There was a slight change in plan but they figured out the best way to hook up the AC, walked me through the work at the end of it, answered all my questions patiently, thank you for that.Post installation Hannah, from MM, took care of registering the products, which doubled the warranty and also helped me schedule the inspections with the city. The city official was also extremely happy with the work, gave a big thumbs up. Thank you all at MM, keep doing the great work.

When I wanted to replace my furnace and install AC, I ended up working with MM Comfort Systems through Costco. The initial consultation was quick but thorough, and I appreciated how the representative presented me with multiple options while explaining details of each plan. They provided a competitive quote, and were quick & professional throughout the processing of the contract, permits, and payments. Tyler & Ryan came onsite exactly on time, and ready with everything that they needed to get on with the installation. Since they seemed knowledgeable enough about my particular install, I trusted them enough to leave them to it while I got on with my business. In no time, the installation had been completed, and Ive yet to experience any issues with my new system. Overall great service.

We used MM Comfort systems for updating furnace and heater as well as installing an AC at our place. Todd was great during the consultation stage, he walked us through several options and suggested improvements to our ductwork to maximize efficiency. He was not sales-y at all and we did not feel any pressure with him unlike a few other vendors.The installation date itself had to be pushed out since MM Comfort systems did not have the equipment at hand but that is understandable during Covid.Adam and Marc were our installers who did a great job with the installation. They tried to build additional duct work which we had discussed with Todd but stopped short when they realized it was not technically possible to do so. They informed us of our choices at each stage.Overall in spite of some hiccups, they were professional and efficient. I would recommend them to others.

MM Comfort installed our central AC for us. The entire process was enjoyable and painless, starting from Bob who did the initial consulting, to Mikel & Ina who did the installation. Bob was able to identify an unused breaker in our electric panel and helped us avoid a panel replacement. For the installation, Mikel & Ina were very professional where they made sure to keep us well informed in the process and were able to finish in a very timely manner. In addition, their knowledge and expertise really helped to avoid necessary steps. Overall a very satisfying experience, and would recommend indeed.

We decided to purchase AC for our home this year via Costco. Vince came out to provide us with a quote and walk us through all of the available options we had in terms of where we could locate the unit, what types of units were available, and other recommended products and services. He gave us clear answers to our questions and didnt try to upsell us to something we didnt need - we were thoroughly informed and able to make choices that were best for us.Sam & Antonio did the install. They were quick and professional and answered all of the questions I had about how to operate the unit, what the status of the work was, etc.I deducted one star because there was a part that was defective (not their fault) and Sam informed us that the office would reach out to us after they left to schedule someone to come by and replace it. I ended up having to call them after a business day and a half (plus two weekend days) of awaiting further information. I assume they were probably VERY busy but knowing that the inspections were pending had me really anxious.. With that said, this was incredibly minor - just a small point of improvement.When I connected with Hannah in the office by phone, she was incredibly professional, quickly got a technician out to finish the job, and even took the time to register our unit for us.Everything has been working flawlessly the last month and kept our house nice and cool, even during the record breaking heat!I would highly recommend MM Comfort Systems! MM Comfort Systems had provided a/c in one wing of our house a couple of years ago, and we had them return this month to extend a/c to the whole house. They were easy to work with for both the planning and the installation. Although originally they could not do our install until the end of the summer, they were able to work us in this week - so we have a/c now during the current heat wave. And Tyler & Ryan were very efficient and respectful of our property.

Dan, Zach and the entire team at MM comfort systems are amazing. We purchased and installed a heat pump for our split level home. Dan and Zach were able to plumb the system into the house and fish it through the ceiling to conceal much of the piping. Impressive. From start to finish the process was very seamless. The consultant, Steve Vick, was great to work with and very knowledgeable. The installers (Sam, Joseph, and Antonio) were courteous and very mindful of our home and took proper care to ensure our home was in better condition than when they got there. Beautiful install. We love the system. Both inside and outside units look great. Mechanical crew cleaned everything up and it looks great. Electrical crew installed wiring as requested through unfinished basement. Only issue was electrical cleanup. Spent about an hour vacuuming up shavings from the holes they had to put through joists.

It turned out that the work was more complex due to the existing systems routing than originally thought, but Lamont explained potential options along with pros and cons and we arrived at a great solution. Both he and Qushawn were exceptionally competent and explained things along the way. Positive experience from start to finish.

