This place is so unprofessional. Customer service sucks sand they dont care. I had paid for services for my car to be stored. The code did not work, and I had no where to take my car at the last minute with a flight to catch. I called to get a refund and to get corporate number. They refused and never even used my space that I paid for. 😎

I recently rented a U-haul moving truck from this location after another satellite location failed on my reservation. Diane was so kind, so helpful, and patient. She reached out after a customer cancelled their reservation. She saved the day, and we were able to move my sisters belongings that Sunday afternoon. Everything was seamless. The facility is clean and bright and I will consider them for storage needs in the future as the location is safe and convenient.

Mike and Catie have always been helpful. Price is reasonable and property is easy to access. Thanks for the unit.

Overall the staff is really nice, the place is always clean, the company is very fee happy no matter the emergency, during the first COVID19 lockdown I was laid off no income coming in I only asked to waive the late fees and was given a stern No, basically not their problem. Its been too hot only twice in the climate control area that I know of and only one miscommunication with the staff regarding the rules and policies. This was supposed to be a 6 month rental but due to COVID19 its been ruffly a year now.

Mike is the greatest. He took a lot of time to show me the various storage units for the size I needed. He made the renting process easy. I am very happy with all the extra help I got there.

DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY. They lied when we rented to get our business. Now they are screwing me. Go across the street where they are honest.

They help customers a lot. My daughter has a hot dog stands. Are we in and out of there all summer? We had no problems getting in and out and the service if we needed anything with spot dead center.

Rented a truck here and getting it was easy but the van was disgusting, it had not been cleaned and the low tire light was on. They gave me $10 off so i guess that made up for it.

Rented a U-Haul from there. Nice and helpful customer service.

About 10 moths ago I was searching for a better space than my last storage place and definitely found it. Couldnt believe Id been driving past this place and had never thought to stop in. we got a larger storage space from where we were and are even saving about $30 a month. Phillip has been great help and has not even raised the rent, like some places do.

Everyone at the U-Store it location in Lisle is so nice, and they made it extremely easy to get everything set-up! Great customer service and they answered all of my questions! I love being able to access my things until 10PM!

The U-Haul application for self service was a complete failure. First, I want to make it clear that the staff at U-Stor-It Self Storage at 2100 Ogden Ave, Lisle, IL 60532 has 5 stars! The staff had to assist me as the U-Haul Self Service application on my phone was a complete failure. I give the U-Haul Self-Service phone app 1 star. The staff get 5 starts for being very friendly and courteous for working with me on my reservation. Well in advance of my reservation time for pick up, I went through the entire U-Haul process of ensuring my account was ready for Self-Service online rental. When I arrived at the U-Store-It, I launched the app and began the process of identification with my photo and drivers license, located my rental vehicle and then submitted for U-Haul agent review. The app responded with that a U-Haul agent was reviewing my rental qualifications. There was a prompt that I was able to send a message to an agent. I waited 20 minutes after no movement, I sent a message and no response. I waited another 10 minutes and sent another message with no response. After 35 minutes I decided to go inside the U-Stor-It office in which they worked on my rental reservation and completed it in 5 minutes. My recommendation is do not use the Self Service app and use the in store agents to rent.

The people at this location are awesome they were very helpful! their facility looked clean and made me have peace of mind that my stuff will be safe. I will definitely be telling my friends to store here if they need it.

These guys are great! They were able to immediately size up the size of the unit I needed. I ended up renting an indoor 10x30 which I was even able to drive up to! They have this great drive thru storage concept that made moving super simple. The Price was cheap and I even got the first month free! We were able to pack all our stuff into the storage using their free carts and we were done! After driving past this place in Lisle for so many years, I finally got to use it and I think I made the right choice! If you need storage I’d recommend this place for sure. The price, the convenience, the people - - This place rocks!

Couldnt have asked for more!! The ladies at the front desk were incredibly polite and helpful, and got me a great deal on storage and the best part was honestly that loading bay. Makes it super easy to drop stuff off when you can drive right into the facility. overall 10/10

Very clean facility. The loading aisle inside makes moving less of a burden when you dont have to deal with outside weather. Ive already told my neighbor who is moving about the facility. Overall very pleased with the experience and the staff in the office are very nice to talk with.

