I had a lot of questions about my system since I am only familiar with central heat and air. They answered all of my questions and showed me how to clean the filters, the best settings for hot days and pointers on keeping my unit running smoothly. The charge for servicing my unit was very reasonable as well.

I am very happy with the service. The gal that answered the phone (Omg! They answer the phone!) gave me the information I wanted fast and without a problem. The men couldnt have been more professional and came when they were supposed to. They did a good job. And the price was good. Other companies didnt answer their phone or call me back, or wouldnt give a quote over the phone. Sometimes we need to say good things when its appropriate. They coordinated with an electrician so I didnt even have to find one or call one. Total service.

Professional Heating was just that, Professional. They removed and replaced our old heating system carefully and cleanly. They kept us updated on the installation dates and made sure everything was working properly. I highly recommend them.

Hired them to get a new furnace and A/C installed in our home. Brandon worked with me, answered all my questions no matter how nit-picky they were, and gave me reasonable prices on different options. They dont try to up-sell you anything and they stand behind the products they use. Also, according to the city inspector that just checked everything, they did a phenomenal job going above and beyond the minimum required. Installers were all professional, did not mind my questions, checked with me on all small changes made to the house (like holes being drilled, where to place certain pipes etc).I highly recommend them. Their yearly service plan is pretty good as well.

We recently purchased an air conditioner to be installed into our existing furnace. Brandon was an excellent sales person. He explained our options clearly, did not pressure us to buy the most expensive but made sure we got a system that would fit our needs. The installation was smooth and very professional. We even got a modern Honeywell wi-fi thermostat. I can modify the temperature from anywhere. I highly recommend this company for any heating or cooling needs you might have! The cost was absolutely worth it to not have a big ugly window unit anymore!

I purchased a new home that came with a full heating and cooling system installed by Professional Heating and Cooling which, are not at all professional. Right off the bat the system did not work correctly. The living room and the rest of the house were over 10 degrees different. I complained and they ended up coming out and installing dampers for a couple of the rooms and directing more air to the living room. Well at least during the summer it was close to correct although one of the bedrooms had almost no air since they almost completely shut it off. Unknown was that the main bathroom was also turned off so there was no heat or cooling to those rooms. We lived through the summer and got to winter. The kids bedrooms were 58 degrees and the living room was 72....WHAT?!?! I complained to the builder and after a couple months they finally got Pro H& C to come out. They adjusted the dampers and told me that this house was designed wrong and would need a zone system to compensate. Then a couple weeks later passes by and the Big Boss wants to come out to the house his name was Jason. Well I will tell you this. Jason will never be allowed in my home again. He treated me like I was an idiot and that I did not know anything. He talked down to me and acted as if I was trying to screw him. He said that there was no way they would install a zone system. He then came back with a couple guys a month later and they added some more baffles and adjusted the house and said it was balanced after measuring the air. Well guess what, still freaking 10 degrees off. They said that I needed to run the fan all the time to balance the house and trim the doors. Ok I get the door piece....and have done that because it was good advice just delivered by the worst customer service person I have ever come across. The part that royally pissed me off is that they refuse to come back out after the doors were trimmed in the event that the temperature was still off. They have up till now refused saying that they did all they could do and that I needed to run the fan. I say BS. They are not paying my electric bill and not once have they tried to talk to me like a human being to try to figure this out. The kicker is that I have a warranty still in effect on the system by them that I have no confidence they will stand by. I would not recommend either Professional Heating and Cooling to anyone that wants after installation help or values decent service.