On the hottest day ever Sam & Russ put in extra effort to get our new A/C installed. It was grueling but they worked tirelessly to get the system installed and did so in a professional manner. The unit looks great and has functioned perfectly. The time they spent dialing it in after the install demonstrated their professional rigor.I collected 10 bids before going with MM Comfort Systems. They weren’t the lowest bid but the confidence they conveyed during the bid process carried through to the install. I would definitely recommend them!

We had one minor issue with what the salesman said could happen vs what the installers were able to do. This did delay our installation by 1 month. It is now installed and is running and cooling excellent. We have a tri-level and were concerned with even cooling, but its cooling all levels great. The installers were very professional, they called prior to arrival, were knowledgeable, and cleaned up all areas they worked. The final installation is very professional in appearance and works as promised. I would recommend to my friends and family. The only reason I gave four stars was the delay of installation due to the issue with what the salesman said and what the installers could do. We love the cool air!

Matt & Randy executed a professional install for a new furnace and whole-house AC system. Their attention to detail was evident from the precise installation of the furnace in a tight space (1/4 clearance) to the caulking around the gaps between piping and walls. MM Systems coordinated the whole job, including permitting and product registration. Highly recommended.

They stayed in constant communication and even alerted us to the water heater leak which was completely separate from their job. Even found a bucket in our garage and placed it at the leak site. This saved us a lot of money and headache in the long run. Cannot express our gratitude enough.

MM Comfort Systems installed a heat pump HVAC/air scrubber along with replacing an aging electrical panel and we couldnt be more pleased with the end result. They did not sub-contract out any of the work and made sure we were 100% satisfied with the final product. We are a long time customer of MM Comfort Systems.We have had a heat pump system for over 40 years; but it needed replacement. Installation was by Adam and Marc who were efficient and thorough. There were no short cuts and clean up was superb. The electrical inspector just completed his inspection and said the installation was totally up to code.

I used MM Comfort systems to replace our Furnace and we couldnt have been happier with the technicians that installed it. They were professional and made sure install went as smooth as possible. The sales team missed something so the techs had to be creative to solve it all while making sure I had an A+ experience. They also arranged inspection which saved me time from navigating that. Dont know much about their services but one of their drivers would not let me merge onto the freeway and then proceeded to tailgate every other driver. When I tried to call m&m comfort systems to make them aware you cant get through.

Scheduling with this company was a nightmare. We had 2 days scheduled over a month in advance to upgrade our panel and install heat. Early the morning of the panel installation, they called to let me know that they wouldnt be able to have someone upgrade our panel, and they would have to reschedule. As Im writing this review, were ten days past the date they were supposed to upgrade the panel, and they STILL have not been able to reschedule.The next day, they came to install the heating system and add a duct. They installed the heating system, but somehow forgot to bring the materials to install the extra duct. They had to reschedule another day to come back to the house and install the duct. They came a few days later to install the duct, and when they went to finalize the system and add the filter, they had brought the wrong sized filter, so now they have to come back AGAIN with the correct sized filter to complete the unit.I will say, despite the terrible scheduling and coordination on their end, all of the gentlemen who came to do the work were very professional, timely and did great work.

Installer came at 8am and finished work almost at 6pm. Great work on installation and clean-up but the only problem I had was measure 2x and cut once was not followed in looking for wire connection so several holes were cut on my garage ceiling that I have to repair. Office helps you file for rebates and make appts for inspection.

I had an HVAC mini split installed and Joe,Joe, Mike and Mike’s associate (sorry I didn’t get his name) were on time and worked efficiently and got the unit installed within 5 hours. They cleaned it after themselves and were very helpful and friendly. A great experience

Sam and Juan, with MM Comfort, were on time and professional. They got it done in reasonable time, packed up, and we were good to go. A new thermostat was necessary and was installed, at no added cost. The warranty is great, and we have the added advantages of the Costco guarantees.

Included in the installation list is a new thicker filter. Due to installation space limitation, the new thicker filter cannot be accommodated. The Sales representative updated the contract to note the price difference and promised a refund which was over 20 days ago. I have yet to see the refund.

From the initial bid the to installation, using MM was easy. Ive used several contractors as Ive been updating our house over the last few years and they were one of the few that was fair, on time, and professional.

