderful job. I tried to sleep sitting up just to feel like a model for another day. She gives advice on what products to use, which has been very helpful.

Shelly Dentler is the best colorist and stylist I’ve ever had! She’s very particular and pays attention to detail. She’s a good listener and will go to great lengths to make sure you’re happy with your hair... but I know you will be!!! She’s awesome!

Ive been going to Kelly Genung for over 15 years, she is the best, shes very caring, conscientious, & passionate about her job shes always up on the newest products, and techniques! Kelly recently moved over to Ziggy Hollow.I love the new Salon, its on point, and trendy, I love the lighting, its bright and open the decor is so chic. The location is perfect, & easy to get to in (Midtown Reno) a great area, with many restaurants. If you want someone that will listen to your desires, and match them perfectly come & see Kelly shes the very best!!!

This salon is great! Things are very clean and the atmosphere is perfect for a weekend haircut, not to mention right next door to a great bar for a weekend beer outside. Their COVID precautions were on target, lots of sanitizer, taking temp on the way in, masks on unless they’re cutting under it. Shelly was especially great, I wanted to try something new with my overgrown quarantine hair and she nailed it, hope to be back for the next one!

I have the most beautiful hair color that I have ever had thanks to Julia. She is an “artist” and loves what she does - you can tell by her results. She listens and “pays attention” to what you have to say and really CARES about her clients. I will be with her FOREVER!
