I absolutely had the best experience here today! I think it is very important to shop local and today really drove that home for me. I got a flat tire while I was at work and Zach was even willing to stop by my work if needed. They got me in and out right away. I knew it was a right decision when I got my tires last year from them. They made what could been a stressful situation an easy in and out process, as well as they stood by the product they sold me. That screw didnt ruin my day because the customer service I was greated with.

I would like to thank the guys and gals at Tyrrell Tires for hooking me up short notice on installing my wheel studs and mounting and balancing my tires that I brought to them. If you plan on shopping with them buy your tires from them as well! I bought these on a whim from Tire Rack and it was a struggle to fit them into my coupe. Next time I will buy my tires thru Tyrrell because they have better prices and it’s more convenient to as well! I would highly recommend them!

Great deals, my family all goes here. Super nice staff. The only thing is every time I got for tire maintenance, I have to go back multiple times for them to keep my tire(s) from going flat. Im not the expert, but hopefully they can start getting it the first time. 👍

Had some special locking lug nuts that the key had broken. Tyrell tires removed them quickly and replaced them with some standard ones. Great service! Quote was dead on. Was in town from MO and stopped here for an issue with my truck. My tire pressure sensors had to be reset too. They checked it out free of charge! They could have easily charged me something but I get the impression Scott is an honest guy. Highly recomend!

I checked a few other shops in addition to this one. I ultimately ended up back at Tyrell Tires because not only was I treated with kindness and patience, they gave me the best price on 4 good quality tires. I will always return here, and will recommend them to anyone. Its amazing to me how many issues new tires has solved, no more violent shaking at higher speeds, no more noise, alignment is great, rides smooth as silk. Im very happy overall!

Tyrrell Tires is unmatched when it comes to customer service, honesty, and work performed.I was supposed to take my Tahoe across state for Thanksgiving this year, and unfortunately my brakes began to shake the Monday before. I called them Monday and they squeezed me in the Wednesday before thanksgiving and had my vehicle back on the road in a few hours.I can not recommend Tyrrell Tires enough.

In mid October we were driving west toward Rapid City on a 2 week road trip from Northern California and cut a tire on our Corvette. The car uses a tire that is not common and even the local Chev deal did not have any. We contacted Tyrrell Tire at 4:30pm told them our problem and they made arrangements to get tires for us the following morning by 8am. We were amazed, they suggested a place for us to have breakfast while they did their work and had us back on the road by the time we finished eating. The price was great, they were just wonderful to work with, Thank you!!

My tire went flat just as I was driving by. The staff there were so helpful and friendly even though I rolled in at their closing time. They had my tire fixed quickly and for a reasonable price.

I needed tires pretty bad and called around to at least 5 places for quotes and Tyrell beat everyone for 19in HP all season tires, not by $50 or $100 but by over $300 for a good quality tire. Fast and friendly staff, I will go back for sure!

Everyone at Tyrell tires is always so helpful and very friendly. They even offered to come pick my car up from my job to do the tires and bring it back so I wouldnt have to wait after getting off work. No other place has ever offered to do this. I would recommend this place above any other!

Bought 4 brand new tires (thu, oct 10th, 2019), which they installed INCORRECTLY (pinched vaulve stems) and now have returned to their shop 4 times in a week to have them fix their mistakes. Not once did anyone apologize for the mistakes and they are trying to blame me for driving on flat tires they installed incorrectly. Dont give this place your money!

This place gets the job done. You get free tire rotations if you buy your tires there. They do oil changes, but may be a bit pricier than other places. I think this place is trustworthy and they do a good job.

Traveling from Grand forks ND to Southern California my 2003 Tahoe’s hub assembly started going out and I needed to stop in Rapid City SD to have someone fix it. I called around to several shops and only Tyrell Tires was able to get me in and back on the road within a timely manner. They really took care of us at a great cost. Tyrell Tires is Definitely recommended. They got my family home safe.

Needed a bolt installed on a shock mount. The owner took very good care of us and made time in his busy day to take care of us and get us on the road again.

Disappointed and not very impressed. I went in looking for tires and waited in the front area for about five minutes before anyone came in to assist. Upon learning that they dont really Buy, Sell AND Trade, like their sign says, I ended up with a quote and no value given on what I had originally hoped to trade or get some credit for on a sale today.I can say the person I dealt with did seem somewhat like he cared, so thats worth an extra star. I may check other places first before I come back here next time.
