THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME!! Wish I could give them more than five stars!! Our Tacoma required an alignment while driving across country from Vermont to California. We spent over 30 minutes calling various shops to hopefully get the service done and all of the other shops were booked out through the next two weeks. Tire Plus was able to get us in quickly. Tyler was awesome to work with and was super accommodating, even with our tight schedule! The service was performed in an hour after pulling into the shop. We are very happy to have the truck driving noticeably better after the service was performed. Great service, really friendly and knowledgeable folks! Thank you Tire Plus!!

Tires Plus was GREAT! I was traveling through Rapid City on my way back home to the Metro St Louis area. I had an issue with the brakes on my car that I discovered on a Saturday. Tires Plus was able to work on my car on the subsequent Sunday and got the brakes fixed.So very thankful for their help and expertise.I was able to get back home !!

Needed brakes checked while on vacation. Drake and his team got us in earlier than anticipated. Had great service. They explained and showed us what was going on. Since our tire tread was down and they could fit us in, we got tires there as well. They got us safely on our way and treated us like friends not just a number. Took my car in to have strut assembly’s replaced about a year ago. Turns out they were improperly installed. Got a refund to cover costs of having another shop fix it. Turns out the damage was far worse than the other shop knew about. Entire passenger side strut assembly separated from strut tower. Currently having it repaired at another shop and feel Tires Plus should pay for every dime of it. Avoid ANY shop owned by Bridgestone. That includes Firestone.

Wow! FIVE STAR SERVICE ON SUNDAY! Tom, Drake and Tyler went well above and beyond to ensure they fixed the last garages poor workmanship and inferior parts! Explained every step in the process. Showed us the damage on our Rotors and Calipers. Explained the dangers of improper installation, etc. They very well may have saved our lives as we had a 2k trip home, towing a toy hauler/travel trailer and two bikes! I wished they werent so far away from home or they would become my favorite and only go to for all things automotive! Thank you again, gentlemen! So very grateful for your professionalism, superior skills and genuine caring. Customer service on steriods!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

On our way to the Black Hills on a Saturday we cut down a tire. On Sunday Erin got us in and installed 4 new tires on my wifes Jeep Grand Cherokee. Great service and price.

This place is honestly mid. I went in to get my car aligned after installing new suspension, and had to wait 2 1/2 hours just to get my car in the shop when it obviously wasn’t busy. The “lady” at the front desk seemed more interested in her phone then the business.

I was really impressed with this business. I woke up to find a screw in my tire on a Sunday morning while traveling through town, and they got me in quickly to patch it up. The staff was very friendly and the cost extremely reasonable.

Tires Plus put my life and the life of my child in danger by improperly installing my strut assembly’s. Now I’m having another shop try and fix it but it may be unfixable. Called and was told I’d get a call with 48 hours. I didn’t. Called again. Was told 3 days. Still nothing. Called AGAIN and was told another 3 days. Avoid this POS store like the plague

We were running behind time for getting to our Graceful Touch massage therapy office but knew something wasnt right with our front right tire.I needed air in my tire.Simple request but no profit for their store.No matter.They treated me like royalty with that tire while also checking the other 3.They went over and above the call of duty by recommending valve caps.I didnt think it was a big deal, so I hadnt given it much mind.They took time to explain that this leads to many people getting flats especially as the cold weather comes.They even gave me caps for each tire.Sometimes it is the little things that make the greatest impression.You can bet I will be coming here when the need arises.

Was on a trip cross country for business and had some car issues. Very scary when your car gives you problems on the road in the middle of no where. Shacked up at the hotel and early morning next day brought it to Tire Plus. Drake at the front desk was funny, and very helpful. Andrew the MAN was a rockstar. Found out the problem, fixed it quick, made my wait and this little problem a breeze. Also did a full check around my car to reassure I was going to make it without any problems, and I am writing this review at my destination SAFe & Sound. Thank you!

