Awesome staff here. Tyler was very knowledgeable and let me know everything that was going on when he discovered a problem with the oil pan that Big D had messed up from the last oil change. He showed and explained the problem thoroughly and even told me what I can do about it. He was still able to change my oil even though he had to go about it a little differently. You can tell he truly cares about the customers. Highly recommend this place and I will be going to Super Lube from here on out!

I am traveling back to Virginia from California, and the oil light on my Subaru came on. It made me very nervous, so I found this place on Gooogle and drove there right away. They were so helpful and immediately fixed the issue! They even gave me a coupon and a free car wash (even though I was from out of town). I highly recommend anyone to go there if you need this service - they were great!!

Was able to get right in and out. They made sure I wanted to stay with the brand of oil I had used previously. The cost has went up dramatically since I started using this service.

Coming here from TX was a drive, not to mention how the miles were. We decided to go here and waited a good while because it seemed packed. Once we got in we literally just got out they work pretty fast and efficient.

This place was a stellar experience of service and customer service overall. Sonny the manager has phenomenal people skills and will literally make you feel like you’re in your in a small home town oil change shop . The are INCREDIBLY FAST and Sonny is amazing and friendly. You can tell instantly the employees hold themselves to a high standard and know their way around the cars that they service. They were quick I’ll give them that but quick and quality must not go together. My wife got her van serviced for and oil change. She called me on the ride home saying her car was making a noise. They left the underbody oil drain cover unlatched and it was dragged all the way home. Now 6 months later I’m doing the oil change my self and you can tell they used vice grips or something similar to tighter her oil plug. What a joke!

My experiences at Super Lube Plus has always been a positive one. Technicians seemed knowledgeable, friendly, and performed their work well. Wait time was actually quite short. I will definitely return in the future.

Fast, down to business, dont try to sell me extra stuff i dont want. Prices are bog stsndard. Could be a little friendlier, but they are mechanics not salesmen. I will keep coming here, i like it.

They may be ok for passenger cars, but they advertised diesel pickup truck service. Chevrolet 3500 Duramax and of the 4 people I could see working, maybe 1 knew about diesel trucks. They ended up pouring oil down the side of my motor which leads to a mess in the driveway. Wish I had just gone to the Chevy dealer. I cant recommend this place.

Being from out of town I was skeptical but that soon changed. I watched them go through and check everything they said they would and where very neat about it as well.The gal that was managing the shop was knowledgeable and personable, I felt like my $$ was not just to be collected and my car pushed out the door.The service was great, I just wish they had more selection of brands of oil.I am from out of state and will never be back but if I lived there, I would have no issue returning.I know when I pulled out, my car would be ready for the next 5000 miles.

We are from Alabama and were in Rapid City when we realized our headlight was out. We called this Super-Lube and they had us come in immediately. They changed the headlight, checked our oil, washed our windshield, and gave us coffee! Wonderful service and great price! I highly recommend them.

They could have just checked them and charged me and I never would have known, but instead I was treated with integrity and learned something, too!

They get you to agree to the $50 special without offering anything else. Go inside and take a look at the menu first. Cheapest option for synthetic is $33. The car wash coin is for Parkway Car Wash. Unfortunately it was closed on a Saturday afternoon even though they were supposed to be open until 6pm. And you cant use the coin unless someone is there managing the car wash. Just something to keep in mind, and maybe check before going with that option. Oil change took 5 minutes with no one ahead of us.

We had an oil issue with our car from AVIS (who did not manage to provide ANY help on location for our car.) We went to Super Lube, explained our situation and they just did a fast fixing. I dont see any pride in workmanship at the 1614 Mount Rushmore Super-Lube Plus location. The past 2 times I have had my vehicles serviced here, I purchased the Full Service oil change, but they did not vacuum the interior until I asked them to do so. They left smears from the squeegee on the rear window and they over-inflated my tires, even after I gave them the recommended pressure. I will try another location before I go to an entirely different company.
