0 stars if possible and an F for f u Aura👎👊I went here a few weeks ago to remove a poor job of gel builder polish (from a different salon.) I made an advance appointment at Aura, showed up on time, yet they still had me waiting. They werent finished with their 2 in front of me, but rather than communicating with me and trying to remedy the situation, they left me. Even to take walk ins (if they had appointments, they were actually very promptly very well catered to) as the trio had manicures and pedicures. I told her I had gel builder I wanted removed, and asked for my nails to be *carefully* cut short, as some were broken, far down, and the tech raised her voice at me to argue what I had on my nails, that they were NOT broken ( I waggle a nail that was about broken all the way across, you were saying?) yet wound up repeating the exact thing I said to her...THEN tried to explain herself and her plans, upon seeing my irritation grow--plus I snapped right back at her. I told her she should have been clear and stated her intention from the start (she needed to remove the gel prior to determining ability to cut my nails.)😒 Its obviously her failure to understand or speak English well. So fix yourself lady, dont project your ignorance onto clients. Since they disliked that all I wanted was to remove my gel polish, they thought allowing me to wait and speak rudely to me was acceptable. I requested they not use the metal electric file to remove my gel builder, as it caused me pain, yet they said they wouldnt hurt me. They said once with the metal and then soak off, which became 3 times of alternating between the metal and soak off. Why was it such a battle getting that off? I only wanted to give my nails a break a few months and potentially come back. My nails were so thin and sore from that, and they STILL didnt get all the gel completely off. Forget this place entirely for discriminating based on services/amount of money spent, and their inability to clearly communicate in many forms.

Popped in for a manicure on Tuesday, The guy was really good. Now have beautifully shaped nails. Result is better than the recent manicure I had in London.

They usually only have 1-2 people working at a time, so think around ~2 hours for a mani + pedi. They do a fine job. OK if you need something now and have some time to spend. Not fancy.

They do a fantastic gel manicure that looks clean, is expertly shaped, and lasts for weeks. Ive found my new regular place.

My experience here was pretty good... the first time. I hate how my nails look. They are way too heavy and very thick. I usually get them long but the lady decided that I should get them short. She cut me multiple times. I am going to look for a new nail tech.UPDATE: I took those nails off at another nail salon and when they took them off, we found out that the lady had made a small hole through my nail. That part of my nail started to fall off and it did. AND NOOOW, my nail has once again started to fall off. (My nails grow very slow but I know that it’s from this salon because it clearly shows the line when they filled it. And I haven’t gotten any work on my nails done since the last time I went to this place) THANK YOU FOR RUINING MY NAIL AND FOR DOING A HORRIBLE HORRIBLE JOB.

Its an okay place to get your nails done but I wont be going back. I git a simple pedicure, no fake nails, just a paint job. However, the quality was not good. Parts of the nail were showing and the Polish wasnt smooth. Plus, the skipped the leg message that comes with a pedicure. Unfortunately they couldnt do the scrub I asked for but instead of doing something else (like a lotion or something) they just dont do anything! It was a total let down especially since it was my birthday, I wanted to be pampered. Its a beautiful salon but unprofessional employees. One last was working on my manicure while the other two are sitting behind this bar thing... on the floor, eating their lunch....

I have gone three times, and all three times they appeared rushed and in a hurry to get me out. One time they had a party and asked me to wait 1/2 hour, I said no since I had a reservation.....lady cut me once, gently told her if she did it again we were going to have problems. Never went back.

I like this salon for pedicures, they are thorough and meticulous regarding their instruments and cleanliness of products used.The massage chairs are amazing.I enjoy the foot massages with hot stones.

Very bad service my nails still hurt because went Teresa did the refill I think she it put jalapeños in my nails..omg..and she was very rude I’m never going back to that place.

I had a gel mani and pedi. Within less than a week my nails were chipping. I did go back and they did cover up the chipped spots. The next day another nail is chipped. I wanted to give them another chance, and gave my daughter a regular mani/pedi. Her polish on her mani was chipping the next day. Is it cheap polish? I don’t know. My daughter also pointed out, she never saw them take the pedi tools from an unopened sterile package.Don’t waste your money here.

I got a really bad nail infection there! I do not recommend this place. The service wasn’t good either, they were most of the time rude and inpatient!

Clean place and they did an ok job for a simple mani pedi. I wasnt wowed by any means though.

My girlfriend had a horrible experience here. They charged her extra when changing her gels, the gels didnt last (literally not even a day before they were peeling off), and they were rude and rushing throughout the whole manipedi. Also, she didnt see how/if the tools were sterilized. Worrisome place. Avoid if posisble