We were vacationing to Mount Rushmore and Yellowstone in a Rental car. Apparently, Enterprise didnt do the oil change before renting out the 15 passenger van. So, we had to find a place to get the oil change. First, we went to Firestone, they were busy so they gave us 9 am appointment for next day. We got there sharp 9am on next day and he said the hydraulic machine is broke so it will late afternoon before we can work on our van. So, we start looking for another place and we found this GEM- Tires Plus, As soon as we walked in, Manager- Drake Peterson was very welcoming, First he said it will be 3 hours before he can work on our car then we explained him our situation that we are vacationing and we need to go see places so we cant wait 3 hours. He offered us to go where ever we need to go and come back in 3 hours and he will get us in without loosing our place in line. We came back after 3 hours, He got us in and serviced our car in 45 mins. We didnt even have to pay anything since they could bill enterprise directly for the service. The manager was so courteous and professional. Their service was so so so so much better than Firestone. We were so glad we found Tires Plus. At the end, we left Rapid city with really good experience at the Tires Plus. I would recommend this place to anyone who would need the service on their cars.

They quoted me a price on brakes after I came in for a brake check. They did the work in a fast and timely manner and stayed right on the price. I am very satisfied with the work I had done.

Do not bring your vehicle here for anything other than tires. I brought in my car to have a pulley replaced on my serpentine system. It was seizing and melting, pretty common problem for a vehicle with as many miles as mine. However their mechanic insisted I had a failing alternator. I was charged $500 for the repairs and received a still broken car, when a $90 repair was all that was needed. I would have given a 1 star had they not promptly replaced the seized pulley free of charge. That being said, it was wholly unacceptable for this problem to have happened in the first place considering I told them exactly what was wrong when I dropped it off.Update: I drove 29 miles since picking it up from the shop, and now it wont even start. This has been a nightmare, thank you TiresPlus. 1 Star.Got it running only to have a pulley seize up and break off entirely. Now its possible I had a 2nd pulley fail, but the extent of the wear on it suggests that it was the original problem. At this point I dont know if they even tired replacing the pulleys or just sprayed lube and said they fixed it.

We were traveling through Rapid City on route to NC and noticed that we had a tire losing pressure. We stopped in at Tires Plus and were assisted by Trent. He was extremely nice and professional. I live out of town and they got me right in when I needed a $1000 set of tires.To get them balanced and rotated I need to leave it all day or make an appointment 7 days out. I have been trying for a year. Im not going to make a special trip just to get my free balance and rotate.Today the counter guy seemed to show no interest for my (now never) future business.

Used their online website to set up an appointment for 3:00 p.m. the same day to get an oil change and tire rotation. At 2:15 p.m., they called me and said they would not be able to get me in today and that the earliest they could get me in was 4 days later. Maybe your website should remove online available appointments if you can’t handle the volume? Either way, I was in a pinch and this appointment was time sensitive. Waiting until 45 minutes before the scheduled appointment to let me know you can’t do the appointment is unacceptable. I will take my business elsewhere never to return to Tires Plus. Never again!

My coworker raved about Tires Plus on Haines, saying hes gone to them for 20 years and never had any issues. Due to me recently having a terrible experience at a previous mechanic, I decided to go to Tires Plus to fix the issues. I called several times for several days and got placed on hold and forgotten about each time. Thats fine, I understand they are busy. So then I placed an appointment on the Tires Plus app, which I had to download. I selected alignment and A/C repair, services they provide. I got a call saying everything was good to go for the repairs I requested. I showed up today, on time, and the gentleman came out and couldnt find my appointment. Again, thats OK, things happen, I can just drop the truck off. Well when he asked me what I needed done and I told him, specifically the A/C repair, he said we dont do that here. I said it was a service that was listed. He said no. I pointed to the sign directly behind him at the counter, which listed all their services, and right there was A/C repair and he said yeah, I dont know what to tell you and then told me to take it to Firestone or Bobs automotive. Then he told me I could leave the vehicle, but it might be a few days before he could get around to fixing the alignment. So, in a nutshell, Im confused why I was able to select A/C repair on the app, why the lady who called to confirm said the services I selected could be done, and why it says A/C repair on the sign at the counter yet he claims it doesnt. Needless to say, Im continuing my search for a decent mechanic in Rapid City.

