So getting car towed is never a happy moment..but they were super nice..answered phone quickly gave me directions and made a bad moment..not so bad at all..they take cash or credit..great people!

Great group of guys to work with!!My motorcycle broke down on a Sat night. It was cold out. My insurance failed to deliver there towing service. Called Vinces and the guy was out quickly with a roll back. He was so great to work with and realized my personal concern for my bike!! He took his time and towed the bike to the shop. He stored it in his locked garage until I could get the insurance company to do their job. He offered me a ride in the truck back to the shop. He dropped me off at the dinner down the road on his way home, so I could get a warm cup of coffee and where my brother could pick me up to take me home. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of!!! I would definitely recommend this salvage yard/ towing shop for any towing services with no hesitation.....thank you to everyone at Vinces for that night!

Well i wanted to see if thier was a way to buy a trunk and make payment until i bought it but. You guys dont do that

I bought a trail blazer and 1 mth later I needed the 4 wheel drive and nothing I replaced switch and something else figured it was something stupid and still didnt work i called and they wouldnt due nothing try saying they used the 4by4 witch full of s t so there bunch of thief s

Vinces Towing is a perfect example of how NOT to tow a vehicle. They do not care about the vehicles they tow. Look at their prices compared to anyone... contracted by police for legal robbery. wolves in sheeps clothing.

My steering box broke and I couldnt steer my car. It pulled to the right and swiped a parked car. Since i couldnt drive the car that way, Vinces towing was recommended and called to tow my car. I then asked them to repair the steering for me. I am a disabled and wounded veteran living on a meager income. When I told this to Vince, he took pity on me and fixed my car very well at a very reasonable price. He is a very decent man who helped me out tremendously and made sure my car was right and safe. He is a real professional and a good friend to our military and the disabled veterans of Reading. Thank you.

I called and talked to some lady who claimed to be the supervisor and she told me they could tow my car to Lancaster for $250. When I went to get my car out (which costed $745) she then said they couldn’t take it there. They were happy to take my money from my car just sitting there but when it came time to actually have to do something they were too lazy. I guess they didn’t need the additional $250 after the $700 pay day lol. Everyone here is so rude and they’re extremely unorganized. Such a sad business

You shouldnt scream at customers especially ones that just drove 45 minutes for a part. There is a better way to communicate.

I get my cars inspected at Vinces. Rod Breitenstien is a great machanic and honest. I never worry that hes doing work thats not needed. Great place to have your car inspected or repaired.

The lady who answers the phone on the weekends needs to learn how to talk to people and not give them attitude over a simple question.

Used to be a good place to get a repo car at their auction, i personally got a couple vehicles years ago,not anymore... they buy the cars themselves and resell them to you..., lets see what happens to matos towing now that they have half the contract from the city....

Biggest thieves in Reading.. they love giving you the run around and over charging you for everything.... Stay away from these thieves!!!!

They do their job. Its generally unfortunate if you have to be there, but I was treated respectfully. Not go out of your way respectful, but courteous enough.

Horrible customer service, the lady was talking very rudely and loud. Not the way to speak to people especially customers. HORRIBLE JUST HORRIBLE.
