Joe gave me a the best bid AND advise about financing. Joe is honest, polite and friendly. Josh did the install. Josh is friendly, polite and very informative about the equipment and I was not inconvenienced at all. Josh even dressed up the frame around the furnace. Overall it was a very good experience and I would recommend speaking with Joe about any H/A plans you may have.

Redmond Heating is the BEST. They installed a new unit for us 3 years ago... a huge newA/C & Heating unit. Our electricity bill went down 25% immediately and has remained25% to 30% lower than before. Last year Redmond Heating & Air installed a filtration system at our home. It works great. This year Redmond Heating & Air installed an air conditioning system at our home. It works great. We highly recommend Joe & Anthony. We found their work to be quick and perfect. And prices were reasonable.

Joe Curci saved us from the cold this month! On one of the coldest days of the year, when I had the flu, our heater went out completely. Joe came over on a Sunday, helped us to make it through until he installed a new heater the very next day. He and his helper, Chris, were very efficient and professional, and we appreciate them going the extra mile.

Cant say enough good things about these guys...really liked Joe Curci. I think his crew needs a little bit more training, but on balance they did a good job for us. Joe was here at the beginning and he checked in with us at the end. He addressed the things we were concerned about. Very professional and personable man.Also, we really love our mini-split Hyper Heat System by Mitsubishi. We have a split level two story home with about 2100 sq ft. The guys installed a 3 head system (living area, master bed, family room). It kept the house cool last summer and we did not turn on the Cadet heaters even once this winter. After reviewing our bill from February 2016 we compared it to our bill from February 2015. The average daily temps were exactly the same at 40 degrees. Our bill this year was 15% less than last year. Our savings was even more substantial when you take into account the Pacific Power raised our rates over last year.In the 4 years leading up to this purchase I did quite a lot of research about ductless heating. I compared Daikin to Mitsubishi and decided to go with Mitsubishi. Having said that, I read numerous times where I could expect to nearly cut my electric bill in half...and that might be true if you were comparing the cost of heating two spaces [exactly the same], but Joe cautioned me against this expectation...I am so glad he did. He helped me to adjust my expectation because as he accurately pointed out, we were NOT heating/cooling the exact same space. With Cadets we only heated the primary areas of the house we frequented. If ever we ventured into the office or spare bedroom or laundry room (just to name a few), wed quickly notice the difference. With our new system, the entire house is comfortable. And our bill is substantially less.In doing my research I read again and again how important the installation is...the system is great but only as great as the install - seriously. I believe that it is highly unlikely that you will find a better company to work with than Redmond Heating. If I could give them 4 1/2 stars I would. Due to some minor install issues I cant quite give them a 5 star rating, but a four is just not quite good enough. Even so, a 4 will have to do.

Hold tight to your wallet and run as fast as you can from Joe and his son Anthony. Not only are they arrogant and rude, they dont have a clue about how to install heating/ac systems.

We have the new American Standard Inverter system Heat Pump. Joe Cerci from Redmond Heating talked me into it - i.e. same technology as the ductless individual room heating/cooling units with the same cost savings but better overall performance. We are totally happy with everything they did for us including a very professional installation process. The savings are not a myth - our monthly utility bill has been cut by half.

Was not impressed with the way things were handled by Anthony. Will not be doing business with them as long as Anthony is still part of the business.