I spoke with Erin after I was experiencing bad customer service at a different place trying to get my tire repaired and she assured me they would do everything possible to help me. I was being told at other location, I would have to purchase all new tires when my car only has 11,000 miles on it.James was able to not only get me squeezed into an already full day they had but he repaired my tire. I truly felt they went above and beyond and were absolutely looking out for me. I definitely recommend them and look forward to continued business at Tires Plus. Thank you all so much!

We had brake issues after descending from Mount Rushmore. They were able to replace our brakes the same day after two other places couldn’t fit us in. We were traveling and we were able to make it to our destination with minimal delay. Excellent service and brake work!

If I could give this place a 0 I would because when I called to set up a time they kept putting me on hold and I was put on hold so long it hung up on me. It did this 3 times and then I put in a request for service and never got a confirmation email. Would not recommend this place. Which in the end went to Bargain Barn Tire Pros and had way better costumer service!

Honest. Helpful. Good people. We were in a tight spot with our old campervan, traveling far from home. Knowing that parts would be delayed the mechanic went out of their way see what could be done while the owner tracked down getting the right parts through a holiday weekend. We were stuck in town for several days, but I know everything possible was done to help us out.

Im from out of town and Drake the shop manager was incredible got me in after a few days. I got four new tires, front shocks, and a new heavy-duty battery that I needed. While there Tom P the mechanic who was absolutely outstanding checked my fluids and my radiator which I knew had a small pinhole leak had developed a very large leak and so we scheduled to have the radiator changed the next day and also to align my tires. Since I was traveling in my van they allowed me to stay the night in their parking lot. Something I noticed about the shop when hanging around it for 2 days The camaraderie and the attitude of the shop personnel and manager were very positive with their customers and each other. They are a very extremely busy shop and are short staffed however they do the best they can and they answered all my questions and didnt treat me like I was bugging them. Again a big shout out to Drake and to Tom P thank you both for all that you did for me. J Kalahiki

Customer service was very professional. On the day they serviced my vehicle, it was very busy. Despite the heavy work load, Tires Plus employees did everything they could to fit my vehicle into their schedule. Once the vehicle was in shop, they very quickly took care of it. I would be glad to return in the future.

Considering I had an appointment, I was disappointed it took over an hour for a simple oil change. Front desk was overworked and therefore the wait was longer than normal- both in and out. Nice people and clean waiting room which was Covid-19 compliant.

I have been getting my oil changed here for awhile. The staff is always so courteous and honest. They have never tried to sell a service that wasnt needed.

My only time going without my husband, I was told that I needed tons of work when I took my car in for an oil change. Never had the work done (after speaking to another mechanic), and had husband take the car in the next time, and SURPRISE all is good and nothing needed. Women, stay away, theyre lying crooks!My husband wanted to give them another chance as theyre conveniently located, and they failed to tighten the oil filter. I now have oil stains on my driveway and garage floor, had to pay another shop (that I trusted) to figure out the leak, and had to replace the lost oil... Wed been going here for years for oil changes, but theyll get no more business out of this multiple car/driver family!

Over the years I have spent around $10,000 on tires here. Went in to have a bead set on a tire I had off of the vehicle and they said it would be a 3 hour wait for something that would take 2 minutes. I recommend any other tire shop before this one.

Usually very happy with them. Called earlier in the week for a weekend appointment. Advised Tires Plus I had to wait for truck to be done. Tires Plus told me no appointments were available Saturday but if I could be there before 7 am Friday theyd get me right in. Drove up from Hermosa to be told it would be a 4 hour wait. Could not wait that long. I know it is a big sale but I was advised they could get me in on Friday Morning. Waste of a trip!!!

Company chose for tire replacement. Price was better than most in town for the certain tire we wanted. They were extremely busy so waited about 2 hours. I was fine with it though.

Don’t get me wrong, they completed a fine oil change/inspection. But they smeared oil all over my cloth seats, my doors, my steering wheel, my center console... not impressed at all.