My system made high pitch noise inside and didnt cool or heat. Cardinal Heating diagnosed inside TXV valve fail. They said replacement of whole indoor coil might work or safer to replace whole system. They said TXV parts not available. After they left I found TXV valve for sale easily myself. So they lied. I called MM Comfort. Told them about Cardinals TXV diagnosis. Plamen Tzenkov connected his gauges and immediately says that my fluid has leaked out. In a few minutes he finds the leak at the outside coil. So the inside coil and TXV valve are fine. He repairs the leak with no parts needed and refills the system with fluid. It works perfectly now. Thank you Mr Tzenkov! You are the master.

MM Comfort Systems replaced my old furnace with a new one. What a great team -- professional, caring, and responsive, including the technicians and the administrative staff. Despite unexpected problems (not their fault), which required repeated visits, they worked hard to make sure the installation was successful. I would recommend this company to anyone.

My quote was with Tristan. He answered all my questions and guided me to the best option for my family. Matt & Randy did my install. They were great. My Lennox condenser in the bottom of my furnace broke during the pressure test and let refrigerant throughout my house which was unfortunate, but nothing installers could have changed. They had to come back 2 days later, replaced the condenser, cleared the line and installed new refrigerant. All is working great after that. Im happy with my choice with MM Comfort Systems.

We cannot say enough good things about MM Comfort Systems! We had a unique situation, and needed to have our furnace removed in order to access and repair a leak in our foundation. We had reached out to MM Comfort Systems to coordinate our furnace removal a few months in advance for that project. This made me nervous because the timing was not flexible, but MM was extremely communicative and arrived right on time the day that they were scheduled to come out.We were also curious about adding an AC unit to the house at the same time of having our furnace work done, and asked to schedule a consult. Bob came out to give us a quote and he was thorough, friendly, and did not pressure us at all. Well, he quoted us such a fantastic price, we decided to have an AC unit installed as well. When the day came to remove our furnace and install our AC, Joe and Dan could have not been friendlier, more courteous, or more professional. We were even offered a space heater because we would have to spend the weekend in our house without heat! Everything about our new AC unit was explained, and our furnace was efficiently removed and reinstalled good as new. My heating system needed a repair. MM was able to send a technician the same morning I called them. The technician sent me an email to inform me that he was on his way to my house. When he arrived, the technician quickly made a diagnosis and ordered the part needed for the repair using a mobile device. MM called me the next day and told me the part can be installed the following day. The technician arrived in the morning during the scheduled hours and installed the new part without any problems.Overall, MM was very responsive, professional, efficient, and easy to work with. They fixed my heating system in 3 days. I got heat back before the big snow storms hit the Seattle area. I am very appreciative of the service they provided.

I am a repeat customer of MMComfort Systems, and have been impressed with the service at every level. From scheduling to service to sales there is clearly a company-wide emphasis on solving customer problems quickly and thoroughly.I was first introduced to the company via Costco, when I purchased a furnace. I had to bring a gas line into the house, a so also had them run gas line to a range and dryer. I asked them to return when I wanted gas lines run to my fireplaces. And now they are completing a new bathroom. Im not likely to call any other HVAC, gas piping or plumbing service in the future because I have had the (opportunity/misfortune?) to directly compare their service to others. They are open about pricing and timing. They keep their word and they are responsive to any and all questions, concerns and ideas.Scot Tabert, Kyle and Greg Forsell have all been awesome to work with. So has the office crew, Jenna Barlow in particular. I dont recall the name of my first HVAC crew...but they were also effective, polite and responsive.I highly recommend.

Customer service :the technician was friendly and very helpful. As far as the problem: it was not solve and my family is a little frustrated because he mentioned is not something they can fix. But we purchased and was installed by MM comfort.

Replaced an older gas furnace and ran a new thermostat wire. Very professional and quick. Entire swap out was under 4 hours. The installation team, Drew and Lamont, were very efficient and used drop cloths where necessary for the inside work. I highly recommend them.

Sales rep (Tristan) was super-responsive and up front while Jenah (office) seamlessly tracked all the progress to seal the deal.My installer, Dan, was flat out fantastic and professional. He was on time for the installation and was courteous at all times when I asked questions along the way. Great people, Jo and Joesph worked fast and did a goog job. However the cooling doesnot do the job The outside temp is about 75 degrees the inside is 85 and that is with the A/C on.

The price was the best we found and between the scheduler on the phone, the guy (Steven) who came out to give us an estimate, and Mikel and Ina, who did the installations, everyone was so knowledgeable and personable. We would definitely recommend them!

