Disappointed, I asked for coffin nails there box. She cut 4 of my fingers the color is dull and not at all what I asked for but she kept insisting and I didnt want to deal with her. I only came here because my original place I go to is closed but next time Ill just wait not coming here again 50 dollars is to much for this

They dont listen. My nails are not round as requested but square are. I can live with that. My hair was destroyed a small trim took my hair from past my waist to barely past my shoulders. I was very specific as to what I wanted. What I got was butchered so bad I just ordered two wigs. Ive never worn a wig for anything but a costume, but this is so bad I have no choice. There is no way to fix it I will have to live with their incompetence for years. 53 years since my hair was cut this short. I dont have another 53 years to get it back nor would it matter by then. I dont even want to go outside and I have interviews coming up.

Been a regular here for 2 years now for my haircut, very reasonably priced and the hair stylist is the only one that really do my hair right. The other places around here isnt bad, but the hair stylist here is my favorite.

I loved this place. Susan is very nice and honest. She washes her hands constantly and is disinfecting the areas where she been working with me. She gave me a haircut, dye and oil treatment. She is very professional and she will tell you what she can do with your hair and the color she will work for your and skin . Ill definitely come back

She takes really good care of me all the time, top notch customer service and is always very pleasant to talk to. I went for the natural looking nails, and she did an extremely exceptional job!Susan ALWAYS does a perfect job cutting my hair! It’s hard for me to find someone trustworthy but I know I can count on her! She will triple check with me and will go the extra mile to ensure that I am happy! Thank you!!!!

Definitely my favorite go to nail salon! The staff is very hard working and always friendly. I really enjoy how they make your own personal box and are very clean. They never have disappointed me & work with whatever crazy designs I want. I highly suggest this place it is worth the money! 💅❤

I came here for my spa pedicure and i was not disappointed. The ladies are nice and very friendly. They gave me hot tea while relaxing. I noticed the place is huge unlike other salons, its very clean, and a family-friendly place too which i like because i have two children. More power to you all. Thank you.

Horrible place to go. I was expecting only one person was going to do my nails but when I sat down one of them started doing them another one paint them and another one made the shape that i asked first to do it. didnt like the shape neither the color you can feel the horrible material they used for your nails you better think first before going to do your nails here. it seems that they have so much preferences with people that they know than making new customers and give them a good satisfaction because as a first customer here I was expecting more because of what I paid, there was another lady that came way after me with her daughter and they finish her first rather than me, horrible experience, when I already had my acrylic nails I ask them this is not the shape that I want and she looked at me so aggressive like if I was asking this for free. Totally horrible place.

Changed management- poor job. Nails are too thick and not painted well. Also very expensive for the poor job. $68 for pedicure and acrylics... I’ve gone to better places for like $55 or $60 max. Not complaining about the price. If it’s good, I’ll pay. This was not good however. They didn’t even clean up my nails like other places before applying the nail...

Had the worst experience here today ! I used to go to these place regularly but since it changed ownership and management the service is horrible which is why I stoped going there. I decided to go there today for a gel nail color only and it was $20 the new owner or manager ( girl at the front ) did the color for me and she left me there for a long time when I asked the guy if it was done cause she never came back to check on me he kept saying “bye “ bye” like telling me to leave. Wow and then I went to the front to pay and she said see you next time?” What kind of customer service is this ????? My best friend who actually recommended this place to me also stopped going to this place ! Is more expensive now and the quality of the service is poor and the products are not the best . I hate even giving then 1 star !

I started coming here a few months back and since the first time stepping in it was a wonderful experience, friendly staff the moment you walk in I definitely recommend this place. I always go in every month for acrylics and soon as I walk in nancy already knows what I’m here for. Jonathan leaves my nails looking flawless, I’m always satisfied with them. He’s my go to everytime!

Been going here for 5 years. Always happy and relax when they do my nails, julie has been doing me and moms mani and pedi always go to her and sue always does an amazing job for my eyebrows. This is my go to salon always. Nancy is such a sweet owner as well she make sure everything is good and going well.

Had a gel polish done and it ALL came off in 4 days. Far too thick all over my cuticles and 2 layers of top cost which is not needed. Plus she didnt cure the whole 2 mins between polish application. What a waste. Not to mention I email and never received a reply.

Horrible service. The lady who cut my hair was in such a hurry and when I pointed out certain areas where the hair cut wasnt consistent she kept dismissing me. Why show the mirror at the end of the hair cut when you dont agree with the customer!!! Thoroughly disappointed!! Ill never go back here

Not a good place to go to did my mom and I pedicure really bad. Their nail polish is old and didn’t even do the whole routine of cleaning the skin or the nail just painted my nails

It was horrible!!..I use to come here all the time! My nails are not what I wanted and I even told them that and they ignored me and oh no its fine my nails came out super wide uneven and to thick of paint! One of my nails even bubbled up underneath with in two hours after getting them done! I will never ever come back and I will never ever recommend this horrible place to anyone!

Shittiest place ever if you want acrylics. Two of my nails came off the day right after I got them done. What a waste of $27. Never coming here again.