Id just like to thank this establishment for there horrible service because now I found a way better tire company. My entire family used to go there till they started burning everyone left and right, go in for a simple tire patch and you look in there and they have your damn hood open topping fluid yet you never asked for it and they definitely dont have any idea what your running for fluids, synthetic or not or special radiator fluid or not but they take it upon themselves to top it off or the factor you buy new tires from them and 6 months 1,200 miles later the sidewall of the tires bubbles out warning light comes on you stop put on the spare and take it to them and they say it was a nail and wont warranty the faulty tire and yet theres no nail and no scuff marks on the tire side wall but it was a nail theres a bunch of tire shops in the area everyone and Id definitely go anywhere like Tri state tire or Hills tire or bargain barn tire before Id ever go to these guys

I went there to have four new tires put on my truck an F150 2003. Coming back I was told that my sway bar sway bar was broken which there was nothing wrong with it when I brought it in I just want to have coffee and I check them before every day before I leave for work and come back. Im very upset that I was very upset that they wanted to charge us for brake pads rotors and calibers and to notice that I looked at the tires and a front tire and seeing my seeing my sway bar was broken so it was addressed to the person up front and he had nothing to say so good tires bad business and I think everyone should notice that they have some irresponsible text working in the garage thank you

I dont know why the rating is somewhat low for this store on Google (there are only 9 reviews as I post this... people tend to rate when theyve had a bad experience, I suppose). I have used Tires Plus for years with good results. Prices are good, service is fast and courteous. My experience with them has been very good.

My car takes an hard-to-find tire size. They had it in stock, got them replaced fast even though they seemed busy, and price was good

Pro: good place to buy some affordable tires. Con: saw them revving and trying to do a burnout in someones car before pulling it in. I tried giving them chances to keep my business there but everytime I go in now I wait 10-15 minutes. They also try to charge you a lot for problems you dont have with your vehicle. Your best bet is firestone or somewhere else.

YAY Tires Plus for quick, efficient, ethical service! Im a woman traveling alone, brakes were squeaking, called Firestone- they couldnt squeeze me in but referred me to Tires Plus. Tires Plus staff was courteous, explained what was happening with my brakes and told me it was not necessary to repair them. They easily could have charged me $300-$400 for a brake job.

Giving these guys a 4 star rating for helping me out over the busy Memorial Day weekend. I didnt have an appt (it was an emergency), and it ended up being a 5 hour wait to get it looked at. They werent able to fix my truck. However, one of the mechanics showed me a nifty little hack that ended up saving my bacon on a rather perilous trip back to Denver. Thanks, guys!

My TPM light came on when driving down the highway. I swung in and Nico checked and filled all my tires and for me back on the road in just a few minutes.I really appreciate the friendly staff and prompt service!

Bought 4 new tires last year... also paid for the roadside warranty. Its been a struggle to get tires rotated due the fact that their scheduling is a week behind. I called numerous times to get a tire fixed and was told by two different employees that i would have to schedule this out as well. I understand that places get busy but you would think that they would have employees dedicated to fixing tires during busy hours. For the amount of money spent on these tires you would assume they would do everything possible to alleviate this situation... But this did not happen... So i will no longer do any business with this company ever again.

Took my truck in to get four tires and a alignment. Came back to get my truck 4 hours later they tried to charge me for a alignment when they didnt do anything, than told me they spaced off and would get it done 2 hours later they call me and its done. I got home and discovered my code scanner was missing out of my center console. I called the shop the next day and they told me they couldnt help me I had to talk to the manager who was gone the rest of the week but he would call me. Never called me and everytime I tried calling there he never answered. My tires were all different psi over filled these guys are thieves I had to loose a $500 code scanner because of them.

We were stranded on Labor Day and everyone was amazing! They got us in immediately, kept us updated and got us on the way to MN ASAP.So friendly, reasonable and helpful. HIGHLY recommend!!!!

Ordered tires. Service guys put a different size tire than what I ordered and when we noticed immediately after we paid that it was wrong they proceeded to tell us that they didnt have the tire that we ordered. What Im not understanding is if they didnt have the tire that I ordered why wouldnt they call and let us know before putting on the wrong tire. They then told us that they would order them immediately and they would be there on Monday and here it is Friday and still no tires and are now saying the next Monday. I guess well see if they lie again on Monday. Will update then

We were in a jam on a Sunday, with our small RV, and these guys did our repair and did it with good humor, too. Got us back on the road! They were totally awesome!