We found the worst situation possible when having a different company come out to quote repairs on a system we inherited with the purchase of our home. The furnace and AC were broken and red tagged, that other company quoted a lower quality system replacement at 5K more than MM. Jason was a great no pressure salesman who gave good recommendations on system selection based on needs and budget. We agreed on the price and got it scheduled ASAP. Sam and Antonio arrived to our house right at 8am when the noise ordinance shuts down for the morning and proceeded to uninstall the ratnest of an old system and cleaned up the install and put in the new Carrier system which has brought us much comfort and sleep for the last week. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU as my 3 year old would say.

The team from MM Comfort Systems came out to install a Lennox AC unit and they did an excellent job. They arrived on time and Matt walked me through what needed to be done, patiently and thoroughly answering a couple questions I had. Work was done efficiently and expertly. They discovered our furnace had at some point developed a cracked heat exchanger and needed to be replaced, which was unfortunate but unavoidable. I really appreciated Matt showing me exactly where the furnace was cracked and explaining the issue. MM had a new Lennox furnace in stock and came back the next business day to install it. Matt finished up the AC work outside while Randy handled the furnace work inside along with a new thermostat. Randy was also great to work with and did the final walk through of how the units operate, answering all questions and providing the info I needed. I wouldnt hesitate to have MM Comfort back to do this type again. Very highly recommended!

MM Comfort handled replacement of an existing furnace with a Lennox furnace. This was done through the Costco program. The whole process was very professional. The install was particularly good. Carpet was cut around the previous furnace and the installers, Mike and Randall, did a great job of building in the new furnace to match with the flooring. My house was cleaner after they left. There was no rush. They answered questions, explained everything. All docs were handled. I am a critical reviewer and I cant think of improvements. They even had the city inspector out the next morning. It was a great experience. Thanks MM. I would happily recommend you.

I’ve used MM Comfort Systems for regular maintenance since purchasing my house two years ago. Recently, my furnace wasn’t working just in time for the temps to start dropping. Tor has been the one to service the furnace and he does a top notch job. Always explains what the issue is and how he can resolve it. They are reasonably priced for the level of service they give. Highly recommend.

Drew and his partner were professional, courteous, and walked me through each significant change to install AC to my existing unit. They made sure I was satisfied with the work before the left and without question I was.

They broke my furnace, when they came to do Ac maintenance. I called them to fix as it is their fault. They charged me $170 and told i need multiple parts for furnace or replace the whole furnace. THIS IS BIG cheating.

Juan was the first technician to arrive at my residence. He was respectful and on time. He explained the process of replacement and how to use the system for some cooling in the summer even without a heat pump. Ruslan joined him a short time after and he installed a gas line connection and duct piece that they included in the fixed price.

Tom & Jordan were very professional, friendly and their work looks great. The rest of the team at MM Comfort Systems were very helpful as well.

MM Comfort Systems provided excellent service installing an Electric Heater, HP and A/C, which replaced our oil furnace. Tristan came out to give us a bid on the work. He was thorough, knowledgeable and patient explaining what needed to be done, and answered all my questions. Many thanks to Joe and Ruslan for the excellent installation they completed expediently, which passed inspection with no problem. Justin did the work on our electric panel, even suggesting a clever short cut from the outside of our home to our indoor furnace room. He was in and out in no time at all. Joe and Ruslan were friendly, informative and very polite. They cleaned up everything, so that it was undetectable that any work had been done to our home. Communicating with their office was a breeze. Desiree and Hannah were available to answer questions and provide assistance when needed. Very friendly and helpful. Installed a new furnace, very fast and efficient (heat wasnt out for long). Very low impact in the house and cleaned up fully when done. Great Job!

I would have added 5 stars but I think they didnt do a great job addressing a complaint . A day after the instalation the city inpector came and smelled gas. Since I didnt smell it he asked me to keep an eye on it. I smelled it on Thursday and Friday and called them to come back and check the instalation. When called and the person on the phone told me that the person whould could take care of this was on the phone and will give me a call back. I never got it. Instead, I got an email saying that I should report the leak to PSE. PSE didnt install the furnace, they did. WHen PSE came he agreed with me that they installers should have come first before calling PSE. He just tight a hose and things solved. So this means that they didnt do a perfect instalation speccially with gas. A little disappointed that I am paying 4, 000 and dont get the service I am expecting from them.
