Great service!! With covid going on and more people working from home.. I got my service professionally set up and done quickly. Poor tech did it in the cold rain and never complained.. it is great to know Im safely working from home... I called Pam a couple of times to ask questions and shes great! Nice to talk to someone so upbeat...keep up the good work!!!
Horrible customer service. Ive gotten the run around for 3 months trying to set internet up in my home. I was told that they would come set it up after January 1st, its now February 12th and its still not set up. Ive called a few times and they still said Im on the schedule still. Cant say the quality of their product, seems how ive never even got it installed.
After scheduling an installation with Cox a month in advance of our move, their technicians arrived on the due date and told me they couldnt perform the work because the pole they needed to connect to was in a neighbors yard and they couldnt gain access. I use internet for business and this was a major setback.Western came to the rescue and they had me and running the same day! Great company, great connection and great folks to deal with. Couldnt be happier to break the cord and enjoy superior service and support. Wish I could give them 10 stars.
TERRIBLE service. After my girlfriend called them for 5 weeks straight and got the run around I went in to talk to them personally. They told me they would call me in the next few days. 4 weeks and another phone call from us later, they still have not called or told us anything. Bad service, wouldn’t recommend dealing with these people.