They refuse to schedule appointments, so you are stuck waiting and going that they might get you in at some point that day. No real clue how to deal with customers .

Been going to tires plus for over 15 years. Been happy with their service. Tried to get an oil change 2 mornings in a row told it was at least 1.5-2 hr wait when I came in at open. Did not get asked if I wanted to make a future appointment. New front line staff from who I had known in the future. Bad customer service. Probably will not go back.

One of the few places open on Sundays and they provided me amazing customer service and did major repair on my car the same day I brought it in without an appointment.

These guys helped me out in a bind. I have an AWD so I needed to replace all my tires at once due to a chunk missing in one of my old ones. I didnt have much to spend yet they still made it work for me on my budget.

Terrible business and lack of motivation/care. Took my brand new rims there to get tires put on, just to have one of them destroyed by them dropping it. They offered to replace the one rim and they were going to expedite it. But, it took 3 weeks to get that one rim in and when I went in to get the rim replaced, I was treated like complete garbage from the manager who I believe is named Rex. They put two of my wheels on completely backwards (and I have pictures to prove). And only torqued down one of the five lug nuts on each of my wheels. They WILL treat you like you are not knowledgeable and in the wrong no matter what. I was charged $108 for this incredible service or I couldnt leave in my car. Youd be better off going to somewhere else. I hope this is solved, and my advice is that you get some trustworthy managers that dont make your business look TERRIBLE from a paying customers prospective. There is no reason I shouldve got treated like I did and there is no reason why anyone else should.

My family and I were on a cross country road trip when the ball bearing went on our Rav4 in Rapid City. We took the car to Tires Plus, the only one open on a Sunday, and not only did they keep the car for three days (they had to order parts - understandable) but they completely botched the job and let us drive away with a seriously unsafe vehicle. Luckily we could tell right away it was in no condition to be on the road so we took it back in but then they tried to tell us that it wasnt the left bearing that was broken, which they just fixed but the right one and that my boyfriends assessment was wrong. My boyfriend has worked on cars for over half his life and he is very competent in that area. But not only that, I, who am not as knowledgeable, could have told you where the problem was within seconds of hearing it. The manager, Rex, explained that the mechanic who worked on our car was a rookie and that was about all the Im sorry that we got. When we got the car back, the tire was loose and the bearing was not on correctly. It would have been a simple fix if they had just looked over the work. But after dealing with the staff, their excuses and their workmanship, we will never recommend this place. And just to note... we were travelling with my 9 year old on this trip and it makes me sick to think what could have happened had we driven away that day. The ONLY positive thing I can say about this shop is that after a LOT of talk, Rex did give us a full refund and they paid for the tow to a shop that did the job right and were much more pleasant to deal with.* Meg

I had a mixed experience. I came in on the Saturday of 4th of July weekend at 3:00 while losing coolant. We were on a family vacation, and had already paid for the place we were staying in Hill City, so really needed to get back there. They diagnosed the problem, but it was a repair that would take them past closing time. The store mgr suggested that he could give us a ride back to Hill City, since that is where he lived, then give me a ride back in the morning. That was awfully nice of him to offer. But then one of the mechanics agreed to stay late and fix it for us. Also very nice. They replaced the water pump and did a coolant flush to the tune of $600. After reviewing other shops, that seems a bit overpriced - that is why I dropped one star.

Good service, there was a mistake made but they stayed past closing time to get it corrected. This was very appreciated!

Been sitting here for 90 minutes for my 1-hour tire replacement appointment. Four employees are standing around in a circle in the shop, joking around and throwing stuff at each other. No one is working on my car. Theres no end in sight.

I was from out of town my truck broke down. They got me in diagnosed my problem I overheated again not because of their fault but because they ceived the wrong part to put on.. long story short the best customer service I have ever received anywhere. They got me in they got me out and back on the road and back to Indiana I have never had customer service the way they treated me at a more than fair price and Ive never reviewed any business before. The staff from the store manager to the guy doing the work were just awesome. My hats off to Drake and his staff.
