I had originally called in a few days before going in to purchase a few parts. Representative on the phone quoted me with part cost and when I actually went in to purchase the parts the available representative was very knowledgeable and polite. The initial process of looking for parts to then actually purchasing them was very smooth! Great people! Definitely recommend.

The AR1 Auto team has excellent Service! They are the best auto parts company in town! They never disappoint. I have seen them go above and beyond to satisfy their client’s needs despite how disrespectful or rude the costumers are to them. So all these costumers commenting rude comments is very childish in my opinion. They (The costumers) are the ones getting upset knowing their wrong. I love all the employees they are super respectful and super sweet. So please don’t act like they don’t listen to their customers. They do. I highly recommend you check them out! Don’t let negative people’s comments stop you from coming. They really are the best and will always give you the best experience.

Disappointing ordered a part kept being told its would here next week after that told tomorrow and tomorrow everyday i would call after paying $450 for a part i really needed the customer service sucked afterwards dont recommended.

Terrible service. Waited to to be helped for over an hour. Manager was argumentative. Staff had little knowledge of common parts. 30 percent stocking fee even if wrong part was given on their behalf. They took way too long to attend me. Argued with the manager (I put it in quotations because it seems like no one there is very competent) about how the information on the part does not coincide with what was sold to me. Incredibly unhelpful. This whole place is a racket. Funnily enough there was another customer returning a part as well and arguing with them in regards to the rediculous restocking fee. They even charge you a pallet fee. This whole place is a racket. Nothing but thiefs who will do very little to help and very little make things right. Avoid at all costs.

Has the parts you want but at a higher price

Called on a Saturday to ask if they have a part. I tell the sales rep I will buy it and they ask for a deposit to start the work. I pay that same day and get it promised by noon Monday. Monday is here, Money pulls out my bank account at 830am I call at 1045 and they say my part isn’t ready and that noon is an “estimate” time not a for sure time it will be ready for pickup. I had originally set up an appt to get my part installed 10am. I pushed it out to 1 and I am crossing my fingers the part is ready for pickup before then. Out of the 4 times I’ve called 3 times I was put on hold for 5 minutes. Only reason I give 2 stars is because they had my part in stock. I was quoted $99. Thinking it’s a junk yard and they don’t do taxes I took out $100 cash ready to give them for them to charge me $107.12. Not a good experience.

Very dissatisfied. I paid for a part and waited for 2 days for them to pull it when they said it would be done in a couple hours initially. Then when I pick the part up it has dents and a cut through the metal! I told them about it and he and some other guy looked at it. They were talking in Spanish for a long while and then said “well we already processed the payment me can’t do anything about it.” Do not buy from these guys!

I had a problem finding a motor for my car when mine went out. I called around and no one had it thankfully I found this wrecking yard and a nice man named Moeses was able to locate my motor. Every person who I came in contact with while getting my motor was very helpful. They also seem to care about their customer needs. which means a lot when looking for a good quality used part not just worried about selling.

Put a down payment on some rims and a month later after I was calling every day to find out what was going on they tried to give me some garbage rims. I told them unacceptable and they claimed that they would have some different ones in a couple hours the rims they came up with were still not matching. Not only did it take a month but still I am in need of rims with tires.

Very friendly people, and quick. Bought a hood and not only was it ready within 15 mins but the paint looked great! The prices for my things were lower than other places that I had looked too.

This place is a racket. Poor customer service. Do not stand by their word, regardless of what all their signs say. They provide unreliable information and then turn it back on the customer when the part is incorrect.

Pretty ridiculous how you show up to buy a part and you call an hour ahead and say you are coming to buy this part, guy on phone says he put order in. I show up and am told I have to wait 2 DAMN hours for them to have it ready.... How the hell does it take 3 hours to pull a damn cluster? Yall are either really lazy or slacking good workers. And mind you also when you have a motor ready pulled and put on shelf and I come to pick it up and you say I have to wait an hour for it... Really why the hold up.

Took my 2003 chevy avalanche to them for a transfer case...had to wait a week and when they got one in they cracked it while pulling it out so had to wait for another one, when that finally came they got it out and put in, but didnt tighten the bolts so it began to leak, and now Im out 1000 dollars. These guys dont care and dont help...do NOT give them your time, they are a massive waste

Took to long and went over for no reason

Gave me the run-around not happy at payed them the day before told me I can pick it up after 1 called to see how they were doing and they told me that I could pick it up until the time that I paid for it and that was around 5 I told them i was told after 1 they called me back and tell me the part was bad and that are they can get me a new part another part for $87 and they are the only wants it carries those parts there was no other wrecking yards in the valley that had Subaru needless to say I found on for 25
