Loved it I have never been to a nail salon where Ive gotten acrylic nails and they were so gentle went for my daughters birthday she got a manicure and a pedicure they took their time doing everything instead of quickly trying to get us out it was amazing experience definitely will be going back💗💗

I went With my mother and we both got gel pedicures. A great pedicure for sure! They got our ingrown out. They do awesome job. I love the hot stone massage. They work very fast and I like that. We will be coming back again. (:

Always perfect nails and a great pedi. They take the most care with cuticles and have the best gel application.I moved up to the city and if I need a great, long lasting application I still come down to Redwood City to go to Shiny.

Nice customer service, fast, but my manicure looks awful. I asked them to fix it because it looks sloppy (all over my fingers, bubbles, fuzz, streaks) but they did not really make it better. They also got lotion on my shirt, which stained. I do a better job at home, which isnt saying much. Would not come back.

Its not terrible. But Ive had better manicures.

Shiny nails is my go-to nail salon. They always do a great job and love the ladies that work there! Shellac manicure and the hot stone pedicures are amazing.

Solid pedicures, which is all Ive done here. Right quarters and hit or miss on the wait. Definitely my preferred place closest to Gourmet Haus

Good basic pedicure. A couple of the technicians were coughing badly, which made me wonder if Id end up with a cold a couple of days later. I didnt, but they should have gone home. I was the only customer in there (rainy day on a week day, so understandable), but there were 6 or 7 technicians.

My wife & I come here often and always get great service. The pedi chairs are great massagers, everything is always clean and the tools they use are new, they take their time to do a good job, and the staff really know what theyre doing! Whether regular lacquer or gel they have a ton of colors available. Oh and they play nice music too

The salon always crowded with customers but the staff handles the activity professionally ! I really love their designs : creative and attractive, artistic a plus . The salon also keeping good condition in cleanliness and sanitation .

They knew my name after the first day, and do a spectacular job. Always friendly an inviting.

This place is small and not much to look at. Jenny gave me a good pedicure, however, I got a nice slice in my finger during my manicure from another staff member (dont want to call her out as she was VERY nice and apologetic). I totally get that it happens, but still not the greatest when it does. :-/1 Star for the color selection1 Star for the friendly staffOther than that, not much else to say I liked about it. Just an ok mani/pedi and not worth the $50 I forked out for it...