They had my card on file, my bank cancelled it right when they were going to process payment so it didnt go through...I received a text two days after informing me that my payment didnt go through so I called an let them know I was waiting for my new bank card and could call them when it came to re-set up my direct payment....three days later my card showed up and I also got a text that I was receiving a late fee on top of my monthly charge.....I called and let them know that I could pay with my new card and asked that they look up the record that I informed them that my account was in transition due to some fraudulent activity with bank of America....they had no understanding an did not remove the late fee of $50, called to refute this with their cooperate office and they said someone would call me about this.....still havent received a call back....this is my 3rd month with them AND I was referred from a family member who already has a unit, they any real customer service

Horrible customer service.... I reserved a unit online to move things in the next day. A few minutes later I called and confirmed that I could stop in the next day to complete the in-person pieces of the process and begin moving things in. Upon arriving the next day, they told me that the price changed so they would need to call the Pricing Manager. After waiting about 20 minutes, I asked them if they could call again and I got ignored. We asked again and got a snippy Im working on it reply. A little while later I asked if it was going to take much longer and they proceeded to tell me they could show me the unit but they didnt know how long it would take. They shouldve been able to honor the quoted price and I should not have had to wait nor get treated with a bad attitude. The girl also made comments about another customer stating that she didnt care if she caused a customer to become irritated and she only cared what the manager thought. On that note, I left and went to the other storage across the street, where I had a much better customer service experience.

No complaints whatsoever! Excellent units that I can drive right up to (made the moving process much quicker than I had anticipated), polite and knowledgable staff, and the comfort of knowing that all of my things are stored safely away. What more can you ask for?

They said as a new customer they would honor promotional incentive and online pricing for 2 units. Once we filled the first unit, they said they couldnt honor for ths second, which I consider to be fraud. Certainly incompetence. The manager Phillip wont even come out of hiding to talk.They say company policy prevents us getting the same deal on the second unit. But they offered it!They are unwilling to compromise or even apologize.Judging from the other negative reviews here, Im not surprised. I wish I had read them.Do you really want to do business with these guys?I was able to find a better deal nearby in a cleaner facility. You can too.

This place really takes care of its customers. A rental agreement that takes no time at all. Free carts to more your stuff to your storage unit. And free coffee and ice cold water, literally delivered right to your unit. We picked quite a hot day to move and Phillip rolled a cooler out to us with some water. That seriously made me rethink the idea of good customer service. Above and beyond expectations. If you’re in the need for self storage, U-Stor-It is your place. Could not be more pleased with our decision. Thank you guys!

BEWARE! These guys are thieves. After 6 months renting here the raised my rent by 80% without notice, which is illegal-they said they sent a notification but it never showed up in my mailbox until I complained. They never responded to emails regarding wind damage to my unit. When I recently terminated my account they refused to refund my early payment for the next month which had never even started. I am sure they have some loophole in their fine print but it just goes to further prove my point that these are unethical people which is too bad because the facility is decent.

The staff is very helpful. Especially the manager - Duane - a wonderfu, helpful, and no-nonsese man! The store is clean and well maintained. And they have U-Haul trucks too. EVERYTHING you need in one place. HIGHLY recommend it!

Clean all around the vicinity and they have professional staff. Unfortunately, they dont have a bin for trash or recycling. I suggest they have one even at the yard somewhere.

I dont believe renting a storage unit for $185. monthly warrants a price increase to $269.00! I inquired as to if I had been notified and they said they sent a letter (to the wrong address). I recieve all other info thru e-mails but not something as important as an $84 increase! More than 50% at one time. I will be leaving this center at the end of this month. There are other facilities just as nice and not as pricey. I asked about the price increase and was told that the manager had decided he was losing money so he decided to raise all the rentals. Well now he will lose more. I hope others will follow suit. I plan on spreading the word. Most of the people that work there though have been helpful. This only reflects on the poor business aspect of handleing rate increases
