I personally would not recommend this provider for several reasons. The first there is a huge barrier-understanding all kinds of accents for the representatives.I’ve only had one representative speak English well out of countless representatives. Second, when I first called to get a modem shipped to my apartment they didn’t get the address right, which was a two week delay to get my modem set up. Third, when I did get the modem and self-installed it the WiFi activated and my phone connected to it; however, my phone couldn’t use any of the apps that required internet. This was the case even when I was right next to the modem. Fourth, I had agreed to have the $65 service which one of the representatives told me was their best option, and guess what, it’s complete garbage. Even if the WiFi was working properly on my phone I would have horrible connection just being in another room. Fifth, I decided that I would have a technician come over and set up my internet since I couldn’t get it to work. Well that didn’t go well either, considering they never even showed up. To sum all this complaining up... I spent so many hours to try to make this internet work, took a whole day off work, and tried to even get a technician over to figure out the issue. Garbage quality and garbage service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND CENTURY LINK!
